| 1 | Study on the Fire Behavior of Sandwich Wall Panels with GFRP Skins and a Wood-Web Core显示文摘To investigate the temperature field and residual bearing capacity of the sandwich wall panels with GFRP skins and a wood-web core under a fire,three sandwich walls were tested.One of them was used for static load test and the other two for the one-side fire tests.Besides,temperature probe points were set on the sandwich walls to obtain the temperature distribution.Meanwhile,the model of the sandwich wall was established in the finite element software by the method of core material stiffness equivalent.The temperature distribution and performance reduction of materials were also considered.The residual bearing capacity of specimens after fire exposure were simulated considering the effects of web spacing,wall panel thickness and fire exposure time.Because the sandwich wall panels were stressed by eccentric compression after a fire,the residual compressive strength of the wall panel after the fire can be calculated through the eccentric loading analysis.Compared with the numerical results,it can be concluded that the effectiveness of calculation method of residual bearing capacity after fire exposure was proved. | Guangjun Sun Chuting Wang Lu Wang | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,6: | 2 |
| 2 | Establishment and Application of a SYBR Green I Real-time Quantitative PCR Assay for the Detection of LAT Gene of Pseudorabies Virus in Bama Miniature Pigs显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to establish a rapid,sensitive and specific SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR assay for the detection of latent pseudorabies virus( PRV) infection. [Method]SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR conditions and system for early detection of latent pseudorabies virus infection were optimized and compared with conventional PCR to investigate the sensitivity and specificity. Subsequently,the established assay was applied to detect different clinical samples. [Result]The sensitivity of SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR assay( 52 copies / μl) was 1 000 times higher than that of conventional PCR( 5. 2 × 104 copies / μl) and the detection time was shortened by 1 /2. The established assay could be used to detect PRV but could not be used to detect PCV2,PPV,CSFV or PRRSV. Various tissues were collected from Bama miniature pigs with latent PRV infection under sterile conditions for real-time PCR detection. Results showed that viral copy number in the brain,nasal swab,inguinal lymph node,liver,lung and spleen was above 20,while PRV was not detected in the kidney and heart tissues. | 3 | Expression of Pseudorabies Virus gE Core Epitopes in Escherichia coli Strain BL21 and Utilization of Indirect PRV gE-ELISA显示文摘Pseudorabies virus glycoprotein E( PRV gE) has been recognized as a suitable diagnostic antigen for pseudorabies. In order to produce gE antigen in large quantities and at low cost,a gene fragment encoding PRV gE core epitopes was expressed in E. coli BL21 expression system. SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting revealed that the expression product in culture supernatant of E. coli BL21 was a recombinant protein,approximately 51. 8 Kd. At 5 h post-induction,protein concentration assay showed that the expression product amounted to 1. 65 mg /ml,accounting for 24. 17% of total proteins in the culture supernatant. An indirect PRV gE-ELISA was established by using the recombinant expression product as a coating antigen. Cross-reactivity assay showed that this antigen was PRV specific. In addition,the assay was consistently reproducible. | 12 | Hydrothermal synthesis of zeolitic material from circulating fluidized bed combustion fly ash for the highly efficient removal of lead from aqueous solution显示文摘The utilization of coal fly ash derived from circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBFA)still faces great challenges because of its unique characteristics.In this study,a zeolitic material with Na-P1 zeolite as the main phase was successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal method by using CFBFA as the raw material.The effects of hydrothermal temperature,time,and added CTAB amount on the characterizations of synthesized materials were investigated by XRD,SEM,and XPS.The properties of the optimal zeolitic material and its adsorption performance for Pb^(2+)in aqueous solution were evaluated.The influences of pH,initial concentration,dosage,and temperature on Pb^(2+)adsorption were also examined.Results revealed the following optimal parameters for the synthesis of zeolitic material:NaOH concentration of 2 mol·L^(-1),solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:10 g·ml^(-1),hydrothermal temperature of 110℃,hydrothermal time of 9 h,and CTAB amount of 1 g(per 100 ml solution).The adsorption capacities of the zeolitic material reached 329.67,424.69,and 542.22 mg·g^(-1) when the pH values of aqueous solution were 5,6,and 7,respectively.The Pb^(2+)removal efficiency can reach more than 99%in aqueous solution with the initial concentrations of 100-300 mg·L^(-1) under pH 6 and suitable adsorbent dosage.The adsorption and kinetics of Pb^(2+)on the zeolitic material can be described by Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetic models,respectively.The ion exchange between Pb^(2+)and Na^(+)and chemisorption are the main adsorption mechanism.All these findings imply that the synthesis of low-cost adsorbent for Pb^(2+)removal from weak acid and neutral aqueous solution provides a highly effective method to utilize CFBFA. | Zhibin Ma Xueli Zhang Guangjun Lu Yanxia Guo Huiping Song Fangqin Cheng | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,7: | 0 |

ORF2 gene of porcine circovirus type2 cloned by PCR was ligated to the expression vector pEGFP-N1,which contains enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP) report gene,the recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid pEGFP-N1-ORF2 was constructed successfully and was transfected into prepared duck myocardial cells(DMCs) by lipofectin. According to the result,the fluorescence expression was directly detected with fluorescence microscope,and the expression of ORF2 were analyzed by RT-PCR and indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA) respectively. About 48 h after transfection,green fluorescent can be observed on transfected cells: T-PCR and IFA were positive.
