1Promoted effect of zinc–nickel bimetallic oxides supported on HZSM-5 catalysts in aromatization of methanol显示文摘Zn/ZSM-5(NZ2) and Zn/Ni/ZSM-5(NZ3) as the catalysts for methanol to aromatics(MTA) were synthesized by a simple ultrasonic impregnation. The textural and acid properties of all catalysts were characterized using XRD, HRTEM, NH_3-TPD, Py-IR, XPS, XRF and TG techniques. The XRD and HRTEM results showed that the basic zeolite structures were not affected much with the incorporation of Zn and Ni species. However, great changes have taken place in acid properties. The Py-IR and XPS results indicated that the Zn-Lewis acid sites(ZnOH^+ species), which have stronger interaction with the zeolite framework compared with ZnO species, were generated at the expense of B acid sites with the incorporation of zinc species. Moreover, the product analysis results showed that the incorporation of zinc species promoted the primary aromatization by enhancing the dehydroaromatization and suppressing the cracking and subsequent H-transfer reaction. Furthermore, the addition of Ni species well inhibited the loss of zinc species by converting partial ZnO species to ZnOH^+ species, and thus improved the aromatization activity and catalyst stability. The catalytic performance results showed that the NZ3 possess higher conversion of methanol in a longer time and lower average rate of coke formation compared with NZ2. 2Nanoscale pore morphology and distribution of lacustrine shale reservoirs:Examples from the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin显示文摘Pore structure plays an important role in the gas storage and flow capacity of shale gas reservoirs. Fieldemission environmental scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) in combination with low-pressure carbon dioxide gas adsorption(CO2GA),nitrogen gas adsorption(N2GA),and high-pressure mercury intrusion(HPMI) were used to study the nanostructure pore morphology and pore-size distributions(PSDs) of lacustrine shale from the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin. Results show that the pores in the shale reservoirs are generally nanoscale and can be classified into four types: organic,interparticle,intraparticle,and microfracture. The interparticle pores between clay particles and organic-matter pores develop most often,l with pore sizes that vary from several to more than 100 nm. Mercury porosimetry analysis shows total porosities ranging between 1.93 and 7.68%,with a mean value of 5.27%. The BET surface areas as determined by N2 adsorption in the nine samples range from 10 to 20 m2/g and the CO2 equivalent surface areas(<2 nm)vary from 18 to 71 m2/g. Together,the HPMI,N2 GA,and CO2 GA curves indicate that the pore volumes are mainly due to pores <100 nm in size. In contrast,however,most of the specific surface areas are provided by the micropores. The total organic carbon(TOC) and clay minerals are the primary controls of the structures of nanoscale pores(especially micropores and mesopores). 3Induced regulatory T cells suppress Tel cells through TGF-β signaling to ameliorate STZ-induced type 1 diabetes mellitus显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1D)is a chronic autoimmune condition in which the immune system destroys insulin-producing pancreatic β cells.In addition to well-established pathogenic effector T cells,regulatory T cells(Tregs)have also been shown to be defective in T1D.Thus,an increasing number of therapeutic approaches are being developed to target Tregs.However,the role and mechanisms of TGF-β-induced Tregs(iTregs)in T1D remain poorly understood.Here,using a streptozotocin(STZ)-induced preclinical T1D mouse model,we found that iTregs could ameliorate the development of T1D and preserve β cell function.The preventive effect was associated with the inhibition of type 1 cytotoxic T(Tel)cell function and rebalancing the Treg/Tc1 cell ratio in recipients.Furthermore,we showed that the underlying mechanisms were due to the TGF-β-mediated combinatorial actions of mTOR and TCF1.In addition to the preventive role,the therapeutic effects of iTregs on the established STZ-T1D and nonobese diabetic(NOD)mouse models were tested,which revealed improved β cell function.Our findings therefore provide key new insights into the basic mechanisms involved in the therapeutic role of iTregs in T1D.Li Zhou Xuemin He Peihong Cai Ting Li Rongdong Peng Junlong Dang Yue Li Haicheng Li Feng Huang Guojun Shi Chichu Xie Yan Lu Yanming Chen 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,3:3
