1氧化石墨烯及其氧化铁复合物的原位合成(英文)显示文摘开发了在富氧Fe(acac)3络合物体系中膨化氧化石墨制取氧化石墨烯/Fe2O3复合物的一步法。应用FT-IR、XRD、VSM、AFM及低温直流电导测量法对所制氧化石墨/Fe2O3复合物进行表征。FT-IR研究结果显示:膨化后,氧化石墨的环氧基团分解,同时形成了氧化铁粒子与氧化石墨烯复合物。AFM测试表明:在较高Fe2O3含量下,氧化石墨烯片层结构剥蚀形成厚达5mm氧化石墨烯叠层。VSM研究显示:在室温和0.13emu/g^5.5emu/g范围内,全部复合物呈铁磁特性。这些复合物的导电性受控于准电子跃迁机制。V. 2体外模拟消化对黑苦荞米黄酮抗氧化及降血糖活性的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:研究黑苦荞米黄酮模拟消化前后活性成分含量变化,以及模拟消化对其抗氧化及降血糖活性的影响。创新点:采用体外模拟消化的方法,更加真实地反应消化对黑苦荞米黄酮含量及活性的影响,同时采用体外抗氧化方法、α-葡萄糖苷酶实验和HepG 2细胞模型,评价其抗氧化和降血糖活性。方法:本文采用体外模拟消化的方法,对黑苦荞米黄酮进行模拟消化,使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测其消化前后黄酮物质含量变化情况(表1和图1);通过ABTS、DPPH和FRAP等实验研究模拟消化对其抗氧化活性的影响(表2和图2),进一步检测其消化前后对细胞活性氧(ROS)产生的抑制能力(图3);利用α-葡萄糖苷酶活性抑制实验(图4)以及细胞葡萄糖消耗和糖原含量实验(图5),评价黑苦荞米黄酮模拟消化前后的降血糖活性。结论:HPLC结果表明,黑苦荞米黄酮中的主要活性物质为芦丁和槲皮苷,经模拟消化后,其活性物质含量没有显著变化。体外抗氧化实验ABTS、DPPH和FRAP结果均表明,黑苦荞米黄酮具有抗氧化活性,体外模拟消化后,其抗氧化活性有所降低;细胞ROS结果表明,黑苦荞米黄酮模拟消化前后均具有较好的ROS抑制活性。进一步研究表明,黑苦荞米黄酮模拟消化前后对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较好的抑制能力,同时可以促进细胞对葡萄糖的消耗以及细胞糖原的生成,具有较好的降血糖活性。Tao BAO Ye WANG Yu-ting LI Vemana GOWD Xin-he NIU Hai-ying YANG Li-shui CHEN Wei CHEN Chong-de SUN 2016Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2016,17,12:12
3Machine learning in orthopaedic surgery显示文摘Artificial intelligence and machine learning in orthopaedic surgery has gained mass interest over the last decade or so.In prior studies,researchers have demonstrated that machine learning in orthopaedics can be used for different applications such as fracture detection,bone tumor diagnosis,detecting hip implant mechanical loosening,and grading osteoarthritis.As time goes on,the utility of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms,such as deep learning,continues to grow and expand in orthopaedic surgery.The purpose of this review is to provide an understanding of the concepts of machine learning and a background of current and future orthopaedic applications of machine learning in risk assessment,outcomes assessment,imaging,and basic science fields.In most cases,machine learning has proven to be just as effective,if not more effective,than prior methods such as logistic regression in assessment and prediction.With the help of deep learning algorithms,such as artificial neural networks and convolutional neural networks,artificial intelligence in orthopaedics has been able to improve diagnostic accuracy and speed,flag the most critical and urgent patients for immediate attention,reduce the amount of human error,reduce the strain on medical professionals,and improve care.Because machine learning has shown diagnostic and prognostic uses in orthopaedic surgery,physicians should continue to research these techniques and be trained to use these methods effectively in order to improve orthopaedic treatment.Simon P Lalehzarian Anirudh K Gowd Joseph N Liu 2021World Journal of Orthopedics2021,12,9:4
4Glycosaminoglycan remodeling during diabetes and the role of dietary factors in their modulation显示文摘Glycosaminoglycans(GAGs) play a significant role in various aspects of cell physiology.These are complex polymeric molecules characterized by disaccharides comprising of uronic acid and amino sugar.Compounded to the heterogeneity,these are variously sulfated and epimerized depending on the class of GAG.Among the various classes of GAG,namely,chondroitin/dermatan sulfate,heparin/heparan sulfate,keratan sulfate and hyaluronic acid(HA),only HA is non-sulfated.GAGs are known to undergo remodeling in various tissues during various pathophysiological conditions,diabetes mellitus being one among them.These changes will likely affect their structure thereby impinging on their functionality.Till date,diabetes has been shown to affect GAGs in organs such as kidney,liver,aorta,skin,erythrocytes,etc.to name a few,with deleterious consequences.One of the mainstays in the treatment of diabetes is though dietary means.Various dietary factors are known to play a significant role in regulating glucose homeostasis.Furthermore,in recent years,there has been a keen interest to decipher the role of dietary factors on GAG metabolism.This review focuses on the remodeling of GAGs in various organs during diabetes and their modulation by dietary factors.While effect of diabetes on GAG metabolism has been worked out quite a bit,studies on the role of dietary factors in their modulation has been few and far between.We have tried our best to give the latest reports available on this subject.Vemana Gowd Abhignan Gurukar Nandini D Chilkunda 2016World Journal of Diabetes2016,7,4:2
