| 1 | The Sunway TaihuLight supercomputer: system and applications显示文摘The Sunway Taihu Light supercomputer is the world's first system with a peak performance greater than 100 PFlops. In this paper, we provide a detailed introduction to the Taihu Light system. In contrast with other existing heterogeneous supercomputers, which include both CPU processors and PCIe-connected many-core accelerators(NVIDIA GPU or Intel Xeon Phi), the computing power of Taihu Light is provided by a homegrown many-core SW26010 CPU that includes both the management processing elements(MPEs)and computing processing elements(CPEs) in one chip. With 260 processing elements in one CPU, a single SW26010 provides a peak performance of over three TFlops. To alleviate the memory bandwidth bottleneck in most applications, each CPE comes with a scratch pad memory, which serves as a user-controlled cache. To support the parallelization of programs on the new many-core architecture, in addition to the basic C/C++and Fortran compilers, the system provides a customized Sunway Open ACC tool that supports the Open ACC2.0 syntax. | 2 | Early Serum HBsAg Kinetics as Predictor of HBsAg Loss in Patients with HBeAg-Negative Chronic Hepatitis B after Treatment with Pegylated Interferonα-2a显示文摘Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)loss is an ideal treatment endpoint for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).We investigated the predictive value of on-treatment HBsAg levels for HBsAg loss in hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag)-negative CHB patients who received 120-week PEG-IFNα-2a treatment.Serum HBV DNA,HBsAg,and anti-HBs levels were assayed at baseline and every 3 months during the treatment.Of 81 patients,12 achieved HBsAg loss,20 achieved HBsAg\100 IU/mL,and 49 maintained HBs Ag C 100 IU/mL.HBsAg loss rate was only 3.7%at 48 weeks,while it reached to 11.1%and 14.8%after treatment of 96 weeks and 120 weeks.The cutoff HBs Ag levels at 12 weeks predicting HBsAg loss at 96 weeks and 120 weeks of treatment were 400 IU/mL and 750 IU/mL,with AUC 0.725 and 0.722,positive predictive value(PPV)29.41%and 30.56%,and negative predictive value(NPV)93.75%and 97.78%,respectively.The cutoff HBsAg levels at 24 weeks predicting HBsAg loss at 96 weeks and 120 weeks of treatment were 174 IU/m L and 236 IU/mL respectively,with AUC 0.925 and 0.922,PPV 40.0%and 46.15%,and both NPV 100%.The predictive ability of the cutoff HBsAg levels at 24 weeks was better than that at 12 weeks for HBs Ag loss at either 96 or 120 weeks(χ~2=3.880,P=0.049 andχ~2=4.412,P=0.036).These results indicate that extended therapy is critical to HBsAg loss in HBe Ag-negative CHB patients during PEG-IFN treatment,and the HBsAg level at 24 weeks can be used to predict HBsAg loss during tailoring PEG-IFN therapy. | Minghui Li Lu Zhang Yao Lu Qiqi Chen Huihui Lu Fangfang Sun Zhan Zeng Gang Wan Linqing Zhao Yao Xie | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,2: | 15 |
| 3 | Crop 3D a LiDAR based platform for 3D high-throughput crop phenotyping显示文摘With the growing population and the reducing arable land, breeding has been considered as an effective way to solve the food crisis.As an important part in breeding, high-throughput phenotyping can accelerate the breeding process effectively. Light detection and ranging(LiDAR) is an active remote sensing technology that is capable of acquiring three-dimensional(3 D) data accurately,and has a great potential in crop phenotyping. Given that crop phenotyping based on LiDAR technology is not common in China,we developed a high-throughput crop phenotyping platform, named Crop 3 D, which integrated LiDAR sensor, high-resolution camera, thermal camera and hyperspectral imager. Compared with traditional crop phenotyping techniques, Crop 3 D can acquire multi-source phenotypic data in the whole crop growing period and extract plant height, plant width, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, leaf inclination angle and other parameters for plant biology and genomics analysis. In this paper, we described the designs,functions and testing results of the Crop 3 D platform, and briefly discussed the potential applications and future development of the platform in phenotyping. | 4 | Streamflow response to climate variability and human activities in the upper catchment of the Yellow River Basin显示文摘Both sensitivity-based method and simulation method are used to analyze the streamflow response to climate variability and human activities in the upper catchment of the Yellow River Basin (UYRB) in this study. The separation regime of effects from climate variability and human activities is investigated. Results show that the changes of streamflow are more sensitive to precipitation than potential evapotranspiration (PET). Effect of climate variability on streamflow estimated using the sensitivity-based method is weak in the upper catchment of Jimai station, and strong in the upper catchment of Lanzhou station, where