1人工湿地系统对污水磷的净化效果显示文摘建立以亚热带湿生、水生植物为主的十二套下行流—上行流人工湿地系统作为处理城镇生活污水的对策。以其中四套研究其在不同的水力负荷及气候条件下对污水中磷的去除效果。人工湿地系统随处理运行时间的推移趋于稳定 ,对污水中的总磷、无机磷显示较好的净化效率 ,平均去除率在冬季达到 40 %以上 ,夏季达到 60 %以上 ,出水达到国家地面水Ⅲ级标准。水生植物在系统中起到明显作用 ,有植物系统的除磷效率及稳定性均高于无植物对照 ,其中 2号茭白—石菖蒲系统的效果最好 ,总磷平均去除率为 65%。 4号草—苔草系统在高水力负荷下的净化效果优于 2号。WU Zhen-bin CHEN Hui-rong HE Feng CHENG Shui-ping FU Gui-ping JIN Jian-ming QIU Dong-ru REN Ming-xun 任明迅 金建明 贺锋 陈辉蓉 付贵萍 吴振斌 邱东茹 成水平 2001水生生物学报2001,25,1:188

3Clinical and biochemical indexes from 2019-nCoV infected patients linked to viral loads and lung injury显示文摘The outbreak of the 2019-nCoV infection began in December 2019 in Wuhan,Hubei province,and rapidly spread to many provinces in China as well as other countries.Here we report the epidemiological,clinical,laboratory,and radiological characteristics,as well as potential biomarkers for predicting disease severity in 2019-nCoV-infected patients in Shenzhen,China.All 12 cases of the 2019-nCoV-infected patients developed pneumonia and half of them developed acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).The most common laboratory abnormalities were hypoalbuminemia,lymphopenia,decreased percentage of lymphocytes (LYM) and neutrophils (NEU),elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),and decreased CD8 count.The viral load of 2019-nCoV detected from patient respiratory tracts was positively linked to lung disease severity.ALB,LYM,LYM (%),LDH,NEU (%),and CRP were highly correlated to the acute lung injury.Age,viral load,lung injury score,and blood biochemistry indexes,albumin (ALB),CRP,LDH,LYM (%),LYM,and NEU (%),may be predictors of disease severity.Moreover,the Angiotensin Ⅱlevel in the plasma sample from 2019-nCoV infected patients was markedly elevated and linearly associated to viral load and lung injury.Our results suggest a number of potential diagnosis biomarkers and angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) drugs for potential repurposing treatment of 2019-nCoV infection.Yingxia Liu Yang Yang Cong Zhang Fengming Huang Fuxiang Wang Jing Yuan Zhaoqin Wang Jinxiu Li Jianming Li Cheng Feng Zheng Zhang Lifei Wang Ling Peng Li Chen Yuhao Qin Dandan Zhao Shuguang Tan Lu Yin Jun Xu Congzhao Zhou Chengyu Jiang Lei Liu 2020Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,3:157
4Future Physics Programme of BESⅢ显示文摘There has recently been a dramatic renewal of interest in hadron spectroscopy and charm physics. This renaissance has been driven in part by the discovery of a plethora of charmonium-like XYZ states at BESⅢ and B factories, and the observation of an intriguing proton-antiproton threshold enhancement and the possibly related X(1835) meson state at BESⅢ, as well as the threshold measurements of charm mesons and charm baryons. We present a detailed survey of the important topics in tau-charm physics and hadron physics that can be further explored at BESⅢ during the remaining operation period of BEPCⅡ. 5Effect of phosphorylation of MAPK and Stat3 and expression of c-fos and c-jun proteins on hepatocarcinogenesis and their clinical significance显示文摘AIM To study the effect of phosphorylation ofMAPK and Stat3 and the expression of c-fos andc-jun proteins on hepatocellular carcinogenesisand their clinical significance.METHODS SP immunohistochemistry was usedto detect the expression of p42/44MAPK, p-Stat3,c-fos and c-jun proteins in 55 hepatocellularcarcinomas (HCC) and their surrounding livertissues.RESULTS The positive rates and expressionlevels of p42/44MAPK, p-Stat3, c-fos and c-junproteins in HCCs were significantly higher thanthose in pericarcinomatous liver tissues (PCLT).A positive correlation was observed between theexpression of p42/44MAPK and c-fos proteins, andbetween p-Stat3 and c-jun, but there was nosignificant correlation between p42/44MAPK and p-Stat3 in HCCs and their surrounding livertissues.CONCLUSION The abnormalities of Ras/Rat/MAPK and JAKs/ Stat3 cascade reaction maycontribute to malignant transformation ofhepatocytes. 62018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 7Integrated study of the water–ecosystem–economy in the Heihe River Basin显示文摘The ecological water diversion project in the Heihe River Basin is the irst successful case in China in which the ecological systems in a river basin have been rescued. his project serves as a valuable example for the management of ecosystems in other inland river basins. his paper reviews the integrated studies of the water–ecosystem–economy relationship in the Heihe River Basin and concludes that sustainable development in inland river basins requires the basin to be considered as a whole, with the relationships between the upstream, midstream and downstream areas of the basin coordinated appropriately. 