1西沙永兴岛珊瑚礁坪的群落动态和浅水碳酸盐沉积特征显示文摘使用线截取断面和潜水装备对西沙永兴岛珊瑚礁的群落动态、微生物碳酸盐沉积、礁坪前缘(礁脊和礁前)沉积特征进行了大量和连续的水下观察、测量和研究.调查和研究发现,永兴岛珊瑚礁坪环境的珊瑚生物已大量死亡,与之相伴的是宏藻类、海草和蓝细菌在礁坪区的广泛发育,微生物和与微生物活动有关的碳酸盐沉积也见于礁坪区,活体珊瑚生物主要生长在礁坪前缘(礁脊和礁前)位置,但也处在急剧衰减中.永兴岛东南珊瑚礁坪从岸向海可以分为沙滩、内礁坪、外礁坪、礁坪前缘(礁脊和礁前)以及礁前斜坡,沉积相带可以划分为礁前斜坡、礁脊和礁前、礁坪和海岸带.沉积物以礁相碳酸盐沉积为特征,可分为珊瑚骨架沉积、珊瑚碎块沉积和生物碎屑沉积三种类型.随着礁坪带环境恶化和水质趋差,珊瑚生物的群落动态变化表现出以宏藻类和苍珊瑚为主的生物群落逐渐占领礁坪,而以石珊瑚为主的生物群落则主要分布于礁脊水质良好、水循环畅通和水能量适合的地方.礁坪前缘(礁脊)覆盖率的统计表明,浪花鹿角珊瑚(Acropora cytherea)的覆盖率达28%以上,是绝对的优势种,并且以抗浪的生态类型为主.永兴岛的东南礁坪前缘(礁脊和礁前)与北部和西北连接石岛的礁坪前缘的沉积特征明显不同,前者以不连续的潮道和礁前各种形状和不同水深的礁塘为特征,而后者则以典型的突起脊-槽沟(spur-and-groove)系统为特征.研究显示,绒毛状生长的微生物(Lyngbya sp.)通常发育在内礁坪或礁坪前缘(礁脊)的礁塘中,这两种生境通常具有相对封闭和水流不畅的特征.藻类的普遍发育指示了一种富营养的海水环境,礁坪上珊瑚表面发育的微生物也指示海水富营养和水质恶化的情况.沈建伟 杨红强 王月 FeiXue FU 赵娜 2014中国科学:地球科学2014,44,3:10
2Advancement in separation materials for blood purification therapy显示文摘Blood purification refers to the extra corporeal therapies of removing potentially toxic substances, in which blood is circulated through an adsorption system loading separation materials. High-efficient inexpensive separation materials are critical to success. In this review, separation materials such as polymers and nanomaterials are summarized and compared. Combining the advantages of the adsorptive membranes and nanomaterials, organic–inorganic hybrid/blend membranes have been developed explosively. These hybrid/blend membranes have both the characteristics of high permeability, easy fabrication, good biocompatibility of adsorptive membranes, and characteristics of fast adsorption rate and high adsorption capacity of nanomaterials. The preparation and modification methodology of the separation materials is reviewed. For affinity separation materials, the relationship of ligand chemistry, ligand density and pores of the matrix is discussed. 3A new unequal-weighted triple-frequency first order ionosphere correction algorithm and its application in COMPASS显示文摘As the introduction of triple-frequency signals in GNSS,the multi-frequency ionosphere correction technology has been fast developing.References indicate that the triple-frequency second order ionosphere correction is worse than the dual-frequency first order ionosphere correction because of the larger noise amplification factor.On the assumption that the variances of three frequency pseudoranges were equal,other references presented the triple-frequency first order ionosphere correction,which proved worse or better than the dual-frequency first order correction in different situations.In practice,the PN code rate,carrier-to-noise ratio,parameters of DLL and multipath effect of each frequency are not the same,so three frequency pseudorange variances are unequal.Under this consideration,a new unequal-weighted triple-frequency first order ionosphere correction algorithm,which minimizes the variance of the pseudorange ionosphere-free combination,is proposed in this paper.It is found that conventional dual-frequency first-order correction algorithms and the equal-weighted triple-frequency first order correction algorithm are special cases of the new algorithm.A new pseudorange variance estimation method based on the three carrier combination is also introduced.Theoretical analysis shows that the new algorithm is optimal.The experiment with COMPASS G3 satellite observations demonstrates that the ionosphere-free pseudorange combination variance of the new algorithm is smaller than traditional multi-frequency correction algorithms.WenXiang Liu WeiHua Mou FeiXue Wang 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,3:5
4Coral community dynamics and shallow-water carbonate deposition of the reef-flat around Yongxing Island, the Xisha Islands显示文摘Microbes and microbial carbonates in reef-flat and coral community dynamics and submarine geomorphologic features in reef crest and fore reef of Yongxing Island,the Xisha Islands,South China Sea,were studied by means of scuba diving,underwater investigation,and line intercept transect survey.Studies indicate a very high coral mortality with few living corals in the reef flat of Yongxing Island.Moreover,macro algae,sea grass and cyanobacteria are common in reef flat.Microbes and microbially induced carbonates occur in reef flat.Living corals grow mainly in the reef crest and fore reef,but are also declined dramatically.From coast to off shore,the southeast reef flat of Yongxing Island can be divided into beach,inner reef flat,outer reef flat,reef flat front(reef crest and fore reef),and fore-reef slope settings.Sedimentary facies include coast,reef flat,reef crest and fore reef,and fore-reef slope.Reefal carbonate sediments are composed of coral skeletons and framework,coral fragments,bioclasts,and