the climate effects accounted for about 50% of total streamflow changes. Effects of human activities on streamflow accounted for about 40% in the UYRB, with weaker effects in the upper catchment of Tangnaihai station than those in the upper catchment of Lanzhou station. | 5 | Practical performance and its efficiency of arsenic removal from groundwater using Fe-Mn binary oxide显示文摘A treatment unit packed by granular adsorbent of Fe-Mn binary oxide incorporated into diatomite (FMBO(1:1)-diatomite) was studied to remove arsenic from anaerobic groundwater without any pre-treatment or post-treatment. The raw anaerobic groundwater containing 35-45 μg/L of arsenic was collected from suburb of Beijing. Arsenic(III) constituted roughly 60%-80% of the total arsenic content. Approximately 7,000 bed volumes (ratio of efluent volume to adsorbent volume) treated water with arsenic concentration below 10 μg/L were produced in the operation period of four months. The regeneration of FMBO(1:1)-diatomite had been operated for 15 times. In the first stage, the regeneration process significantly improved the adsorption capacity of FMBO(1:1)-diatomite. With increased loading amount of Fe-Mn binary oxide, the adsorption capacity for arsenic decreased 20%-40%. Iron and manganese in anaerobic groundwater were oxidized and adsorptive filtrated by FMBO(1:1)-diatomite efficiently. The final concentrations of iron and manganese in efluents were nearly zero. | 6 | Effect of Sc and Zr additions on microstructures and corrosion behavior of Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr alloys显示文摘The effects of adding the alloy element Sc to Al alloys on strengthening, recrystallization and modification of the grain microstructure have been investigated. The combination of Sc and Zr alloying not only produces a remarkable synergistic effect of inhibition of recrystallization and refinement of grain size but also substantially reduce the amount of high-cost additional Sc. In this work, the microstructures and corrosion behavior of a new type of Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy with Sc/Zr ratio of 1/2 were investigated.The experimental results showed that the Sc and Zr additions to Al-Cu-Mg alloy could strongly inhibit recrystallization, refine grain size, impede the segregation of Cu element along the grain boundary and increase the spacing of grain boundary precipitates. In addition, adding Sc and Zr to Al-Cu-Mg alloy effectively restricts the corrosion mechanism conversion associated with Al2 Cu Mg particles, which resulted in the change of the cross-section morphology of inter-granular corrosion from an undercutting to an elliptical shape. The susceptibility to inter-granular corrosion was significantly decreased with increasing Sc and Zr additions to the Al-Cu-Mg alloy. | 8 | Intratidal and neap-spring variations of suspended sediment concentrations and sediment transport processes in the North Branch of the Changjiang Estuary显示文摘Profiles of tidal current and suspended sediment concentration(SSC) were measured in the North Branch of the Changjiang Estuary from neap tide to spring tide in April 2010. The measurement data were analyzed to determine the characteristics of intratidal and neap-spring variations of SSC and suspended sediment transport. Modulated by tidal range and current speed, the tidal mean SSC increased from 0.5 kg/m3 in neap tide to 3.5 kg/m3 in spring tide. The intratidal variation of the depth-mean SSC can be summarized into three types: V-shape variation in neap tide, M-shape and mixed M-V shape variation in medium and spring tides. The occurrence of these variation types is controlled by the relative intensity and interaction of resuspension, settling and impact of water exchange from the rise and fall of tide. In neap tide the V-shape variation is mainly due to the dominant effect of the water exchange from the rise and fall of tide. During medium and spring tides, resuspension and settling processes become dominant. The interactions of these processes, together with the sustained high ebb current and shorter duration of low-tide slack, are responsible for the M-shape and M-V shape SSC variation. Weakly consolidated mud and high current speed cause significant resuspension and remarkable flood and ebb SSC peaks. Settling occurs at the slack water periods to cause SSC troughs and formation of a thin fluff layer on the bed. | 9 | A Filtering Approach Based on MMAE for a SINS/CNS Integrated Navigation System显示文摘This paper explores multiple model adaptive estimation(MMAE) method, and with it, proposes a novel filtering algorithm. The proposed algorithm is an improved Kalman filter— multiple model adaptive estimation unscented Kalman filter(MMAE-UKF) rather than conventional Kalman filter methods,like the extended Kalman filter(EKF) and the unscented Kalman filter(UKF). UKF is used as a subfilter to obtain the system state estimate in the MMAE method. Single model filter has poor adaptability