8Anisotropic coding metamaterials and their powerful manipulation of differently polarized terahertz waves显示文摘Metamaterials based on effective media can be used to produce a number of unusual physical properties(for example,negative refraction and invisibility cloaking)because they can be tailored with effective medium parameters that do not occur in nature.Recently,the use of coding metamaterials has been suggested for the control of electromagnetic waves through the design of coding sequences using digital elements‘0’and‘1,'which possess opposite phase responses.Here we propose the concept of an anisotropic coding metamaterial in which the coding behaviors in different directions are dependent on the polarization status of the electromagnetic waves.We experimentally demonstrate an ultrathin and flexible polarization-controlled anisotropic coding metasurface that functions in the terahertz regime using specially designed coding elements.By encoding the elements with elaborately designed coding sequences(both 1-bit and 2-bit sequences),the x-and y-polarized waves can be anomalously reflected or independently diffused in three dimensions.The simulated far-field scattering patterns and near-field distributions are presented to illustrate the dual-functional performance of the encoded metasurface,and the results are consistent with the measured results.We further demonstrate the ability of the anisotropic coding metasurfaces to generate a beam splitter and realize simultaneous anomalous reflections and polarization conversions,thus providing powerful control of differently polarized electromagnetic waves.The proposed method enables versatile beam behaviors under orthogonal polarizations using a single metasurface and has the potential for use in the development of interesting terahertz devices.Shuo Liu Tie Jun Cui Quan Xu Di Bao Liangliang Du Xiang Wan Wen Xuan Tang Chunmei Ouyang Xiao Yang Zhou Hao Yuan Hui Feng Ma Wei Xiang Jiang Jiaguang Han Weili Zhang Qiang Cheng 2016Light(Science & Applications)2016,5,1:36

12Lipid metabolism reprogramming and its potential targets in cancer显示文摘Reprogramming of lipid metabolism is a newly recognized hallmark of malignancy.Increased lipid uptake,storage and lipogenesis occur in a variety of cancers and contribute to rapid tumor growth.Lipids constitute the basic struc-ture of membranes and also function as signaling molecules and energy sources.Sterol regulatory element-binding proteins(SREBPs),a family of membrane-bound transcription factors in the endoplasmic reticulum,play a central role in the regulation of lipid metabolism.Recent studies have revealed that SREBPs are highly up-regulated in various cancers and promote tumor growth.SREBP cleavage-activating protein is a key transporter in the trafficking and activation of SREBPs as well as a critical glucose sensor,thus linking glucose metabolism and de novo lipid synthesis.Targeting altered lipid metabolic pathways has become a promising anti-cancer strategy.This review summarizes recent progress in our understanding of lipid metabolism regulation in malignancy,and highlights potential molecu-lar targets and their inhibitors for cancer treatment.Chunming Cheng Feng Geng Xiang Cheng Deliang Guo 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:34

14Using receiver operating characteristic curves to evaluate the diagnostic value of the combination of multislice spiral CT and alpha-fetoprotein levels for small hepatocellular carcinoma in cirrhotic patients显示文摘BACKGROUND: The various combination of multiphase enhancement multislice spiral CT(MSCT) makes the diagnosis of a small hepatocellular carcinoma(s HCC) on the background of liver cirrhosis possible. This study was to explore whether the combination of MSCT enhancement scan and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) level could increase the diagnostic efficiency for s HCC.METHODS: This study included 35 s HCC patients and 52 cirrhotic patients without image evidence of HCC as a control group. The diagnoses were made by three radiologists employing a 5-point rating scale, with postoperative pathologic results as the gold standard. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve analysis was performed to evaluate the diagnostic value of the three MSCT combination modes(arterial phase+portal-venous phase, arterial phase+delayed phase,arterial phase+portal-venous phase+delayed phase) and AFP levels for s HCC on the background of liver cirrhosis. RESULTS: The area under ROC curve(AUC), sensitivity,and specificity of the combination of arterial phase+portalvenous phase+delayed phase were 0.93, 93%, and 82%, respectively. The average AUC of the arterial phase+portalvenous phase+delayed phase combination was significantly greater than that of the arterial phase+portal-venous phase(AUC=0.84, P=0.01) and arterial phase+delayed phase(AUC=0.85, P=0.03). Arterial phase+portal-venous phase had a smaller AUC(0.84) than arterial phase+delayed phase(0.85), but the difference was insignificant(P=0.15). After combining MSCT enhancement scan with AFP, the AUC, sensitivity, and specificity were 0.95, 94%, and 83%, respectively, indicating a greatly increased diagnostic efficiency for s HCC.CONCLUSIONS: The combination of AFP and 3 phases MSCT enhancement scan could increase the diagnostic efficiency for s HCC on the background of liver cirrhosis. 