lime mud.With the deterioration of environment and water quality,the coral communities tend to be distributed in the reef crest and fore reef with clean sea water,well circulation and moderate water energy.Reef flat is occupied mainly by the macro algae and Heliopora coerulea communities.The coverage statistics on the reef crest demonstrate that the coverage of Acropora cytherea is more than 28% and represents a dominant species with wave-resistant ecological type.Sedimentary characteristics and geomorphologic features are different between the southeast and northwest reef-flat fronts(reef crest and fore reef) of Yongxing Island.The former shows discontinuously tidal channels in outer reef flat and different dimensional and deep reef ponds in reef crest and fore reef,and the latter presents a typical spur-and-groove system.Microbes(cyanobacteria Lyngbya sp.) occur generally in the inner reef flat and reef ponds of reef crest with restricted water circulation.Widely algae growth indicates a eutrophic environment,and the common microbes on the coral surface in the reef flat and reef ponds also demonstrate eutrophication in seawater and deteriorated water quality.SHEN JianWei YANG HongQiang WANG Yue FU FeiXue ZHAO Na 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,9:4
5Effects of Pseudoalteromonas sp. BC228 on Digestive Enzyme Activity and Immune Response of Juvenile Sea Cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus)显示文摘A marine bacterium, Pseudoalteromonas sp. BC228 was supplemented to feed in a feeding experiment aiming to determine its ability of enhancing the digestive enzyme activity and immune response of juvenile Apostichopus japonicus. Sea cucumber individuals were fed with the diets containing 0(control), 105, 107 and 109 CFU g-1 diet of BC228 for 45 days. Results showed that intestinal trypsin and lipase activities were significantly enhanced by 107 and 109 CFU g-1 diet of BC228 in comparison with control(P < 0.01). The phagocytic activity in the coelomocytes of sea cucumber fed the diet supplemented with 107 CFU g-1 diet of BC228 was significantly higher than that of those fed control diet(P < 0.05). In addition, 105 and 107 CFU g-1 diet of BC228 significantly enhanced lysozyme and phenoloxidase activities in the coelomic fluid of sea cucumber, respectively, in comparison with other diets(P < 0.01). Sea cucumbers, 10 each diet, were challenged with Vibrio splendidus NB13 after 45 days of feeding. It was found that the cumulative incidence and mortality of sea cucumber fed with BC228 containing diets were lower than those of animals fed control diet. 7黑带病可能导致了永兴岛北部礁坪珊瑚的衰退显示文摘蓝细菌致病菌群诱发的黑带病是目前全球珊瑚礁衰退的主要因素之一,本文报道发生于南海西沙群岛永兴岛北部礁坪的实例并探讨产生该异常现象的原因.2007年以前该岛北部礁坪的珊瑚一直处于繁盛生长状态,2007~2008年间突发大规模的珊瑚死亡事件.使用通用引物PCR扩增技术和16S rRNA基因技术获知导致黑带病发生的感染菌群,分析珊瑚黑带病席中的微生物组成.从黑带病席中构建的克隆文库表明其中的细菌主要包含六大门类,且蓝细菌是黑带病席中最为丰富的菌群,除了蓝细菌之外,黑带病席中也含丰富的α-Proteobacteria,γ-Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobia和Actinobacteria.讨论了珊瑚热白化、台风、长棘海星爆发和海洋酸化与永兴岛北部珊瑚短时间内大规模死亡的关系,认为珊瑚黑带病的蔓延才最有可能导致珊瑚礁迅速衰退,产生黑带病的诱因可能与人类的过度干扰导致局部珊瑚礁生长区水体富营养化有关.杨红强 沈建伟 FeiXue FU 王月 赵娜 2014中国科学:地球科学2014,44,4:3

9Expression of S100A10 gene and its regulation by sex hormones in mouse uterus显示文摘S100A10 belongs to the S100 calcium binding protein superfamily, and functions as one of the mediators of calcium-dependent signaling pathway. Recently, S100A10 gene was proved to be significantly up-regulated at the implantation site. In the present study, semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction and in situ hybridization are used to investigate the tissue-specificity of S100A10 expression and the expression pattern of S100A10 in the uteri during the estrous cycle and pregnancy. Meanwhile, the regulation of S100A10 expression by sex steroid hormones is studied in ovariectomized mice. The results show that S100A10 could be detected in various kinds of tissues, with relatively high expression in reproductive tracts including ovary, uterus, testis and epididymis.During pregnancy, the expression of S100A10 in the uteri is significantly up-regulated on the 4th day. The transcript is strongly detected in endometrial stromal cells and weakly in luminal epithelium cells at the implantation site, but almost not at the inter-implantation site.From gestational day 5 till labor, S100A10 mRNA maintains a certain level in both uteri and placentae. During the estrous cycle, expression of S100A10 is up-regulated in the uteri at proestrus and estrus. Estradiol significantly induces the expression of S100A10, while progesterone can abolish the effect of estradiol. 