1过渡期内用临时限位栏代替永久限位栏以提高母猪福利研究概况显示文摘众所周知,限位栏是20世纪80年代兴起的一种适宜于工厂化养猪模式的养殖设备。在给人们带来生产管理上的便利以及效益的同时,限位栏也给母猪带来了巨大的伤害,因而也成为众多人士攻击的目标。有人说这是让母猪“坐水牢”,有人把它当成母猪的“隐形杀手”。早在2001年,欧盟就已向业界公布了使用限位栏禁令的概念,但是直到2013年,欧盟才正式出台对妊娠期母猪使用限位栏的新规定。但在我国动物福利标准中仍没有明确今后在母猪的饲养中禁止使用限位栏,限位栏是我国目前最能提高母猪生产效率的饲养方式。张振玲 Wackermannova Marie Goumon Sébastien Illmann Gudrun 2019猪业科学2019,36,2:2

6临时限位栏里母猪应激水平、行为与仔猪的生长性能显示文摘文章研究的目的是评估临时(产前5 d进入限位栏,产后3 d解除限位栏限制)限位栏对母猪和仔猪生产性能的影响(评估的两个时间点分别是临时限位栏移除时和哺乳25 d后)。母猪产前5 d进入限位栏,一组至断奶时限位栏移除(称为长期限位栏组,即PC组;N=14);一组至产后第3天(83.0±1.3 h)限位栏移除(称为临时限位栏组,即TC组;N=13)。在产后第4天和产后第25天分别观察母猪体位变化、活动情况、检测皮质醇浓度和IgA浓度以及仔猪增重和行为的变化,确定整个哺乳期间仔猪的死亡率。数据用SAS软件的PROC GLM和PROC GENMOD进行分析。结果发现在产仔后第4天,TC组母猪较PC组母猪表现显著更为活跃(10.9%±0.8%对7.1%±0.8%),翻身频率也显著更高(21.3%±1.6%对14.4%±1.6%)以及显著更低的IgA浓度趋势(75.2±20.3μg/mL对139.7±20.3μg/mL)。圈舍条件(临时或长期限位栏)对站立-躺卧活动或皮质醇浓度方面均无显著影响。从出生后第4天一直到第25天,TC组和PC组出生的仔猪在死亡率、体重和吮吸母乳及在猪圈里的活动等方面均无显著差异。该研究表明,产后第4天临时限位栏的移除可能仅对母猪行为和应激水平(由IgA测定)有短期的积极影响,并不会影响哺乳期内仔猪的行为和生长性能。因此,在集约化生产条件下改善动物福利的一种可行方法是选择临时限位栏。张振玲(译) Leszkowova I Simeckova M Illmann G 2019猪业科学2019,36,9:1
