1Zhuifeng tougu capsules (追风透骨胶囊) improve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms in rats by regulating the toll-like receptor 2/4-nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Zhuifeng tougu capsules(追风透骨胶囊, ZFTG) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in rats and study its mechanism, focusing on the toll-like receptor 2/4-nuclear factor kappa-B(TLR2/4-NF-κB) signaling pathway.METHODS: TypeⅡ collagen and an artificial climate box were used to construct the rat model of collagen-induced arthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome. The rats were divided randomly into a control group, wind-cold-dampness syndrome model group, and high-, medium-,and low-dose ZFTG groups. The methotrexate(MTX) control group was treated with the corresponding drug intervention for 28 d. The joint temperature, pain threshold, joint swelling degree, and arthritis index(AI) score were measured. The production of C-reactive protein(CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), and rheumatoid factors(RFs) in the blood was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protein expression of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB in synovial tissues was detected by Western blotting, and the m RNA expression of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the joint temperature in each treatment group, the MTX control group, and MTX group recovered, the degree of foot swelling, pain threshold, AI score decreased, serum CRP, ESR, RF level and the levels of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB in synovial tissue were decreased(P < 0.05). 4Structural regulation of single-atom catalysts for enhanced catalytic oxidation performance of volatile organic compounds显示文摘The catalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is considered a feasible method for VOCs treatment by virtue of its low technical cost,high economic efficiency,and low additionally produced pollutants,which is of important social value.Singleatom catalysts(SACs)with 100%atom utilization and uniform active sites usually have high activity and high product selectivity,and promise a broad range of applications.Precise regulation of the microstructures of SACs by means of defect engineering,interface engineering,and electronic effects can further improve the catalytic performance of VOCs oxidation.In this review,we introduce the mechanisms of VOCs oxidation,and systematically summarize the recent research progress of SACs in catalytic VOCs total oxidation into CO_(2)and H_(2)O,and then discuss the effects of various structural regulation strategies on the catalytic performance.Finally,we summarize the current problems yet to be solved and challenges currently faced in this field,and propose future design and research ideas for SACs in catalytic oxidation of VOCs.Fei Jiang Zhiyuan Zhou Chao Zhang Chao Feng Gaoyan Xiong Yunxia Wang Zhaoyang Fei Yunqi Liu Yuan Pan 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1

15Study of Linear and Nonlinear Optical Properties of Four Derivatives of Substituted Aryl Hydrazones of 1,8-Naphthalimide显示文摘Four 1,8-naphthalimide hydrazone molecules with different electron-donating groups have been applied in the study of linear and nonlinear optical(NLO)properties.These compounds showed strong green emission in solution.Their NLO properties such as two-photon absorption(TPA)behavior with femtosecond laser pulses ca.800 nm and excited-state absorption(ESA)behavior with nanosecond laser pulses at 532 nm were investigated.Compound 4 presented the largest two-photon cross section(550 GM)among them due to two factors:the conjugated length of compound 4 is the longest and the electron-donating ability of compound 4 is the strongest.Different from TPA behavior,compound 2 showed the best nonlinear absorption properties at 532 nm and its nonlinear absorption coef-ficient and third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilitiesχ^(3)were up to 1.41×10^(−10) MKS and 4.65×10^(−12) esu,re-spectively.Through the modification of the structure,the nonlinear optical properties of these compounds at differ-ent wavelengths(532 and 800 nm)were well tuned.The great broad-band nonlinear optical properties indicate hy-drazones are good candidates for organic nonlinear optical absorption materials.Peiyang Gu Xufeng Xu Feng Zhou Tingting Zhao Gaojie Ye Gaoyan Liu Qinghua Xu Jianfeng Ge Qingfeng Xu Jianmei Lu 2014Chinese Journal of Chemistry2014,32,3:0
16Network Modeling and Operation Optimization of Electricity-HCNG-Integrated Energy System显示文摘Hydrogen-enriched compressed natural gas(HCNG)has great potential for renewable energy and hydrogen utilization.However,injecting hydrogen into the natural gas network will change original fluid dynamics and complicate compressed gas's physical properties,threatening operational safety of the electricity-HCNG-integrated energy system(E-HCNG-IES).To resolve such problem,this paper investigates effect of HCNG on gas network dynamics and presents an improved HCNG network model,which embodies the influence of blending hydrogen on the pressure drop equation and line pack equation.In addition,an optimal dispatch model for the E-HCNG-IES,considering the“production-storage-blending-transportation-utilization”link of the HCNG supply chain,is also proposed.The dispatch model is converted into a mixed-integer second-order conic programming(MISOCP)problem using the second-order cone(SOC)relaxation and piecewise linearization techniques.An iterative algorithm is proposed based on the convex-concave procedure and bound-tightening method to obtain a tight solution.Finally,the proposed methodology is evaluated through two E-HCNGIES numerical testbeds with different hydrogen volume fractions.Detailed operation analysis reveals that E-HCNG-IES can benefit from economic and environmental improvement with increased hydrogen volume fraction,despite declining energy delivery capacityand line pack flexibility.Yue Qiu Suyang Zhou Wei Gu Yuping Lu Xiao-Ping Zhang Gaoyan Han Kang Zhang Hongkun Lyu 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,4:0

18The difference of clinical characteristics of patients with COVID-19 in Fourth-tier city and Wuhan显示文摘Objective:This study mainly analyzed the clinical characteristics of patients with COVID-19 in Suining,one of China’s fourth-tier cities,and Wuhan and compared data between the 2 cities.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 68 patients with COVID-19 diagnosed at Wuhan Red Cross Hospital and 17 patients diagnosed at Suining Central Hospital,was conducted.Results:Among the 68 patients with COVID-19 in Wuhan,30(44.1%)had hypertension,and 25(36.8%)had diabetes.Three out of the 17 patients in Suining(17.6%)had hypertension,and 2 patients(11.8%)had diabetes.In the clinical classification,there were 1(5.9%)and 23(33.8%)patients with severe COVID-19 in Suining and Wuhan,respectively.Chest CT showed that lung consolidation occurred in 2(11.8%)and 26(38.2%)patients with COVID-19 in Suining and Wuhan,respectively.The proportion of patients with diabetes or hypertension,severe COVID-19,lung consolidation in Wuhan was significantly higher than that in Suining.The laboratory tests suggested that percentage of elevated C-reactive protein(CRP)(58.8%),ALT(33.8%),blood glucose(45.6%),creatine kinase(CK)(33.8%)or D-dimer(47.1%)of patients in Wuhan were significantly increased than those in Suining(29.4%,5.9%,17.6%,5.9%,and 17.7%,respectively).Conclusion:The incidence of COVID-19 in fourth-tier city and the disease severity were significantly lower than that in Wuhan.Xiaojuan Wu Chaoping Wang Gaoyan He Baolin Jia Li Luo Xiaobin Luo 2021Infectious Diseases Research2021,2,3:0
