1Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome-related herbal prescriptions in treatment of malignant tumors显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and the related herbal prescriptions for malignant tumors (MT). METHODS: A clinical database of the TCM syndromes and the herbal prescriptions in treatment of 136 MT patients were established. The data were then analyzed using cluster and frequency analysis. RESULTS: According to the cluster analysis, the TCM syndromes in MT patients mainly included two patterns: deficiency of both Qi and Yin and internal accumulation of toxic heat. The commonly-prescribed herbs were Huangqi (Astraglus), Nüzhen-zi (Fructus Ligustri Lucidi), Lingzhi (Ganoderma Lucidum), Huaishan (Dioscorea Opposita), Xiakucao (Prunella Vulgaris), and Baihuasheshecao (Herba Hedyotidis). CONCLUSION: Deficiency of Qi and Yin is the primary syndrome of MT, and internal accumulation of toxic heat is the secondary syndrome. 2Decomposition-Based Multi-Objective Optimization for Energy-Aware Distributed Hybrid Flow Shop Scheduling with Multiprocessor Tasks显示文摘This paper addresses the Energy-Aware Distributed Hybrid Flow Shop Scheduling Problem with Multiprocessor Tasks(EADHFSPMT)by considering two objectives simultaneously,i.e.,makespan and total energy consumption.It consists of three sub-problems,i.e.,job assignment between factories,job sequence in each factory,and machine allocation for each job.We present a mixed inter linear programming model and propose a Novel MultiObjective Evolutionary Algorithm based on Decomposition(NMOEA/D).We specially design a decoding scheme according to the characteristics of the EADHFSPMT.To initialize a population with certain diversity,four different rules are utilized.Moreover,a cooperative search is designed to produce new solutions based on different types of relationship between any solution and its neighbors.To enhance the quality of solutions,two local intensification operators are implemented according to the problem characteristics.In addition,a dynamic adjustment strategy for weight vectors is designed to balance the diversity and convergence,which can adaptively modify weight vectors according to the distribution of the non-dominated front.Extensive computational experiments are carried out by using a number of benchmark instances,which demonstrate the effectiveness of the above special designs.The statistical comparisons to the existing algorithms also verify the superior performances of the NMOEA/D.Enda Jiang Ling Wang Jingjing Wang 2021Tsinghua Science and Technology2021,26,5:3

10Asymmetric interfaces and high-TC ferromagnetic phase in La_(0.67)Ca_(0.33)MnO_(3)/SrRuO_(3)superlattices显示文摘Interfacial magnetism in functional oxide heterostructures not only exhibits intriguing physical phenomena but also implies great potential for device applications.In these systems,interfacial structural and electronic reconstructions are essential for improving the stability and tunability of the magnetic properties.In this work,we constructed ultra-thinLa_(0.67)Ca_(0.33)MnO_(3)/SrRuO_(3)(SRO)layers into superlattices,which exhibited a robust ferromagnetic phase.The high Curie temperature(TC)reaches 291 K,more than 30 K higher than that of bulk LCMO.We found that the LCMO/SRO superlattices consisted of atomically-sharp and asymmetric heterointerfaces.Such a unique interface structure can trigger a sizable charge transfer as well as a ferroelectric-like polar distortion.These two interfacial effects cooperatively stabilized the high-T_(C)ferromagnetic phase.Our results could pave a promising approach towards effective control of interfacial magnetism and new designs of oxide-based spintronic devices.Lili Qu Da Lan Liang Si Chao Ma Shasha Wang Liqiang Xu Kexuan Zhang Feng Jin Zixun Zhang Enda Hua Binbin Chen Guanyin Gao Feng Chen Haifeng Du Karsten Held Lingfei Wang Wenbin Wu 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:1

18Deep reinforcement learning for home energy management system control显示文摘The use of machine learning techniques has been proven to be a viable solution for smart home energy man-agement.These techniques autonomously control heating and domestic hot water systems,which are the most relevant loads in a dwelling,helping consumers to reduce energy consumption and also improving their comfort.Moreover,the number of houses equipped with renewable energy resources is increasing,and this is a key ele-ment for energy usage optimization,where coordinating loads and production can bring additional savings and reduce peak loads.In this regard,we propose the development of a deep reinforcement learning(DRL)algorithm for indoor and domestic hot water temperature control,aiming to reduce energy consumption by optimizing the usage of PV energy production.Furthermore,a methodology for a new dynamic indoor temperature setpoint definition is presented,thus allowing greater flexibility and savings.The results show that the proposed DRL al-gorithm combined with the dynamic setpoint achieved on average 8%of energy savings compared to a rule-based algorithm,reaching up to 16%of savings over the summer period.Moreover,the users’comfort has not been compromised,as the algorithm is calibrated to not exceed more than 1%of the time out the specified temperature setpoints.Additional analysis shows that further savings could be achieved if the time out of comfort is increased,which could be agreed according to users’needs.Regarding demand side management,the DRL control shows efficiency by anticipating and delaying actions for a PV self-consumption optimization,performing over 10%of load shifting.Finally,the renewable energy consumption is 9.5%higher for the DRL-based model compared to the rule-based,which means less energy consumed from the grid.Paulo Lissa Conor Deane Michael Schukat Federico Seri Marcus Keane Enda Barrett 2021Energy and AI2021,3,1:1
