1环保型烧结生产新技术——Eposint and MEROS~显示文摘在烧结厂的设计和生产中,环保问题已经成为了决定性的因素。如今,在许多城市地区,新建烧结厂或现有烧结厂扩建,只有在确保严格执行环保排放规定的情况下才能得到批准。采用传统技术往往不可能达到现行排放标准,更不必说排放标准预计会在中短期内变得进一步严格。有鉴于此,作为一家领先的冶金工业设备制造商,西门子奥钢联开发并实施了新技术,能够将烧结生产的环境排放指标降低到前所未有的水平。通过采用与奥钢联钢铁公司联合开发的称之为Eposint的烧结废气选择性循环系统,加上西门子奥钢联开发的MEROS新型废气干法除尘系统,这一目标得以实现。目前,这两种工艺均已在奥钢联钢铁公司第5烧结厂投入运行,环保效果远远好于预期指标。Alexander Fleischanderl Christoph Aichinger Erwin Zwittag 2008中国冶金2008,18,11:20