with uncertain or unknown system parameters,which the improved filtering method can overcome. Meanwhile,this algorithm is used for integrated navigation system of strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS) and celestial navigation system(CNS) by a ballistic missile's motion. | 10 | Power electronic transformer with adaptive PLL technique for voltage-disturbance ride through显示文摘The power electronic transformer(PET) has recently emerged as a type of power converter. It features the basic functions of power conversion and isolation as well as additional functions related to power quality control. A novel PET for a distribution grid called a flexible power distribution unit is proposed in this paper, and the energy exchange mechanism between the network and the load is revealed. A 30 kW 600 VAC/220 VAC/110 VDC medium-frequency isolated prototype is developed and demonstrated. This paper also presents key control strategies of the PET for electrical distribution grid applications,especially under grid voltage disturbance conditions.Moreover, stability issues related to the grid-connected three-phase PET are discussed and verified with an impedance-based analysis. The PET prototype is tested, and it passes the voltage-disturbance ride-through function. | 14 | Jiangtang Xiaoke granule attenuates glucose metabolism disorder via regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress in the liver of type 2 diabetes mellitus mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Jiangtang Xiaoke(JTXK) granule on endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress in high fat diet(HFD)-induced type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) KK-Ay mice.METHODS:KK-Ay mice were fed with HFD to induce the T2 DM model,while normal control C57 BL/6 J mice were given standard feed.Fasting blood glucose(FBG) in all mice was measured weekly and oral glucose tolerance tests(OGTTs) were performed at 4 and 10 weeks after start of treatment to determine glucose metabolism.Serum fasting insulin(FINS) and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were measured to determine insulin sensitivity.m RNA expressions of eukaryotic initiation factor-2 alpha(e IF2α),glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78),activating transcription factor 4(ATF4),and C/EBP homology protein(CHOP) were assessed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and the protein expressions of p-e IF2α,GRP78,and CHOP were assessed by Western blotting.RESULTS:JTXK granule significantly reduced FBG and free fatty acid levels and improved OGTT at the120 min of the 10-week treatment in T2 DM KK-Ay mice.FINS and Hb Alc levels were reduced and insulin sensitivities were increased in KK-Ay diabetic mice,which were improved with the treatment of JTXK granule,especially at the 7 and 3.5 g/kg doses.JTXK granule at the 3.5 g/kg dose was most effective in reducing both gene and protein expressions of e IF2α,GRP78,and CHOP.CONCLUSION:ER stress response is increased in T2 DM KK-Ay mice.Treatment with JTXK granule attenuates glucose disorders,improves insulin sensitivity,and reduces serum FFA in T2 DM KK-Ay mice.The mechanisms may be attributed to regulation of the signaling ER stress pathway via decreasing e IF2α phosphorylation and suppressing e IF2α-ATF4-CHOP activation. | Zhang Yi Mo Fangfang Zhang Dongwei Gao Sihua Zhao Dandan Yu Na Mu Qianqian Zuo Jiacheng Ma Yue | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,4: | 3 |

| 19 | Fully Organic Self-Powered Electronic Skin with Multifunctional and Highly Robust Sensing Capability显示文摘Electronic skin(e-skin)with skin-like flexibility and tactile sensation will promote the great advancements in the fields of wearable equipment.Thus,the multifunction and high robustness are two important requirements for sensing capability of the e-skin.Here,a fully organic self-powered e-skin(FOSE-skin)based on the triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)is developed.FOSE-skin based on TENG can be fully self-healed within 10 hours after being sheared by employing the self-healing polymer as a triboelectric layer and ionic liquid with the temperature sensitivity as an electrode.FOSE-skin based on TENG has the multifunctional and highly robust sensing capability and can sense the pressure and temperature simultaneously.The sensing capability of the FOSE-skin based on TENG can be highly robust with no changes after self-healing.FOSE-skin based on TENG can be employed to detect the arm swing,the temperature change of flowing water,and the motion trajectory.This work provides a new idea for solving the issues of monofunctional and low robust sensing capability for FOSE-skin based on TENG,which can further promote the application of wearable electronics in soft robotics and bionic prosthetics. | Lijuan Song Zheng Zhang Xiaochen Xun Liangxu Xu Fangfang Gao Xuan Zhao Zhuo Kang Qingliang Liao Yue Zhang | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 2 |
