1A statistical inference for generalized Rayleigh model under Type-Ⅱ progressive censoring with binomial removals显示文摘This paper considers the parameters and reliability characteristics estimation problem of the generalized Rayleigh distribution under progressively Type-Ⅱ censoring with random removals,that is,the number of units removed at each failure time follows the binomial distribution.The maximum likelihood estimation and the Bayesian estimation are derived.In the meanwhile,through a great quantity of Monte Carlo simulation experiments we have studied different hyperparameters as well as symmetric and asymmetric loss functions in the Bayesian estimation procedure.A real industrial case is presented to justify and illustrate the proposed methods.We also investigate the expected experimentation time and discuss the influence of the parameters on the termination point to complete the censoring test.REN Junru GUI Wenhao 2020Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,1:2
2Liver DNA methylation and transcriptome between 1- and 3-year-old grass carp显示文摘Diseases of grass carps often occur in juveniles but not in adults that may have established disease resistance during development.We performed both DNA bisulfite and transcriptome sequencing on liver libraries of 1-and 3-year-old grass carps.Differential DNA-methylation analysis exhibited a declined methylation level through development.Functional annotation revealed that identified differentially methylated genes(DMGs)and differentially expressed genes were enriched in immune-related pathways such as PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and its related pathways.Both differentially methylated and differentially expressed genes were clustered into the growth-and immune-related function networks.Subcellular localization analysis indicated that the DMGs localized on cell membrane were significantly enriched in calcium signaling pathway and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway,implying the importance of G protein-coupled receptors to development.These findings will broaden our understanding of the key genes and pathways that affect the immune system at different development stages and the developing protective strategies in grass carp.Lang Gui Wenjie Lu Mijuan Shi Ruiqin Hu Yan zhou Yubang Shen Xiaoyan Xu Jie Liu Huimin Xia Yaping Wang Wenhao Li Ying Lu 2022Aquaculture and Fisheries2022,7,3:0
3Heterogeneity identification method for surrounding rock of large-section rock tunnel faces based on support vector machine显示文摘Purpose–The purpose of the study is to quickly identify significant heterogeneity of surrounding rock of tunnel face that generally occurs during the construction of large-section rock tunnels of high-speed railways.Design/methodology/approach–Relying on the support vector machine(SVM)-based classification model,the nominal classification of blastholes and nominal zoning and classification terms were used to demonstrate the heterogeneity identification method for the surrounding rock of tunnel face,and the identification calculation was carried out for the five test tunnels.Then,the suggestions for local optimization of the support structures of large-section rock tunnels were put forward.Findings–The results show that compared with the two classification models based on neural networks,the SVM-based classification model has a higher classification accuracy when the sample size is small,and the average accuracy can reach 87.9%.After the samples are replaced,the SVM-based classification model can still reach the same accuracy,whose generalization ability is stronger.Originality/value–By applying the identification method described in this paper,the significant heterogeneity characteristics of the surrounding rock in the process of two times of blasting were identified,and the identification results are basically consistent with the actual situation of the tunnel face at the end of blasting,and can provide a basis for local optimization of support parameters.Wenhao Yi Mingnian Wang Jianjun Tong Siguang Zhao Jiawang Li Dengbin Gui Xiao Zhang 2023Railway Sciences2023,2,1:0
4Evaluating the lifetime performance index with the inverted exponentiated Rayleigh distribution based on censored sample显示文摘Lifetime performance index is a powerful and effective way to analyze whether a product achieves the specified standards.In this paper,we investigate the lifetime performance index for the inverted exponential Rayleigh distribution using progressive type II censored sample data.The censored sample is able to greatly save the cost of the experiment and speed up the experiment.We derive the estimation value of lifetime performance index using the maximum likelihood method,and conduct the hypothesis test.Based on extensive numerical simulation,the power function is utilized to assess effectiveness of hypothesis testing.The simulation results show that lifetime performance index is good for determining whether the lifetime of the product reaches the criterion.Finally,a practical dataset is provided to give a demonstration for the procedures of lifetime performance evaluation.Shuo Gao Wenhao Gui 2019International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2019,10,5:0
5Diurnal Temperature Range as a Novel Risk Factor for Sudden Infant Death显示文摘Objective To assess the relationship between diurnal temperature range (DTR) and sudden infant death (SID) between 2001 and 2004 in Shanghai,China.Methods We conducted a time‐stratified case‐crossover analysis to estimate the percent increase of SID associated with changes in DTR after adjustment for daily weather conditions (temperature and relative humidity) and outdoor air pollution.Results DTR was significantly associated with daily SID.An increase of 1 °C in the current‐day (L0) and in the 2‐day moving average (L01) DTR corresponds to a 1.56% (95% CI:0.97%,2.15%) and a 1.89% (95% CI:1.17%,2.60%) increase in SID,respectively.Conclusion An increased DTR was associated with an increased risk of SID in Shanghai.More studies are needed to understand the effect of DTR on infant deaths.CHU Chen ZHOU WenHao GUI YongHao KAN HaiDong 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,5:0
6A New Family of Exponential Slash Distributions with Elliptical Contours显示文摘A new family of univariate exponential slash distribution is introduced, which is based on elliptical distributions and defined by means of a stochastic representation as the scale mixture of an elliptically distributed random variable with respect to the power of an exponential random variable. The same idea is extended to the multivariate case. General properties of the resulting families, including their moments and kurtosis coefficient, are studied. And inferences based on methods of moment and maximum likelihood are discussed.
