1A proposal for the theoretical analysis of the interactive coupled effects between urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations显示文摘Mega-urban agglomerations are strategic core areas for national economic development and the main regions of new urbanization. They also have important roles in shifting the global economic center of gravity to China. However, the development of mega-urban agglomerations has triggered the interactive coercion between resources and the eco-environment. The interactive coupled effects between urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations represent frontier and high-priority research topics in the field of Earth system science over the next decade. In this paper, we carried out systematic theoretical analysis of the interactive coupling mechanisms and coercing effects between urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations. In detail, we analyzed the nonlinear-coupled relationships and the coupling characteristics between natural and human elements in mega-urban agglomerations. We also investigated the interactive coercion intensities between internal and external elements, and the mechanisms and patterns of local couplings and telecouplings in mega-urban agglomeration systems, which are affected by key internal and external control elements. In addition, we proposed the interactive coupling theory on urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations. Furthermore, we established a spatiotemporal dynamic coupling model with multi-element, multi-scale, multi-scenario, multi-module and multi-agent integrations, which can be used to develop an intelligent decision support system for sustainable development of mega-urban agglomerations. 2Soil contamination with antibiotics in a typical peri-urban area in eastern China: Seasonal variation, risk assessment, and microbial responses显示文摘The prevalence and persistence of antibiotics in soils has become an emerging environmental issue and an increasing threat to soil security and global public health. The problem is more severe in areas undergoing rapid urbanization; however, the ecological risks of antibiotics,seasonal variability, and associated soil microbial responses in peri-urban soils have not been well-explored. The seasonal soil sampling campaigns were conducted in a typical peri-urban watershed in eastern China to investigate distribution of antibiotics. The results demonstrated higher mean concentrations of most antibiotic compounds in winter than in summer in periurban soils. The seasonal variations of norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, and ciprofloxacin were more significant than those of other antibiotics, due to their higher migration ability and bioavailability.An ecological risk assessment demonstrated that chlortetracycline, ciprofloxacin, doxycycline,and ofloxacin can pose high risks to soil microorganisms. Furthermore, the coexistence of multiple antibiotics obviously poses higher risks than individual compounds. A redundancy analysis demonstrated that tetracyclines mainly showed negative correlations with Firmicutes and Chloroflexi, and quinolones showed obviously negative correlations with Acidobacteria,Gemmatimonadetes, and Nitrospirae, suggesting potential inhibition from antibiotics on biological activities or biodegradation processes. However, the persistence of antibiotics in soil results in a significant decrease in bacterial diversity and a change in dominant species.Our results provide an overview of the seasonal variability of antibiotics and the associated effects on bacterial communities in peri-urban soils. 3Major advances in studies of the physical geography and living environment of China during the past 70 years and future prospects显示文摘The natural environment provides material essentials for human survival and development. The characteristics,processes, regional differentiation and forcing mechanisms of the elements of the natural environment(e.g. geomorphology,climate, hydrology, soil, etc.) are the main objects of research in physical geography. China has a complex natural environment and huge regional differentiation and therefore it provides outstanding reserach opportunities in physical geography. This review summarizes the most important developments and the main contributions of research in the physical geography and human living environment in China during the past 70 years. The major topics addressed are the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of its cryosphere, the development of fluvial systems, the acidification of the vast arid region of the Asian interior, variations in the monsoon and westerly climate systems on multiple timescales, the development of lakes and wetlands, the watershed system model, soil erosion, past human-environment interactions, biogeography, and physical geographic zonality. After briefly introducing international research developments, we review the history of research in physical geography in China, focusing on the major achievements and major academic debates, and finally we summarize the status of current research and the future prospects. 