2肝肠钙粘连蛋白研究进展显示文摘钙粘连蛋白(cadherin)是Ca^2+依赖的介导同源细胞间相互粘附的多基因家族。目前已经发现100多个钙粘连蛋白家族成员,根据它们的结构和功能特点分为经典钙粘连蛋白(classic cadherin)、桥粒钙粘连蛋白(desmosomal cadherin)、原钙粘连蛋白(protocadherin)以及其他类型钙粘连蛋白。大部分钙粘连蛋白家族成员有着相似的结构及生物学功能,它们不仅在细胞粘附,细胞识别以及调控组织器官形态发生中起重要作用,而且参与介导细胞信号转导甚至神经传导等。如果钙粘连蛋白的活动异常,细胞之间的粘附功能会出现紊乱,导致组织细胞结构改变和功能障碍。研究表明,有些钙粘连蛋白的结构和功能异常与肿瘤的侵袭转移密切相关。王苒 刘小莉 Gessner R 王立东 2006肿瘤基础与临床2006,19,4:6
