1Antibody drug conjugate:the“biological missile”for targeted cancer therapy显示文摘Antibody–drug conjugate(ADC)is typically composed of a monoclonal antibody(mAbs)covalently attached to a cytotoxic drug via a chemical linker.It combines both the advantages of highly specific targeting ability and highly potent killing effect to achieve accurate and efficient elimination of cancer cells,which has become one of the hotspots for the research and development of anticancer drugs.Since the first ADC,Mylotarg®(gemtuzumab ozogamicin),was approved in 2000 by the US Food and Drug Administration(FDA),there have been 14 ADCs received market approval so far worldwide.Moreover,over 100 ADC candidates have been investigated in clinical stages at present.This kind of new anti-cancer drugs,known as“biological missiles”,is leading a new era of targeted cancer therapy.Herein,we conducted a review of the history and general mechanism of action of ADCs,and then briefly discussed the molecular aspects of key components of ADCs and the mechanisms by which these key factors influence the activities of ADCs.Moreover,we also reviewed the approved ADCs and other promising candidates in phase-3 clinical trials and discuss the current challenges and future perspectives for the development of next generations,which provide insights for the research and development of novel cancer therapeutics using ADCs.Zhiwen Fu Shijun Li Sifei Han Chen Shi Yu Zhang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:5

4Effects of Root Zone Temperature on Growth and Photosynthetic Parameters of Grafted Cucumber显示文摘Taking Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita moschata as root stocks,and‘Jinyou No 3'cucumber as scion,the effects of different root zone temperature conditions optimal temperature( CK)( 18-20 ℃),suboptimal temperature( 13-15 ℃) and low temperature( 8-10 ℃) on the growth and photosynthesis indexes were studied. The results showed that,compared with optimal temperature( CK),suboptimal temperature and low temperature produced a significant inhibition of growth on cucumbers. The plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,number of leaves and dry weight of aboveground part were all reduced,dry weight of underground part and root shoot ratio all increased,while the inhibition was more significant at low temperature. Low and suboptimal temperature conditions also reduced SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_2 concentration and stomatal conductance of the grafted cucumber. 5Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride Content in Qingwen Baidu Granule by HPLC显示文摘The paper was to establish a simple and sensitive HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride content in Qingwen Baidu granule.The HPLC system consisted of Stable Bond- C18 column(4.6×150 mm,5μm) and with a mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.05mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(50∶50,v∶v) mixture.Berberine hydrochloride was detected at the wavelength of 345 nm,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a column temperature of30 ℃.The excipients and solvents in the granule could be well separated from the drug under such a designated chromatogram condition and did not interfere with the assay.A good linear relationship was found between peak area and the concentration of berberine hydrochloride in the range of 16.0- 48.0 μg / mL.The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 99.09%.The established approach was specific,accurate,reliable,prompt,sensitive and applicable,and could be used to control the quality of Qingwen Baidu granule.Guo Shijin Wang Yanping Fu Shijun Zhang Zhimei Xu Qianqian Shen Zhiqiang 2014Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2014,6,1:2
6Multi-objective optimization of frequency and damping of vertical stabilizer skin structure placed with variable-angle tows显示文摘The vibration characteristics of composite vertical stabilizer skin structures play a critical role in damping effects designed for overcoming the air disturbances experienced by aircraft structural components during flight.The first-order fundamental frequencies and their corresponding damping characteristics of the vertical stabilizer skin structure tow-steered by automatic fiber placement technique were optimized with the parameterized trajectories and plies as design variables.Firstly,the vibration and damping numerical models were derived based on Kirchhoff laminate theory,the Rayleigh-Ritz method,and the Strain Energy Method.Then the optimization model was developed by adopting the self-adaptive Differential Evolution Multi-objective optimization algorithm and incorporating the solution method of Pareto Front.The constraints of this optimization model considered the experimentally obtained minimum turning radius of prepregs tow-steered in automatic fiber placement process obtained from experimental tests.Finally,the comparison of numerical simulation results was conducted for the optimized trajectories and the conventional straight trajectories under various boundary conditions,and the numerical results were partially validated through damping and frequency tests.The results indicate the vibration characteristics of the composite vertical stabilizer skin structure can be enhanced to a large extent by optimizing fiber trajectories,and the enhancement percentage is affected by the boundary conditions of the actual structure.Lei ZU Xianzhao XIA Qian ZHANG Guiming ZHANG Shijun CHEN Jianhui FU Lichuan ZHOU Huabi WANG Debao LI Liqing ZOU 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,1:1

10Simultaneous Determination of Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium and Trimethoprim in Compound Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium Propolis Solution by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)显示文摘[Objective] The paper aimed to provide a basis for quality control of compound sulfamonomethoxine sodium propolis solution. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was used to determine the contents of sulfamonomethoxine sodium and trimethoprim simultaneously in compound sulfamonomethoxine sodium propolis solution. [Result]Sulfamonomethoxine sodium and trimethoprim showed a linear relationship within the concentration of 10-500 μg / m L under the following chromatographic conditions: Kromasil C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase 0. 02 mol / L phosphoric acid solutionmethanol( 80∶20,V / V),detection wavelength 270 nm,flow rate 1. 0 m L / min,and column temperature 30℃. The average recoveries were 99. 3% and 99. 4%,respectively. 20Identification of Gardenoside and Sarsasapogenin from Qingwen Baidu Granules by TLC显示文摘[Objective] We aimed to establish the identification method of gardenoside and sarsasapogenin in Qingwen baidu granules. [Method]With ethyl acetate-acetone-formic acid-water( 10∶7∶2∶0. 5) as the developer and 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution as the chromogenic reagent,the samples were heated at 100 ℃until the spots were clearly visible,and the existence of gardenoside was checked under natural light. With toluene-acetone( 9∶1) as the developer and 5% vanillin sulfuric acid solution as the chromogenic reagent,the samples were heated at 105 ℃ until the spots were clearly visible,and the existence of sarsasapogenin was checked under natural light.