5One-Dimensional (1D) ZnS Nanomaterials and Nanostructures显示文摘One-dimensional (1D) nanomaterials and nanostructures have received much attention due to their potential interest for understanding fundamental physical concepts and for applications in constructing nanoscale electric and optoelectronic devices. Zinc sulfide (ZnS) is an important semiconductor compound of II-VI group, and the synthesis of 1D ZnS nanomaterials and nanostructures has been of growing interest owing to their promising application in nanoscale optoelectronic devices. This paper reviews the recent progress on 1D ZnS nanomaterials and nanostructures, including nanowires, nanowire arrays, nanorods, nanobelts or nanoribbons, nanocables, and hierarchical nanostructures etc. This article begins with a survey of various methods that have been developed for generating 1D nanomaterials and nanostructures, and then mainly focuses on structures, synthesis, characterization, formation mechanisms and optical property tuning, and luminescence mechanisms of 1D ZnS nanomaterials and nanostructures. 6Deep-blue organic light-emitting diodes based on a doublet d-f transition cerium(Ⅲ) complex with 100% exciton utilization efficiency显示文摘Compared to red and green organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs),blue OLEDs are still the bottleneck due to the lack of efficient emitters with simultaneous high exciton utilization efficiency(EUE)and short excited-state lifetime.Different from the fluorescence,phosphorescence,thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF),and organic radical materials traditionally used in OLEDs,we demonstrate herein a new type of emitter,cerium(Ⅲ)complex Ce-1 with spin-allowed and parity-allowed d-f transition of the centre Ce^(3+) ion.The compound exhibits a high EUE up to 100% in OLEDs and a short excited-state lifetime of 42 ns,which is considerably faster than that achieved in efficient phosphorescence and TADF emitters.The optimized OLEDs show an average maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 12.4% and Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage(CIE)coordinates of(0.146,0.078).Liding Wang Zifeng Zhao Ge Zhan Huayi Fang Hannan Yang Tianyu Huang Yuewei Zhang Nan Jiang Lian Duan Zhiwei Liu Zuqiang Bian Zhenghong Lu Chunhui Huang 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:3

16Support vector regression-based study of interference in absorption spectral lines of mixed gases显示文摘When measuring the concentration of multi-component gas mixtures based on supercontinuum laser absorption spectroscopy(SCLAS), there are interferences between the absorption spectral lines. For the spectral interference problem of CO_(2) and CH4 at 1 432 nm, a method based on support vector regression(SVR) is proposed in this paper. The SVR model, the k-nearest neighbor(KNN) model and the least squares(LS) model are used to analyze and predict the absorption spectral data, and the prediction accuracies were 96.29%, 88.89% and 85.19%, respectively, with the highest prediction accuracy of the SVR model. 17Lanthanide complexes with d-f transition:new emitters for single-emitting-layer white organic light-emitting diodes显示文摘White organic light-emitting diodes(WOLEDs)is a new generation of lighting technology and has stimulated wide-ranging studies.Despite the advantage of simple device structure,single-emitting-layer WOLEDs(SEL-WOLEDs)still face the challenges of difficult material screening and fine energy level regulation.Herein,we report efficient SEL-WOLEDs with a sky-blue emitting cerium(Ⅲ)complex Ce-TBO2Et and an orange-red emitting europium(Ⅱ)complex Eu(Tp2Et)2 as the emitters,showing a maximum external quantum efficiency of 15.9%and Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage coordinates of(0.33,0.39)at various luminances.Most importantly,the electroluminescence mechanism of direct hole capture and hindered energy transfer between the two emitters facilitate a manageable weight doping concentration of 5%for Eu(Tp2Et)2,avoiding the low concentration(<1%)of the low-energy emitter in typical SEL-WOLEDs.Our results indicate that d-f transition emitters may circumvent fine energy level regulation and provide development potential for SEL-WOLEDs.Peiyu Fang Peihao Huo Liding Wang Zifeng Zhao Gang Yu Yanyi Huang Zuqiang Bian Zhiwei Liu 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,8:0
18Effects of KCl and KI additives on soil breakdown spectroscopy characteristics显示文摘In order to enhance the spectral characteristics of the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS), the spectral signals of soil samples with different concentrations of KCl and KI additives were analyzed. The optimal laser energy, the lens to sample distance(LTSD) and the delay time were determined. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the spectral intensity, signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and plasma characteristics of Cd I 288.08 nm and Al I 394.40 nm in soil samples with 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% KCl and KI additives were analyzed. The experimental results show that the spectral intensities of Cd and Al in soil samples with 15% KCl are 1.33 times and 1.61 times of that of the original sample, while those with 15% KI are 1.84 times and 1.81 times. The SNR, plasma temperature and electron density are improved.
