| 2 | 不同时间脓毒症核转录因子-κB对细胞因子表达调节的实验研究显示文摘目的探讨在不同时间段内脓毒症核转录因子-κB(NuclearTranscriptionFactor,NF-κB)对细胞因子表达的调节及其临床意义。方法将30只小鼠分为正常对照组、假手术(sham)组和盲肠结扎(CLP)组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和RT-PCR法分别检测血清细胞因子(TNFα、IL-6和IL-10)总量和脾细胞相应细胞因子基因表达量。同时采用电泳迁移率滞后分析法检测核转录因子NF-κBDNA结合活性。结果CLP组细胞因子TNFα、IL-6和IL-10高于正常对照组和sham组;CLP组有活性的NF-κB增多,以正调节促炎细胞因子TNFα和IL-6表达为主,TNFα和IL-6基因表达增高,且在4~18h调节IL-6(P<0.01)的作用高于TNFα(P<0.05),而对抗炎因子IL-10的强化调节作用略有下降(P>0.05)。结论随着脓毒症时间的推移,活性NF-κB增多,对促炎因子的正调节作用高于抗炎因子,是造成促炎因子与抗炎因子不平衡的重要原因。不同时间脓毒症细胞因子失衡程度不同,脓毒症的发展趋势亦不同。 | 苏建荣 张正 孙东旭 Aparna Krishan Gabriel Fernandas | 2005 | 中国现代医学杂志2005,15,15: | 2 |

| 4 | Photobiomodulation therapy for osteoarthritis: Mechanisms of action显示文摘Photobiomodulation(PBM)is a non-invasive therapeutic modality with demonstrated effects in many fields related to regenerative medicine.In the field of orthopedics,in particular,PBM at various wavelengths has demonstrated the capacity to trigger multiple biological effects associated with protective mechanisms in musculoskeletal tissues.The articles cited in this review show that devices operating close to or within the near infrared range at low intensities can provoke responses which favor the shift in the predominant catabolic microenvironment typically seen in degenerative joint diseases,especially osteoarthritis(OA).These responses include proliferation,differentiation and expression of proteins associated with stable cell cycles.Additionally,PBM can also modulate oxidative stress,inflammation and pain by exerting regulatory effects on immune cells and blocking the transmission of pain through sensory neuron fibers,without adverse events.Collectively,these effects are essential in order to control the progression of OA,which is in part attributed to exacerbated inflammation and degradative enzymatic reactions which gradually contribute to the destruction of joint tissues.PBM may offer medical experts ease of application,financial viability,efficacy and lack of serious adverse events.Therefore,it may prove to be a suitable ally in the management of mild to moderate degrees of OA.This review explores and discusses the principal biological mechanisms of PBM and how the produced effects may contribute to the amelioration of osteoarthritic progression.Literature was reviewed using PubMed and Google Scholar in order to find studies describing the mechanisms of PBM.The investigation included a combination of nomenclature such as:“photobiomodulation”,“phototherapy”,“laser therapy”,“PBM”,“osteoarthritis”,low level light therapy”,“inflammation”and“cartilage”.We considered only articles written in English,with access to the full text. | Fábio Pericinoto Giolo Gabriel Silva Santos Victor Fontes Pacheco Stephany Cares Huber Kaue Franco Malange Bruno Lima Rodrigues Fernanda Bassora Tomas Mosaner Gabriel Azzini Lucas Leite Ribeiro Carlos Amilcar Parada JoséFábio Santos Duarte Lana | 2022 | World Journal of Translational Medicine2022,10,3: | 0 |
| 5 | Thermal and photoperiodic requirements of the seedling stage of three tropical forest species显示文摘Air temperature and photoperiod play an important role in the seedling development for tropical forest species.Both variables are sensitive to climate,and so evaluating thermal and photoperiodic effects on seedling development is fundamental,especially for climate change studies.Methods to quantify thermal time and the energy required for plants to reach a development stage include air temperature and cardinal temperatures.The photoperiod will also affect physiological reactions of a plant and thus its development.Here we evaluated the six thermal time methods widely used to compute thermal requirement,and identified the influence of the photoperiod from the 2015 and2016 growing seasons and 12 sowing dates in Itajubá,Minas Gerais state,Brazil,on seedling development of three native tropical forest species Psidium guajava L.(Myrtaceae),Citharexylum myrianthum Cham.(Verbenaceae),and Bixa orellana L.(Bixaceae).The method used to quantify thermal time influenced the analytical results of seedling development;the one that considered three cardinal temperatures and compared them with the mean air temperature(Method5)performed better in computing thermal requirements.The influence of photoperiod on seedling development was inconclusive for the three species,but all three developed better in mild temperatures(between 13.3℃and 26.9℃)with a photoperiod shorter than 13 h. | Fabrina Bolzan Martins Mábele de Cássia Ferreira Flávia Fernanda Azevedo Fagundes Gabriel Wilson Lorena Florêncio | 2023 | Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,1: | 0 |
| 6 | 不同器官细胞因子在多细菌感染性炎症时的基因表达和临床意义显示文摘目的探讨肝、肺细胞因子基因表达与腹腔吞噬细胞上清液、循环血中细胞因子含量的关系,为临床诊治多细菌感染引发的炎症提供实验依据。方法将30只小鼠分为假手术对照组(sham组)和盲肠结扎组(CLP组)。采用RT!PCR法检测肝脏和肺脏肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF!α)和白细胞介素10(IL!10)的基因表达情况,采用ELISA法检测腹腔巨噬细胞上清液和循环血液中相应细胞因子含量。结果CLP组的TNF'α、IL!10基因表达和腹腔巨噬细胞上清液、循环血液中的相应细胞因子含量均高于sham组。CLP后18h组与4h组比较,TNF'α在腹腔巨噬细胞上清液、循环血液中的活性均有显著性差异(P<0.05),在肝、肺中基因表达有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);IL!10在腹腔巨噬细胞上清液和循环血液中的含量无显著性差异,而在肝、肺中基因表达有显著性差异。结论发生多细菌感染性炎症时,肝、肺参与细胞因子的表达;血液中细胞因子含量不能完全代表组织器官内的基因表达情况;多细菌感染性炎症治疗应考虑靶器官细胞因子的表达状态。 | 苏建荣 张正 孙东旭 Aparna Krishan Gabriel Fernandas | 2005 | 北京医学2005,27,10: | 0 |
| 7 | Dose of alendronate directly increases trabeculae expansivity without altering bone volume in rat femurs显示文摘AIM To evaluate the effects of sodium alendronate on bone repair in fractures created in appendicular bones. METHODS Wistar rats(n = 36) were allocated into three distinct groups: group C(control), group B1(received 1 mg/kg of alendronate), and group B2(received 3 mg/kg of alendronate). The rats underwent femoral transversal linear fracture surgery using stable internal fixation with a 2.0 mm plate and screw system. Each animal randomly received intraperitoneal applications of sodium alendronate at a dose corresponding to group B1 or B2 three times a week, while the control group received a 0.9% saline solution. Drug administration was performed until euthanasia at 45 d. The femurs were removed and each surgical piece was sent for radiographic, tomographic and microtomographic analysis. Data were submitted to descriptive and inferential statistical analysis(95% confidence interval).RESULTS Quantitative evaluations of bone neoformation did not show differences among the groups in the radiographic(P = 0.341), microtomographic(P = 0.581) and tomographic evaluations(P = 0.171). In the qualitative microtomographic analysis, a smaller distance was observed between the internal bone trabeculae in the groups that used alendronate(P = 0.05).
