| 1 | Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds显示文摘Because China is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been increasing.Diabetic foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality rates.Negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its development.However,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment outcomes.In 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound repair.Drawing on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic foot.The consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot. | Shizhao Ji Xiaobin Liu Jie Huang Junmin Bao Zhaohong Chen Chunmao Han Daifeng Hao Jingsong Hong Dahai Hu Yufeng Jiang Shang Ju Hongye Li Zongyu Li Guangping Liang Yan Liu Gaoxing Luo Guozhong Lv Xingwu Ran Zhongmin Shi Juyu Tang Aiping Wang Guangyi Wang Jiangning Wang Xin Wang Bing Wen Jun Wu Hailin Xu Maojin Xu Xiaofei Ye Liangxi Yuan Yi Zhang Shichu Xiao Zhaofan Xia | 2021 | Burns & Trauma2021,9,1: | 17 |

| 4 | Robust single machine scheduling problem with uncertain job due dates for industrial mass production显示文摘The single machine scheduling problem which involves uncertain job due dates is one of the most important issues in the real make-to-order environment. To deal with the uncertainty, this paper establishes a robust optimization model by minimizing the maximum tardiness in the worst case scenario over all jobs. Unlike the traditional stochastic programming model which requires exact distributions, our model only needs the information of due date intervals. The worst case scenario for a given sequence that belongs to a set containing only n scenarios is proved, where n is the number of jobs. Then, the model is simplified and reformulated as an equivalent mixed 0-1 integer linear programming(MILP) problem. To solve the MILP problems efficiently, a heuristic approach is proposed based on a robust dominance rule. | 5 | Investigation of one-dimensional Si/SiO_2 photonic crystals for thermophotovoltaic filter显示文摘The spectral control is widely incorporated with the thermophotovoltaic (TPV) technology to improve the optical-electric conversion efficiency of the whole sys- tem. In order to match with GaSb photovoltaic cell, an 8-layer one-dimensional photonic crystals (PC) filter structure was designed as quarter-wave periodic structure by selecting silicon (Si) and silicon dioxide (SiO2) as candidate materials. The multilayer Si/SiO2 structure was developed for the matching filter to simulta- neously realize the optimal matching with the spectral distribution of the high temperature emitter and the quantum efficiency of GaSb cell. The physical vapor deposition (PVD) method was used to fabricate the optical filter and the normal incidence optical property of the filter was measured within the spectral range from 0.7 to 3.3 μm. These experimental data were used to predict the spectral control performance in a TPV system. | 6 | Antibacterial Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicines against Streptococcus iniae in Oreochromis niloticus显示文摘In this study,the antibacterial effects of Chinese herbal medicines against Streptococcus iniae in Oreochromis niloticus were investigated by drug sensitivity test. The results indicated that Streptococcus iniae was extremely sensitive to Galla Chinensis,Fructus Hippophae and Fructus Mume,highly sensitive to Sappan Lignum,Pericarpium Granati,Folium Eucalypti and Radix Scutellariae,moderately sensitive to Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Flos Caryophyllata,Cortex phellodendri and Rabdosia serra( Maxim.) Hara,and insensitive to Herba Portulacae,Herba Houttuyniae,Polygonum hydropiper L.,Herba Menthae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Herba Andrographitis and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii. Chinese medicinal herbs which Streptococcus iniae was extremely sensitive or moderately sensitive to were selected and prepared into three Chinese herbal medicine formulae for medicated bath of Oreochromis niloticus infected artificially with Streptococcus iniae. The results showed that medicated bath elicited therapeutic effects on infected Oreochromis niloticus. | 7 | Cross-Ice Acoustic Communication:Cascade Acoustic Channel Model and Experimental Results显示文摘Cross-ice acoustic information transmission is an effective means of communication in polar sea areas covered by ice.However,the channel is extremely complicated because of the combined influence of water,ice,and air.Based on the normalmode theory,this paper establishes a cascade acoustic channel(CAC)model for the transmission of underwater acoustic waves across ice layer.The model can calculate the displacement response of the ice layer’s upper surface by separating the upward waves from normal modes in the water and multiplying it by a transmission coefficient matrix.The relationship between the displacement response of the upper surface of ice layer and the acoustic frequency is calculated by the finite-element method,and the calculation result was consistent with that of the CAC model.To verify the applicability of the model,a cross-ice acoustic communication experiment was conducted in Songhua River in January 2019.Experimental results show the energy of the acoustic signals received by geophones is closely related to sound frequency and crossice acoustic communication is feasible.The result of present research is important for understanding crossice acoustic channel characteristics and developing future cross-ice acoustic communication in polar sea areas. | Jingwei Yin Wei Men Guangping Zhu Xiao Han | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,2: | 2 |
