1Flexible Transparent Conductive Films on the Basis of Ag Nanowires:Design and Applications:A Review显示文摘Transparent conductive films are used ubiquitously in optoelectronic devices.The properties of transparent films are extremely important for device performance,and the specifications vary according to types of devices.Over the past few years,various types of transparent conductive films on the basis of nanomaterials have emerged,and among these materials,silver nanowire networks show promising performance and represent a viable alternative to the commonly used,scarce and brittle indium tin oxide.In this paper,the working principle and the design protocol of Ag nanowire network flexible transparent conductive films are reviewed,and the applications of Ag nanowircs transparent conductive film are also briefly introduced.Concluding remarks are provided to propose future research in this field towards real-world applications.Weiwei He Changhui Ye 2015Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,6:13
2Carbon-Based Flexible and All-Solid-State Micro-supercapacitors Fabricated by Inkjet Printing with Enhanced Performance显示文摘By means of inkjet printing technique, flexible and all-solid-state micro-supercapacitors(MSCs) were fabricated with carbon-based hybrid ink composed of graphene oxide(GO,98.0vol.%) ink and commercial pen ink(2.0vol.%). A small amount of commercial pen ink was added to effectively reduce the agglomeration of theGO sheets during solvent evaporation and the following reduction processes in which the presence of graphite carbon nanoparticles served as nano-spacer to separate GO sheets. The printed device fabricated using the hybrid ink,combined with the binder-free microelectrodes and interdigital microelectrode configuration, exhibits nearly 780%enhancement in areal capacitance compared with that of pure GO ink. It also shows excellent flexibility and cycling stability with nearly 100% retention of the areal capacitance after 10,000 cycles. The all-solid-state device can be optionally connected in series or in parallel to meet the voltage and capacity requirements for a given application.This work demonstrates a promising future of the carbonbased hybrid ink for directly large-scale inkjet printing MSCs for disposable energy storage devices.Zhibin Pei Haibo Hu Guojin Liang Changhui Ye 2017Nano-Micro Letters2017,9,2:7
3Synthesis,Growth Mechanism,and Applications of Zinc Oxide Nanomaterials显示文摘This article reviews recent progresses in growth mechanism,synthesis,and applications of zinc oxide nano- materials(mainly focusing on one-dimensional(1D)nanomaterials).In the first part of this article,we briefly introduce the importance,the synthesis methods and growth mechanisms,the properties and applications of ZnO 1D nanomaterials.In the second part of this article,the growth mechanisms of ZnO 1D nanomaterials will be discussed in detail in the framework of vapor-liquid-solid(VLS),vapor-solid(VS),and aqueous solution growth(ASG)approaches.Both qualitative and quantitative information will be provided to show how a controlled synthesis of ZnO 1D nanomaterials can be achieved.In the third part of this article,we present recent progresses in our group for the synthesis of ZnO 1D nanomaterials,and the results from other groups will only be mentioned briefly.Especially,experiment designing according to theories will be elaborated to demonstrate the concept of controlled synthesis.In the fourth part of this article,the properties and potential applications of ZnO 1D nanomaterials will be treated.Finally,a summary part will be presented in the fifth section.The future trend of research for ZnO 1D nanomaterials will be pointed out and key issues to be solved will be proposed.Shulin JI Changhui YE 2008Journal of Materials Science & Technology2008,24,4:4

13Wide spectrum and rapid calculation model for atmospheric radiative transfer in limb remote sensing显示文摘We proposed a wide spectrum and rapid calculation model FALTRAN( Fast Atmospheric Limb TRANsmission),to solve the problems of current radiative transfer model in limb remote sensing. In FALTRAN:( 1) Band model algorithm was employed and the molecular spectroscopy database was based on HITRAN2008.( 2) Limb radiative transfer equation consists of scattering and thermal radiation was established,and according to the limb geometry characteristic,a Hemisphere Radiation Adding( HRA) approach based on finite difference method was proposed to solve it. We investigated the atmospheric limb radiations under typical atmospheric modes in several commonly used remote sensing bands. Moreover,radiation contribution by two hemispheres was quantitative analyzed as well. Validation results show that the relative differences between FALTRAN and Combining Differential-Integral( CDI) model are within 2%,and calculation results by FALTRAN have good agreement with Michelson Interferometer for Passive Atmospheric Sounding( MIPAS) measurements. 14Complexation of chlorogenic acid enhances the antiproliferative effect of lactoferrin to colon cancer cells显示文摘Lactoferrin(LF)shows good anticancer biological activity.Lactoferrin can combine with chlorogenic acid(CGA)in dairy drinks like milk coffee and milk tea.However,the nature and functional changes of LF after binding of CGA are not clear.The stability and binding properties of CGA on LF and its antiproliferative effect on colorectal cancer SW480 cells were investigated by spectroscopic and cell experiments.The results showed that CGA could stabilize LF solution by reducing particle size(below 90 nm)and increasing zeta potential(over 14 in the absolute value).With addition of CGA,the UV absorption peak of LF solution changed(from 287 nm shifted to 290 nm)and fluorescence quenching occurred at the same time.By molecular dynamics calculation,the binding site number of CGA to LF was between 2 and 3 sites.Negative Gibbs free energy of(△G=-25.75±0.84)indicated that the interaction between LF and CGA can occur spontaneously and effectively.Cell viability and apoptosis test showed that CGA and LF inhibited the growth of colorectal cancer SW480 cells in a synergistic way.Most of cells were arrested at G0/G1 phase by the CGA-LF complex.We conclude that CGA can bind to LF to form a relatively stable complex under natural conditions,which increases their antiproliferative function on colorectal cancer cells.Yutong Zhang Nan Chen Naicheng Xin Qihao Li Tiehua Zhang Haiqing Ye Changhui Zhao 2022Food Bioscience2022,46,2:0
15Enhanced thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of 2D C_(f)/SiC composites modified by in-situ grown carbon nanotubes显示文摘In this work,the effects of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)on the microstructure evolution,thermal conductivity,and mechanical properties of C_(f)/SiC composites during chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)densification were investigated in detail.Compared with composites without CNTs,the thermal conductivity,flexural strength,flexural modulus,fracture toughness,interfacial shear strength,and proportional limit stress of specimens with CNTs of 4.94 wt%were improved by 117%,21.8%,67.4%,10.3%,36.4%,and 71.1%,respectively.This improvement was attributed to the role of CNTs in the division of inter-layer pores,which provided abundant vapor growth sites for the ceramic matrix and promoted densification of the whole composite.In addition,the high thermal conductivity network formed by the overlap of CNTs and the rivet strengthening effect of CNTs were beneficial for synergistic improvement of thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the composites.Therefore,this study has practical significance for the development of thermal protection composite components with enhanced thermal conductivity and mechanical characteristics.Changhui Niu Qing Zhang Laifei Cheng Fang Ye Litong Zhang Min Huang Tao Yang 2024Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,1:0
