1A high-quality Actinidia chinensis(kiwifruit)genome显示文摘Actinidia chinensis(kiwifruit)is a perennial horticultural crop species of the Actinidiaceae family with high nutritional and economic value.Two versions of the A.chinensis genomes have been previously assembled,based mainly on relatively short reads.Here,we report an improved chromosome-level reference genome of A.chinensis(v3.0),based mainly on PacBio long reads and Hi-C data.The high-quality assembled genome is 653 Mb long,with 0.76%heterozygosity.At least 43%of the genome consists of repetitive sequences,and the most abundant long terminal repeats were further identified and account for 23.38%of our novel genome.It has clear improvements in contiguity,accuracy,and gene annotation over the two previous versions and contains 40,464 annotated protein-coding genes,of which 94.41%are functionally annotated.Moreover,further analyses of genetic collinearity revealed that the kiwifruit genome has undergone two whole-genome duplications:one affecting all Ericales families near the K-T extinction event and a recent genus-specific duplication.The reference genome presented here will be highly useful for further molecular elucidation of diverse traits and for the breeding of this horticultural crop,as well as evolutionary studies with related taxa.Haolin Wu Tao Ma Minghui Kang Fandi Ai Junlin Zhang Guanyong Dong Jianquan Liu 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:10

5Moire-pattern-modulated electronic structures in Sb_(2)Te_(3)/graphene heterostructure显示文摘Moire superlattice has recently been found in topological insulators,which can lead to periodic modulation on the electronic structure.In this work,we report the low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy study of Sb_(2)Te_(3) films grown on graphitized 4H-SiC.We find that substrate temperature can strongly influence the rotation angles between Sb_(2)Te_(3) film and graphene substrate.Three kinds of moire patterns are observed at the first quintuple layer Sb_(2)Te_(3) film under different substrate temperatures.One shows complicated patterns with a rotation angle of nearly 0°relative to the substrate,another just exhibits simple 1 ×1 structure with a rotation angle of 30°.Other rotation angle like 8.2°is observed at higher substrate temperature as well,which is relatively rare.Comparison of the d//dV curves from Sb_(2)Te_(3) films with different moire patterns indicates that the superstructure can offer degrees of freedom in tailoring electronic structure.This work may stimulate the further study on the moire modulation to the electronic properties of topological insulators.Yin Yin Guanyong Wang Chen Liu Haili Huang Jiayi Chen Jiaying Liu Dandan Guan Shiyong Wang Yaoyii Li Canhua Liu Hao Zheng Jinfeng Jia 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:1

9Emerging organic contaminants of liquid crystal monomers:Environmental occurrence,recycling and removal technologies,toxicities and health risks显示文摘Liquid crystal monomers(LCMs)are a family of synthetic organic chemicals applied in the liquid crystal displays(LCDs)of various electric and electronic products(e-products).Due to their unique properties(i.e.,persistence,bioaccumulative potential,and toxicity)and widespread environmental distributions,LCMs have attracted increasing attention across the world.Recent studies have focused on the source,distribution,fate,and toxicity of LCMs;however,a comprehensive review is scarce.Herein,we highlighted the persistence and bioaccumulation potential of LCMs by reviewing their physical–chemical properties.The naming rules were suggested to standardize the abbreviations regarding LCMs.The sources and occurrences of LCMs in different environmental compartments,including dust,sediment,soil,leachate,air and particulate,human serum,and biota samples,were reviewed.It is concluded that the LCMs in the environment mainly originate from the usage and disassembly of eproducts with LCDs.Moreover,the review of the potential recycling and removal technologies regarding LCMs from waste LCD panels suggests that a combination of natural attenuation and physic-chemical remediation should be developed for LCMs remediations in the future.By reviewing the health risks and toxicity of LCMs,it is found that a large gap exists in their toxicity and risk to organisms.The fate and toxicity investigation of LCMs,and further investigations on the effects on the human exposure risks of LCMs to residents,especially to occupational workers,should be considered in the future.Zhipeng Cheng Shaohan Zhang Huijun Su Haoduo Zhao Guanyong Su Mingliang Fang Lei Wang 2023Eco-Environment & Health2023,2,3:0
10Coherent change detection of fine traces based on multi-angle SAR observations显示文摘Coherent change detection(CCD) is an effective method to detect subtle scene changes that occur between temporal synthetic aperture radar(SAR) observations. Most coherence estimators are obtained from a Hermitian product based on local statistics. Increasing the number of samples in the local window can improve the estimation bias, but cause the loss of the estimated images spatial resolution. The limitations of these estimators lead to unclear contour of the disturbed region, and even the omission of fine change targets. In this paper, a CCD approach is proposed to detect fine scene changes from multi-temporal and multi-angle SAR image pairs. Multi-angle CCD estimator can improve the contrast between the change target and the background clutter by jointly accumulating singleangle alternative estimator results without further loss of image resolution. The sensitivity of detection performance to image quantity and angle interval is analyzed. 11Coherent range-dependent map-drift algorithm for improving SAR motion compensation显示文摘Synthetic aperture radar(SAR) is usually sensitive to trajectory deviations that cause serious motion error in the recorded data. In this paper, a coherent range-dependent mapdrift(CRDMD) algorithm is developed to accommodate the range-variant motion errors. By utilizing the algorithm as an estimate core, robust motion compensation strategy is proposed for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) SAR imagery. CRDMD outperforms the conventional map-drift algorithms in both accuracy and efficiency.
