1比较MRI(包括SS SE-EPI和SPIO增强MRI)与FDG-PET/CT对结直肠癌肝转移的检测显示文摘摘要前瞻性比较FDG-PET/CT和MR对结直肠癌肝转移的检测,MRI包括未增强的单次激发自旋回波平面成像(SS SE-EPI)和小顺磁性氧化铁(SPIO)增强。对24例疑有转移的连续病人进行了MRI和FDG-PET/CT检查。14例病人(58%)曾接受化疗,其中7例在PET/CT检查前1个月内化疗仍在进行中。PET/CT和MRI检查的平均间隔为(10.2±5.2)d。K.Coenegrachts F.De Geeter L.ter Beek N.Walgraeve S.Bipat J.