15Lean-non-alcoholic fatty liver disease increases risk for metabolic disorders in a normal weight Chinese population显示文摘AIM:To study the prevalence and clinical biochemical,blood cell and metabolic features of lean-non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(lean-NAFLD)and its association with other diseases.METHODS:Demographic,biochemical and blood examinations were conducted in all the subjects in this study.We classified the subjects into four groups according to their weight and NAFLD status:lean-control,lean-NAFLD[body mass index(BMI)<24 kg/m2],overweight-obese control and overweight-obese NAFLD.One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)was used to compare the means of continuous variables(age,BMI,blood pressure,glucose,lipid,insulin,liver enzymes and blood cell counts)and theχ2 test was used to compare the differences in frequency of categorical variables(sex,education,physical activity,smoking,alcohol consumption and prevalence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,metabolic syndrome central obesity and obesity).Both univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were adopted to calculate odds ratios(ORs)and predict hyperlipidemia,hypertension,diabetes and metabolic syndrome when we respectively set all controls,lean-control and overweightobese-control as references.In multivariate logistic regression models,we adjusted potential confounding factors,including age,sex,smoking,alcohol consumption and physical activity.RESULTS:The prevalence of NAFLD was very high in China.NAFLD patients were older,had a higher BMI,waist circumference,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,insulin,blood lipid,liver enzymes and uric acid than the controls.Although lean-NAFLD patients had lower BMI and waist circumstance,they had significantly higher visceral adiposity index than overweightobese controls.Lean-NAFLD patients had comparable triglyceride,cholesterin and low-density lipoprotein cholesterin to overweight-obese NAFLD patients.In blood cell examination,both lean and overweightobese NAFLD was companied by higher white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin and hematocrit value.All NAFLD patients were at risk of hyperlipidemia,hypertension,diabetes and metabolic syndrome(Met S).Lean-NAFLD was more strongly associated with diabetes(OR=2.47,95%CI:1.14-5.35),hypertension(OR=1.72,95%CI:1.00-2.96)and Met S(OR=3.19,95%CI:1.17-4.05)than overweight-obese-NAFLD(only OR for Met S was meaningful:OR=1.89,95%CI:1.29-2.77).NAFLD patients were more likely to have central obesity(OR=1.97,95%CI:1.38-2.80),especially in lean groups(OR=2.17,95%CI:1.17-4.05).CONCLUSION:Lean-NAFLD has unique results in demographic,biochemical and blood examinations,and adds significant risk for diabetes,hypertension and Met S in lean individuals.Ren-Nan Feng Shan-Shan Du Cheng Wang Yan-Chuan Li Li-Yan Liu Fu-Chuan Guo Chang-Hao Sun 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,47:30

17Impact of hypoxic preconditioning on apoptosis and its possible mechanism in orthotopic liver autotransplantation in rats显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatocyte apoptosis is a severe form of cell death after hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI), and its relief is an important issue in liver transplantation. Hypoxic preconditioning(HP)is considered to have protective effects on HIRI.This study was designed to explore the impact of HP on apoptosis and its possible mechanism during orthotopic liver autotransplantation. METHODS:A modified orthotopic liver autotransplantation model was used to simulate HIRI.Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control,autotransplantation (AT)and HP groups.The HP group was subjected to an 8%oxygen atmosphere for 90 minutes before surgery.At 1,6 and 24 hours after surgery,the rats were killed and their liver tissue was sampled to assess the expression of Bcl-2 protein.The samples were subjected to blood chemistry study,morphological study under a light or transmission electron microscope,and quantitative study of mitochondria. RESULTS:The serum levels of ALT and AST in the HP group were lower than those in the AT group at 1,6 and 24 hours after orthotopic liver autotransplantation(P<0.05).Bcl-2 protein expression was increased in the HP group at each measurement point(P<0.05).Light microscopy showed that hepatic injury in the AT group was much more severe than in the HP group.Hepatocytes in the AT group showed typical apoptosis signs under a transmission electron microscope.The ultrastructural appearance of hepatocytes in the HP group was much better than in the AT group,and the area,perimeter and diameter of the mitochondria were smaller in the HP group than in the AT group(P<0.05). 