2在超临界二氧化碳中用分散染料对天然纤维染色显示文摘在高温高压下,超过临界点的气体称为临界流体(图1)。作为有机物提取加工中的溶剂和超临界流体色谱的流动相,已被人们充分认识。在超临界状态,压力和温度决定了物理性质,诸如扩散系数、粘度和溶解力。液体溶剂不同,超临界流体的粘度与气相相似,而溶解物质的扩散系数比较高。由于它的优异性质,大多数常用的超临界流体为二氧化碳。二氧化碳的临界点CP=P_c,T_c在7.3MPa和31℃,处在技术适用范围,是分子量为400g/mole的较小极性和非极性分子的良好溶剂。Beate Gebert 陈博民 1996国外纺织技术(化纤.染整.环境保护分册)1996,,1:4

4散发性大肠癌肿瘤相关基因位点杂合性丢失分析显示文摘目的 分析大肠癌组织中抑癌基因及肿瘤相关基因位点的变化与预后的关系。方法 79例大肠癌组织经组织微解剖分离癌组织和正常组织,分别进行11 个染色体上14 个位点的杂合性丢失(lossofheterozygosity,LOH)分析。结果 肿瘤组织中LOH呈现一复杂的征象,5q12 及RB基因位点的LOH 与较好的预后有关。结论 不同的抑癌基因及肿瘤相关基因与大肠癌发生有关。5q12 位点的LOH 与较好预后相关的意义有待今后进一步研究。孙孟红 Gebert J Knebel Doeberitz Mv 1999中华实验外科杂志1999,16,6:3
