7机体如何感受慢性痒:感觉神经元利用经典免疫信号通路介导慢性痒的分子机制显示文摘哺乳动物进化出的神经生理性反射(如咳嗽和抓挠),用来排除入侵的病原体和有害的环境刺激。这类机体反应与慢性炎性疾病相关,包括哮喘和特性应皮炎(AD)。然而,人们对炎症通路如何介导躯体感觉(如痒觉)的机制仍然知之甚少。本研究结果显示Th2型细胞因子直接激活小鼠和人类的感觉神经元。慢性痒依赖于神经元IL-4Rα和JAK1信号。临床上,用JAK抑制剂治疗慢性顽固性瘙痒的病人效果显著,而其他免疫抑制治疗无效。因此,经典免疫信号机制可作为神经系统内的新型治疗靶点。综之,这项研究揭示一个进化保守的范式,即感觉神经系统采用经典的免疫信号通路来影响哺乳动物的行为。oetjen lk mack mr feng j 王志红(译) 2017中国疼痛医学杂志2017,23,12:1
