| 1 | 建筑中人行为模拟研究现状和展望显示文摘人行为是影响建筑能耗的重要因素,近几年成为建筑能耗模拟领域的研究热点。在过去的几十年中已有大量的相关研究,致力于通过实测建立事件或环境相关的人行为模型,但是,目前的人行为研究中还需要进一步发展,以满足工程实际的需要。本文回顾了人行为研究的研究现状,总结了在研究方法上现存的问题,从数据采集、模型建立、模型验证和软件开发4个从建模到应用的阶段,提出了人行为研究的未来展望。并讨论了人行为研究中尚存在的一些共性问题,例如:在实测中应进一步探讨采样的规模和实验室研究的可行性,建立人行为模型时应明确模型面向的应用层次,合理的数学形式、参数选择的方法、多因素多行为多人的模拟等尚待研究,针对模型的验证应以实际应用为指向确定验证的指标,采取科学有效的验证方法,以及在人行为相关软件的开发中,应定义良好的软件结构和接口,建立统一的描述框架,以相对独立的模块形式实现和模拟软件的交互。希望这些探讨能为将来的人行为研究提供新的思路,以推动人行为和建筑能耗模拟事业的发展。 | 燕达 丰晓航 王闯 Hong Tianzhen William O’Brien H.Burak Gunay Farhang Tahmasebi Ardeshir Mahdavi | 2015 | 建筑科学2015，31，10： | 23 |
| 2 | Pegylated interferon-alpha plus taurine in treatment of rat liver fibrosis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the antif ibrotic effects of peginterferon- alpha 2b and taurine on oxidative stress markers and hepatocellular apoptosis. METHODS: Sixty rats with CCl4-induced liver fibrosis were divided into 4 groups (n = 15). Group 1 was left for spontaneous recovery (SR). Groups 2-4 received peginterferon-alpha 2b, taurine, and their combination, respectively, for four weeks. Histological f ibrosis scores, histomorphometric analysis, tissue hydroxyproline, tissue MDA, GPx and SOD activities were determined. Activated stellate cells and hepatocellular apoptosis were also evaluated. RESULTS: The degree of f ibrosis decreased in all treatment groups compared to spontaneous recovery group. Taurine alone and in combination with peginterferon-alpha 2b reduced oxidative stress markers, but peginterferon-alpha 2b alone did not. Apoptotic hepatocytes and activated stellate cells were higher in groups 2-4 than in group 1. Combined taurine and peginterferon-alpha 2b further reduced fibrosis and increased activated stellate cell apoptosis, but could not improve oxidative stress more than taurine alone.CONCLUSION: Peginterferon-alpha 2b exerts anti- f ibrotic effects on rat liver fibrosis. It seems ineffective against oxidative stress in vivo. | 4 | A simulation-based method to investigate occupant-centric controls显示文摘Occupant-centric control (OCC) strategies rely on different algorithms to learn and predict occupants’ patterns and preferences, then utilize these predictions to optimize building operations. However, testing different OCC algorithms or fine-tuning their configurations in real buildings can be a lengthy process. To this end, we present a framework for testing OCCs in a simulation environment prior to field implementation. The proposed workflow entails using synthetic occupant behaviour models and simulating OCC strategies to learn their preferences. The goal is to enable quick comparison of different OCC configurations under various scenarios by modifying occupant behaviour assumptions, as well as climate and design parameters. For proof-of-concept, the proposed method was applied in a case-study to simulate OCCs for lighting and heating/cooling setpoint adjustments in a single office under various occupant types, as well as OCC settings and design configurations. Results demonstrated the benefits of the proposed framework and its potential for providing a more holistic evaluation of OCCs under different scenarios. | 7 | Modeling aggregate size distribution of eroded sediment resulting from rain-splash and raindrop impacted flow processes显示文摘Soil susceptibility to detachment and transport sub-processes of erosion is generally controled by the aggregate breakdown mechanism. Measuring particle size and aggregation to the estimate erodibility potential of soils is important under erosive rainfall conditions. The Aggregate Size Distribution (ASD) is one of the most important determinants of soil structure along with soil organic matter content for describing the efficiency of applied, sustainable management strategies. This study aimed to compare the performances of three different aggregate size distribution models to predict the characteristic aggregate size parameter (median diameter, D50) for eroded sediment from interrill erosion processes of Rain- Splash Transport (RST) and Raindrop Impacted Flow Transport (RIFT). The ASDs of 1143 collected sediment samples from the RST and RIFT processes were measured and modeled by the Log-normal, Fractal, and Weibull approaches. The D50 value, as a characteristic parameter for aggregate size distributions, derived from the cumulative ASD curve was compared for soils from different land use types and different slope and rainfall intensity conditions. The performance of each model was evaluated using the Mean Square Error (MSE) and Coefficient of Determination (R^2). The Weibull approach was the most accurate model showing the best fit with the lowest MSE values (0.0002 ≤MSE≤ 0.0048) and having the greatest R2 values (0.936≤ R^2≤ 0.998) when compared with the Log-normal and Fractal models.