4Raman spectroscopy regulation in van der Waals crystals显示文摘Raman spectroscopy is a versatile tool widely used for comprehensive probing of crystal information. However,generally when applied in narrow-band-gap van der Waals crystals, it is liable to form a 'bug,' especially in transition-metal-dichalcogenides(TMDs). That is, several resonant Raman-scattering(RS) modes will inevitably appear in the Raman spectra with strong intensity, interfering with the desired signal of optical-phonon modes.Here, we propose cross-sectional polarized Raman scattering capable of regulating the intensity of RS modes in accordance with quasi-sinusoidal rules. Typically, for MoS_2 and WS_2, when the polarization vector of excited light is along the c axis of the crystal, all RS modes are nearly completely 'expunged' from the Raman spectra. The mechanism is that the absorption of most TMDs with a space group of R_(3m)for the light polarized along the c axis is infinitesimal, thus forming a small coupling intensity of electronic states excited optically and acoustic-phonon modes at point M, which in turn restrain the appearance of RS modes. 5Abnormal intra-network architecture in extra-striate cortices in amblyopia: a resting state fMRI study显示文摘Background:Amblyopia(lazy eye)is one of the most common causes of monocular visual impairment.Intensive investigation has shown that amblyopes suffer from a range of deficits not only in the primary visual cortex but also the extra-striate visual cortex.However,amblyopic brain processing deficits in large-scale information networks especially in the visual network remain unclear.Methods:Through resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI),we studied the functional connectivity and efficiency of the brain visual processing networks in 18 anisometropic amblyopic patients and 18 healthy controls(HCs).Results:We found a loss of functional correlation within the higher visual network(HVN)and the visuospatial network(VSN)in amblyopes.Additionally,compared with HCs,amblyopic patients exhibited disruptions in local efficiency in the V3v(third visual cortex,ventral part)and V4(fourth visual cortex)of the HVN,as well as in the PFt,hIP3(human intraparietal area 3),and BA7p(Brodmann area 7 posterior)of the VSN.No significant alterations were found in the primary visual network(PVN).Conclusion:Our results indicate that amblyopia results in an intrinsic decrease of both network functional correlations and local efficiencies in the extra-striate visual networks.Zhuo Lu Yufeng Huang Qilin Lu Lixia Feng Benedictor Alexander Nguchu Yanming Wang Huijuan Wang Geng Li Yifeng Zhou Bensheng Qiu Jiawei Zhou Xiaoxiao Wang 2019Eye and Vision2019,6,1:3
6Lanthanide complexes mediated coordinative chain transfer polymerization of conjugated dienes显示文摘Tremendous advances has been witnessed in the past few years in the lanthanide complexes mediated coordinative chain transfer polymerization(CCTP) of conjugated dienes. CCTP features catalyst economy, well-controlling over both microstructure and architecture of the resulting polymers, and accessibility for novel(co)polymers. This review highlights the recent progresses made in the field of CCTP of dienes. After a brief introduction, the body of this review is divided into three parts:(1) principle of CCTP;(2) coordinative chain transfer homopolymerization of dienes;(3) coordinative chain transfer copolymerization of dienes.At the end, we present some challenges remaining in this area and our personal opinion regarding where this field should continue to develop. 7Inter-and intra-specific phenotypic variation of ecological stoichiometric traits in a mixed-oak secondary forest in China显示文摘Ecological stoichiometry provides a framework for the balance and flow of elements between organisms and ecosystems.Elemental phenotypes have an important influence on the environmental adaptation and ecological evolution of plants.There have been few reports on inter-and intra-specific phenotypic variations of ecological stoichiometric traits for congeneric species in a mixed forest although such variations are well-documented at the species level at global,regional and local scales.In this study,total carbon(TC),nitrogen(TN),phosphorus(TP)and potassium(TK)were measured in leaves and the elemental phenotypes were statistically analyzed in four species of oaks—Quercus fabri,Q.serrata var.glandulifera,Q.acutissima and Q.variabilis—in a mixed-oak secondary forest in Yushan,Jiangsu,China.The average element concentrations in the four oak species were not relatively higher than previously reported for oaks from world and Chinese flora.Ecological stoichiometry traits were correlated with tree height and diameter at breast height,indicating that phosphorous and potassium were positively correlated with tree size,while carbon was negatively correlated,especially the relationship between oak growth and total carbon or total phosphorus was obvious,and the study concluded that this was because plant growth depended on phosphorus storage and had opposite effects on leaf carbon accumulation.Based on tree plasticity index and the coefficient of variation,there was medium variation in element concentrations.The plasticity index of total carbon levels was the lowest,and that of potassium the highest.Principal component analysis and cluster analysis showed that the intra-specific variation among the four oak species was higher than inter-specific variation.From the perspective of nutrient supply and ecological adaptation,this study creates a foundation for the management of secondary oak forest stands.Yueyao Feng Xuan Li Biyao Zhou Rong Hu Huanchao Zhang Jiading Yang Yanming Fang 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,6:2
