| 2 | HRM: H-tree based reconfiguration mechanism in reconfigurable homogeneous PE array显示文摘In order to accommodate the variety of algorithms with different performance in specific application and improve power efficiency,reconfigurable architecture has become an effective methodology in academia and industry.However,existing architectures suffer from performance bottleneck due to slow updating of contexts and inadequate flexibility.This paper presents an H-tree based reconfiguration mechanism(HRM)with Huffman-coding-like and mask addressing method in a homogeneous processing element(PE)array,which supports both programmable and data-driven modes.The proposed HRM can transfer reconfiguration instructions/contexts to a particular PE or associated PEs simultaneously in one clock cycle in unicast,multicast and broadcast mode,and shut down the unnecessary PE/PEs according to the current configuration.To verify the correctness and efficiency,we implement it in RTL synthesis and FPGA prototype.Compared to prior works,the experiment results show that the HRM has improved the work frequency by an average of 23.4%,increased the updating speed by 2×,and reduced the area by 36.9%;HRM can also power off the unnecessary PEs which reduced 51%of dynamic power dissipation in certain application configuration.Furthermore,in the data-driven mode,the system frequency can reach 214 MHz,which is 1.68×higher compared with the programmable mode. | Junyong Deng Lin Jiang Yun Zhu Xiaoyan Xie Xinchuang Liu Feilong He Shuang Song L.K.John | 2020 | Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,2: | 4 |

This model has 8 agents: raw materials stock agent,process agent,testing agent,transition agent,production information agent,scheduling agent,process agent and stock agent. The scheduling agent has three subagents: manager agent (MA),resource agent (RA) and part agent (PA). MA,PA and RA are communicating equally that guarantees agility of the whole MAS system. The part tasks pass between MA,RA and PA as an integer,which can guarantee the consistency of the data. We use a detailed example about shop logistics scheduling in a semiconductor company to explain the principle. In this example,we use two scheduling strategies: FCFS and SPT. The result data indicates that the average flow time and lingering ratio are changed using different strategy. | 13 | Epipelagic mesozooplankton communities in the northeastern Indian Ocean off Myanmar during the winter monsoon显示文摘The northern Andaman Sea off Myanmar is one of the relatively high productive regions in the Indian Ocean.The abundance,biomass and species composition of mesozooplankton and their relationships with environmental variables in the epipelagic zone(~200 m)were studied for the first time during the Sino-Myanmar joint cruise(February 2020).The mean abundance and biomass of mesozooplankton were(1916.7±1192.9)ind./m3and(17.8±7.9)mg/m3,respectively.A total of 213 species(taxa)were identified from all samples.The omnivorous Cyclopoida Oncaea venusta and Oithona spp.were the top two dominant taxa.Three mesozooplankton communities were determined via cluster analysis:the open ocean in the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal(Group A),the transition zone across the Preparis Channel(Group B),and nearshore water off the Ayeyarwady Delta and along the Tanintharyi Coast(Group C).Variation partitioning analysis revealed that the interaction of physical and biological factors explained 98.8%of mesozooplankton community spatial variation,and redundancy analysis revealed that column mean chlorophyll a concentration(CMCHLA)was the most important explanatory variable(43.1%).The abundance and biomass were significantly higher in Group C,the same as CMCHLA and column mean temperature(CMT)and in contrast to salinity,and CMT was the dominant factor.Significant taxon spatial variations were controlled by CMCHLA,salinity and temperature.This study suggested that mesozooplankton spatial variation was mainly regulated by physical processes through their effects on CMCHLA.The physical processes were simultaneously affected by heat loss differences,freshwater influx,eddies and depth. | Ping Du Dingyong Zeng Feilong Lin Sanda Naing Zhibing Jiang Jingjing Zhang Di Tian Qinghe Liu Yuanli Zhu Soe Moe Lwin Wenqi Ye Chenggang Liu Lu Shou Feng Zhou | 2023 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,6: | 0 |