18Deep reinforcement learning-based joint task offloading and bandwidth allocation for multi-user mobile edge computing显示文摘The rapid growth of mobile internet services has yielded a variety of computation-intensive applications such as virtual/augmented reality. Mobile Edge Computing (MEC), which enables mobile terminals to offload computation tasks to servers located at the edge of the cellular networks, has been considered as an efficient approach to relieve the heavy computational burdens and realize an efficient computation offloading. Driven by the consequent requirement for proper resource allocations for computation offloading via MEC, in this paper, we propose a Deep-Q Network (DQN) based task offloading and resource allocation algorithm for the MEC. Specifically, we consider a MEC system in which every mobile terminal has multiple tasks offloaded to the edge server and design a joint task offloading decision and bandwidth allocation optimization to minimize the overall offloading cost in terms of energy cost, computation cost, and delay cost. Although the proposed optimization problem is a mixed integer nonlinear programming in nature, we exploit an emerging DQN technique to solve it. 19Characteristics of one-year observation of VOCs,NOx, and O_3 at an urban site in Wuhan, China显示文摘A continuous online observation of ozone and its precursors(NOx, VOCs) was carried out in central urban Wuhan from September 2016 to August 2017. The concentration levels of ozone,NOx, VOCs and their variations in urban Wuhan were analyzed, as well as effects of VOCs on ozone photochemical generation and the main controlling factors for ozone production. During the observation period, the average concentrations of ozone and NOx in Wuhan was 22.63 and30.14 ppbv, respectively, and the average concentration of VOCs was 32.61 ppbv(42.3% alkanes,13.0% alkenes, 10.0% aromatics, 7.3% acetylene, 9.9% OVOCs, and 10.5% halohydrocarbons).Ozone concentration was higher in spring and summer as compared with autumn and winter,wheras VOCs and NOx concentratios were lower in spring and summer but higher in autumn and winter. Aromatics and alkenes, two of VOCs species, showed the highest contributions to ozone formation potential in Wuhan(35.7% alkenes, 35.4 aromatics, 17.5% alkanes, 8.6% OVOCs,1.6% halogenated hydrocarbons, and 1.4% acetylene). Among all VOCs species, those with the highest contribution were ethylene, m-xylene, toluene, propylene and o-xylene. The contribution of these five compounds to the total ozone formation potential concentration was 43.90%.Ozone-controlling factors in Wuhan changed within one day; during the early morning hours(6:00–9:00), VOCs/NOx was low, and ozone generation followed a VOCs-limited regime.However, during the peak time of ozone concentration(12:00–16:00), the ratio of VOCs/NOx was relatively high, suggesting that ozone generation followed a NOx-limited regime.Yichang Yang Xingang Liu Jun Zheng Qinwen Tan Miao Feng Yu Qu Junling An Nianliang Cheng 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,5:26
20Precise orbit determination for geostationary satellites with multiple tracking techniques显示文摘A new precise orbit determination (POD) strategy based on the combination of satellite laser ranging (SLR) and C-band transfer ranging for geostationary satellites (GEO) is presented.Two approaches to calibrate ranging biases of the C-band ranging system are proposed,namely the two tracking system co-location comparison and the combined POD method,with calibration accuracies estimated to be 0.5 ns and 1 ns respectively.Using data from a C-band tracking network in China,POD experiments indicate that meter-level POD accuracy is achievable for GEO.Root-mean-square (RMS) of the post-fit C-band ranging data is about 0.205 m.The radial component errors of POD are evaluated with SLR data from a station in Beijing,with residual RMS of 0.133 m.Orbital overlapping experiments show the total orbit error is a few meters.Computations of SLR residuals also suggest that for 2-hour prediction,the predicted radial error is about 0.373 m.GUO Rui HU XiaoGong TANG Bo HUANG Yong LIU Li CHENG LiuCheng HE Feng 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,8:24
