2FY-3 satellite Ultraviolet Total Ozone Unit显示文摘FY-3 satellites are Chinese second-generation polar orbit meteorological satellite series. Ultraviolet Total Ozone Unit (TOU) is one of the main payloads on FY-3 satellite and the first instrument for daily global coverage of total ozone monitoring in China. The main purpose of TOU is to measure the Earth backscatter ultraviolet radiation for retrieving daily global map of atmospheric ozone. TOU will provide the important parameters for environmental monitoring, climate forecasting and global climate changing research. At present, the in-orbit testing of TOU has accomplished and won a consummation, and it will be delivered to National Satellite Meteorological Center for the operational phase of the project. In this paper we introduce the instrument of TOU and its measuring principle, in general. We also analyze the recent working status of the instrument, including the sensitivity, measuring precision of solar irradiance, diffuser degradation and wavelength drift. The inversion results show that TOU can provide good global ozone maps, and a comparison with the OMI total ozone product shows that their RMS deviation is about 5%. 5Emerging miniaturized energy storage devices for microsystem applications:from design to integration显示文摘The rapid progress of micro/nanoelectronic systems and miniaturized portable devices has tremendously increased the urgent demands for miniaturized and integrated power supplies.Miniaturized energy storage devices(MESDs),with their excellent properties and additional intelligent functions,are considered to be the preferable energy supplies for uninterrupted powering of microsystems.In this review,we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of the background,fundamentals,device configurations,manufacturing processes,and typical applications of MESDs,including their recent advances.Particular attention is paid to advanced device configurations,such as two-dimensional(2D)stacked,2D planar interdigital,2D arbitrary-shaped,three-dimensional planar,and wire-shaped structures,and their corresponding manufacturing strategies,such as printing,scribing,and masking techniques.Additionally,recent developments in MESDs,including microbatteries and microsupercapacitors,as well as microhybrid metal ion capacitors,are systematically summarized.A series of on-chip microsystems,created by integrating functional MESDs,are also highlighted.Finally,the remaining challenges and future research scope on MESDs are discussed.Huaizhi Liu Guanhua Zhang Xin Zheng Fengjun Chen Huigao Duan 2020International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2020,2,4:4

8Neuro-regenerative imidazole-functionalized GelMA hydrogel loaded with hAMSC and SDF-1α promote stem cell differentiation and repair focal brain injury显示文摘Brain tissues that are severely damaged by traumatic brain injury(TBI)is hardly regenerated,which leads to a cavity or a repair with glial scarring.Stem-cell therapy is one viable option to treat TBI-caused brain tissue damage,whose use is,whereas,limited by the low survival rate and differentiation efficiency of stem cells.To approach this problem,we developed an injectable hydrogel using imidazole groups-modified gelatin methacrylate(GelMA-imid).In addition,polydopamine(PDA)nanoparticles were used as carrier for stromal-cell derived factor-1(SDF-1α).GelMA-imid hydrogel loaded with PDA@SDF-1αnanoparticles and human amniotic mesenchymal stromal cells(hAMSCs)were injected into the damaged area in an in-vivo cryogenic injury model in rats.The hydrogel had low module and its average pore size was 204.61±41.41 nm,which were suitable for the migration,proliferation and differentiation of stem cells.In-vitro cell scratch and differentiation assays showed that the imidazole groups and SDF-1αcould promote the migration of hAMSCs to injury site and their differentiation into nerve cells.The highest amount of nissl body was detected in the group of GelMA-imid/SDF-1α/hAMSCs hydrogel in the in-vivo model.Additionally,histological analysis showed that GelMA-imid/SDF-1α/hAMSCs hydrogel could facilitate the regeneration of regenerate endogenous nerve cells.In summary,the GelMA-imid/SDF-1α/hAMSCs hydrogel promoted homing and differentiation of hAMSCs into nerve cells,and showed great application potential for the physiological recovery of TBI.Yantao Zheng Gang Wu Limei Chen Ying Zhang Yuwei Luo Yong Zheng Fengjun Hu Tymor Forouzanfar Haiyan Lin Bin Liu 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,3:2

10Dynamic Task Offloading for Mobile Edge Computing with Hybrid Energy Supply显示文摘Mobile edge computing(MEC),as a new distributed computing model,satisfies the low energy consumption and low latency requirements of computation-intensive services.The task offloading of MEC has become an important research hotspot,as it solves the problems of insufficient computing capability and battery capacity of Internet of things(IoT)devices.This study investigates task offloading scheduling in a dynamic MEC system.By integrating energy harvesting technology into IoT devices,we propose a hybrid energy supply model.We jointly optimize local computing,offloading duration,and edge computing decisions to minimize system cost.On the basis of stochastic optimization theory,we design an online dynamic task offloading algorithm for MEC with a hybrid energy supply called DTOME.DTOME can make task offloading decisions by weighing system cost and queue stability.We quote dynamic programming theory to obtain the optimal task offloading strategy.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of DTOME,and show that DTOME entails lower system cost than two baseline task offloading strategies.Ying Chen Fengjun Zhao Yangguang Lu Xin Chen 2023Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,3:1

19Fetch effect on the developmental process of aeolian sand transport in a wind tunnel显示文摘As the sand mass flux increases from zero at the leading edge of a saltating surface to the equilibrium mass flux at the critical fetch length,the wind flow is modified and then the relative contribution of aerodynamic and bombardment entrainment is changed.In the end the velocity,trajectory and mass flux profile will vary simultaneously.But how the transportation of different sand size groups varies with fetch distance is still unclear.Wind tunnel experiments were conducted to investigate the fetch effect on mass flux and its distribution with height of the total sand and each size group in transportation.The mass flux was measured at six fetch length locations(0.5,1.2,1.9,2.6,3.4 and 4.1 m)and at three free-stream wind velocities(8.8,12.2 and 14.5 m/s).The results reveal that the total mass flux and the mass flux of each size group with height can be expressed by q=aexp(–bh),where q is the sand mass flux at height h,and a and b are regression coefficients.The coefficient b represents the relative decay rate.Both the relative decay rates of total mass flux and each size group are independent of fetch length after a quick decay over a short fetch.This is much shorter than that of mass flux.The equilibrium of the relative decay rate cannot be regarded as an equilibrium mass flux profile for aeolian sand transport.The mass fluxes of 176.0,209.3 and 148.0μm size groups increase more quickly than that of other size groups,which indicates strong size-selection of grains exists along the fetch length.The maximal size group in mass flux(176.0μm)is smaller than the maximal size group of the bed grains(209.3μm).The relative contribution of each size group to the total mass flux is not monotonically decreasing with grain size due to the lift-off of some small grains being reduced due to the protection by large grains.The results indicate that there are complex interactions among different size groups in the developmental process of aeolian sand transport and more attention should be focused on the fetch effect because it has different influences on the total mass flux,the mass flux profile and its relative decay rate.CHEN Zongyan XIAO Fengjun DONG Zhibao 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,3:1