| 14 | Transcriptome analysis of CD4^(+)T cells from HIV-infected individuals receiving ART with LLV revealed novel transcription factors regulating HIV-1 promoter activity显示文摘Some HIV-infected individuals receiving ART develop low-level viremia(LLV),with a plasma viral load of 50-1000 copies/mL.Persistent low-level viremia is associated with subsequent virologic failure.The peripheral blood CD4^(+)T cell pool is a source of LLV.However,the intrinsic characteristics of CD4^(+)T cells in LLV which may contribute to low-level viremia are largely unknown.We analyzed the transcriptome profiling of peripheral blood CD4^(+)T cells from healthy controls(HC)and HIV-infected patients receiving ART with either virologic sup-pression(VS)or LLV.To identify pathways potentially responding to increasing viral loads from HC to VS and to LLV,KEGG pathways of differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were acquired by comparing VS with HC(VS-HC group)and LLV with VS(LLV-VS group),and overlapped pathways were analyzed.Characterization of DEGs in key overlapping pathways showed that CD4^(+)T cells in LLV expressed higher levels of Th1 signature transcription factors(TBX21),toll-like receptors(TLR-4,-6,-7 and-8),anti-HIV entry chemokines(CCL3 and CCL4),and anti-IL-1βfactors(ILRN and IL1R2)compared to VS.Our results also indicated activation of the NF-κB and TNF signaling pathways that could promote HIV-1 transcription.Finally,we evaluated the effects of 4 and 17 tran-scription factors that were upregulated in the VS-HC and LLV-VS groups,respectively,on HIV-1 promoter activity.Functional studies revealed that CXXC5 significantly increased,while SOX5 markedly suppressed HIV-1 tran-scription.In summary,we found that CD4^(+)T cells in LLV displayed a distinct mRNA profiling compared to that in VS,which promoted HIV-1 replication and r+eactivation of viral latency and may eventually contribute to virologic failure in patients with persistent LLV.CXXC5 and SOX5 may serve as targets for the development of latency-reversing agents. | Jingliang Chen Yaozu He Huolin Zhong Fengyu Hu Yonghong Li Yeyang Zhang Xia Zhang Weiyin Lin Quanmin Li Feilong Xu Shaozhen Chen Hui Zhang Weiping Cai Linghua Li | 2023 | Virologica Sinica2023,38,3: | 0 |
| 15 | Observed characteristics of flow,water mass,and turbulent mixing in the Preparis Channel显示文摘Preparis Channel is the very important exchange path of energy and materials between the northern Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea(AS).A set of hydrographic measurements,a microstructure profiler,and a deep mooring were used to determine the characteristics of water masses,turbulent mixing,and flows in the Preparis Channel.The unprecedented short-term mooring data reveal that a deep current in the deep narrow passage(below 400 m)of the Preparis Channel flows toward the Bay of Bengal(BoB)with a mean along-stream velocity of 25.26 cm/s at depth of 540 m;above the deep current,there are a relatively weak current flows toward the AS with a mean along-stream velocity of 15.46 cm/s between 500 m and 520 m,and another weak current flows toward the BoB between 430 m and 500 m.Thus,a sandwiched vertical structure of deep currents(below 400 m)is present in the Preparis Channel.The volume transport below 400 m is 0.06 Sv(1 Sv=106 m^(3)/s)from the AS to the BoB.In the upper layer(shallower than 300 m),the sea water of the AS is relatively warmer and fresher than that in the BoB,indicating a strong exchange through the channel.Microstructure profiler observations reveal that the turbulent diffusivity in the upper layer of the Preparis Channel reaches O(10−4 m^(2)/s),one order larger than that in the interior of the BoB and over the continental slope of the northern AS.We speculate that energetic high-mode internal tides in the Preparis Channel contribute to elevated turbulent mixing.In addition,a local“hotspot”of turbidity is identified at the deep mooring site,at depth of about 100 m,which corresponds to the location of elevated turbulent mixing in the Preparis Channel. | Ruijie Ye Feng Zhou Xiao Ma Dingyong Zeng Feilong Lin Hongliang Li Chenggang Liu Soe Moe Lwin Hlaing Swe Win Soe Pyae Aung | 2023 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,2: | 0 |

| 17 | The influence of background waves on internal solitary waves after the transit of Typhoon Neast in the northern South China Sea显示文摘On the basis of the time series observations from a temperature chain and an acoustic Doppler current profiler on the continental shelf of the northern South China Sea, a sequence of internal solitary waves(ISWs) and background waves(BWs, including internal tides and near-inertial waves) on the continental shelf were captured simultaneously after the transit of Typhoon Neast in October 2011. These measurementsprovided a unique opportunity to explore the influence of BWs on the ISWs. The BWs appeared a conversion on the current strength and vertical mode structure during the observational period. The BWs were dominated by weak and mode-one waves before October 2 and then turned to strong and high-mode waves after that time. Meanwhile, the ISWs displayed different wave structures before and after October 2, which was closely related to BWs' changes.