10Black band disease as a possible factor of the coral decline at the northern reef-flat of Yongxing Island,South China Sea显示文摘Black band disease(BBD),characterized by the Cyanobacterial dominated pathogenic consortium,is thought to play a key role in the global decline of the coral reef ecosystems.The present paper originally documents a case of BBD from Yongxing Island(Xisha Islands,South China Sea),and further probes the reasons of this abnormal phenomenon.Prior to 2007,corals at northern reef-flat of Yongxing Isand were in healthy growth.Catastrophic coral mortality occurred between 2007 and 2008.The 16S rRNA gene sequencing and PCR amplification,with universally conserved primers,were applied to detect the contagious bacterial community of the microbial mat.The results demonstrated that six bacterial divisions constituted the clone libraries derived from the BBD mat,and that Cyanobacteria are the most diversely represented group that inhabit BBD bacterial mats,despite the fact that species in five others divisions(α-Proteobacteria,γ-Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobia and Actinobacteria) are also consistently diverse within the BBD mats of diseased coral.Other factors such as coral bleaching,typhoons,ocean acidification and crown-of-thorns starfish outbreaks,are not primarily responsible for the coral mortality within such a short time interval.The disaster expansion of BBD associated with Cyanobacterial blooms is a more likely mechanism impacting these coral reefs.Excessive human activity enhances the eutrophication of the marine water of the reefal region and may result in occurrence of the BBD.YANG HongQiang SHEN JianWei FU FeiXue WANG Yue ZHAO Na 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,4:2

12N-Doped Carbon Nanofibers Encapsulating CoO@Co_(9)S_(8) Nanoparticles:Preparation from S-Rich Co_(32) Coordination Cluster Precursors by Electrospinning and Application for Superior Li-ion Storage显示文摘Thiacalixarene-supported Co_(32) nanoclusters encapsulated in polyacrylonitrile nanofibers(Co_(32)@PAN-NFs)by electrospinning have been utilized as precursors to fabricate N-doped CoO@Co_(9)S_(8) carbon nanofibers(CoO@Co_(9)S_(8)@CNFs)for superior Li-ion storage.The S-rich Co_(32) clusters capped by organic sheets afforded the well dispersed cobalt oxide/sulfide nanoparticles embedded in carbon nanofiber composites by direct calcination.The N-doped CoO@Co_(9)S_(8)@CNFs nanocomposites have been utilized as anode materials for lithium ion battery with the reversible capabilities being of 1051.8,967.6,894.7,782.7,669.5 and 525.4 mA·h/g at 0.1,0.2,0.5,1,2 and 3 A/g,respectively.The CoO@Co_(9)S_(8)@CNFs also showed a relatively high stable capacity of 551.7 mA·h/g at the current density of 1 A/g after 200 cycles of rate experiments.The as-obtained N-doped CoO@Co_(9)S_(8)@CNFs nanocomposites exhibited superior reversible capacity,rate performance,Coulomb efficiency(74.5%vs.63.9%)and cyclic stability comparing with the CoO@Co_(9)S_(8)@C derived from simple annealing of Co_(32) templates.YANG Siran AI Feixue LI Ziping ZHAO Guiyan BI Yanfeng 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,2:1

17DDR1 promotes LoVo cell proliferation by regulating energy metabolism显示文摘Cellular energy metabolism dysregulation is associated with colorectal cancer(CRC)development and progression.Discoidin domain receptor 1a(DDR1a),one of the five DDR1 isoforms,is closely related to cell proliferation,invasion,and apoptosis in various tumors.Whether it participates in cellular metabolic reprogramming and regulates CRC initiation and progression remains unclear.In this study,we compared the expression of DDR1 in CRC tissues and adjacent tissues from 126 postoperative CRC samples.Moreover,lentivirus-mediated DDR1a overexpression and knockdown were performed in LoVo cells,and cell viability and proliferation were determined by CCK-8 and BrdU assays,respectively.Oxygen consumption rate,extracellular acidification rate,and lactate production were used to determine the effect of DDR1a on metabolic reprogramming.Clinically,CRC patients with high DDR1 expression had poor differentiation and were at an advanced TNM stage.DDR1a promoted LoVo cell proliferation,mitochondrial function,and extracellular acidification.Moreover,DDR1a knockdown inhibited intracellular lactic acid production in LoVo cells,while a pyruvate kinase inhibitor(diamide,200μM)significantly reversed this progression.Taken together,our results reveal that DDR1 plays a crucial role in maintaining intracellular environment homeostasis through metabolic reprogramming.Bin Xiong Zehui Xie Feixue Song Huiling Chen Xiaojuan Wang Zhengxu Jin Tiyun Han Yi Li Dekui Zhang 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,5:1
