1Inflammation and cancer显示文摘There is evidence supporting the hypothesis that inflammation participates in providing conditions that lead to cancer.An unresolved inflammation due to any failure in the precise control of the immune response can continue to perturb the cellular microenvironment, thereby leading to alterations in cancer-related genes and posttranslational modification in crucial cellular proteins involved in the cell cycle,DNA repair and apoptosis.In addition,there are data indicating that inflammatory cells and immunomodulatory mediators present in the tumor microenvironment influence tumor progression and metastasis.Historically,tumor-infiltrating leukocytes have been considered to be manifestations of an intrinsic defence mechanism against developing tumors.However,increasing evidence indicates that leukocyte infiltration can promote tumor phenotypes, such as angiogenesis,growth and invasion.This may be due to inflammatory cells that probably can influence cancer promotion by secreting cytokines,growth factors,chemokines and proteases,which stimulate proliferation and invasiveness of cancer cells.Conse-quently,events and molecules implicated in this cross talk between the tumor microenvironment and inflam- matory process may emerge as attractive targets in anticancer therapeutic interventions with significant clinical impact.Noemí Eiró Francisco J Vizoso 2012World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2012,4,3:12
2冰岛北部陆架3000年以来夏季表层海水温度及古气候事件显示文摘冰岛北部陆架MD992271孔沉积硅藻中喜暖硅藻数量持续减少以及喜冷藻类数量不断增加,反映了该区近3000年来气候变冷的趋势,而硅藻组合中这两类硅藻数量呈周期性的此消彼长,指示在趋冷的背景下,气候的冷暖交替过程.转换函数计算结果表明,该孔夏季表层海水温度变化大致可分3个阶段,在1400cal.aBP以前,温度基本高于平均值;在1400~700cal.aBP之间,温度在平均值上下起伏,而在700cal.aBP后,温度均处于平均值之下.在这3000多年间,还存在着4次明显的降温事件,降温事件的中心分别位于约2600,1900,1300和600cal.aBP.上述夏季表层海水温度变化和冰岛北部陆架HM107—03和MD992275孔资料相对比,明显具有一致性,同时也可与GISP2冰芯氧同位素及北大西洋深海沉积记录对比,说明冰岛北部陆架晚全新世夏季表层海水温度变化,受区域性气候变化的控制.直接导致上述海水温度变化,是影响该区暖流和寒流作用此消彼长的结果,而冰岛周边海域3000年来海流分布的基本格局未有明显改变.蒋辉 任健 Karen Luise Knudsen Jón Eiríksson 冉莉华 2006科学通报2006,51,22:11
33万年以来挪威海南部冰岛-苏格兰溢流变化及其对海冰活动的响应显示文摘北欧海南部沉积物所记录的末次冰盛期以来千年尺度快速气候事件下的溢流水变化特征,对研究历史上热盐环流与气候的相互作用机制有着重要意义.本文基于冰岛东北部陆架IS-1B岩芯(65°36.357′N, 8°59.045′W)上部130 cm的沉积物粒度组成、颜色反射率和高分辨率XRF元素地球化学扫描测试数据,结合有孔虫AMS 14C测年数据和邻近海区站位沉积资料,利用因子分析等方法,重建了研究区3万年(HS 3期)以来的沉积记录,并重点研究了冰岛-苏格兰溢流水(ISOW)的历史变化特征及其对海冰活动的响应.研究结果显示, ISOW在末次冰盛期初期、 HS1末期到 B/A 暖期和全新世时期强度较高,在HS 3期末期、末次冰盛期中后期到HS 1初期和YD时期强度较弱,其中粒度和地球化学证据都指示ISOW在末次冰盛期和YD时期受北冰洋底层水入侵和海平面下降的影响可能发生了多次停滞.总体来说,挪威海南部ISOW强度的变化与表层海水温度有较强的相关性,表现为冰期减弱,间冰期增强的变化趋势.挪威海北部海冰的覆盖范围自HS 3末期至末次冰盛期开始逐渐南移,并在HS 2初期越过冰岛-苏格兰海脊,在冰岛海盆北部形成常年的冰覆盖. 4北大西洋北部中全新世以来古海洋环境记录显示文摘利用主成分分析法对冰岛北部陆架MD99-2275孔中全新世以来沉积物硅藻数据进行研究发现,5000—3000aB.P.,冰岛北部陆架表层古海水温度逐渐上升,来自印明格暖流的北大西洋暖水对该区域的影响有所增强。自3000aB.P.以来,表层海水温度开始稳步下降,北大西洋暖水水团的影响逐步减弱,而来自东格陵兰寒流和东冰岛海流的极地冷水水团的影响显著加强。在晚全新世气候逐渐变冷的过程中,发生了几次短期而显著的气候变冷事件,分别出现在3000—2600aB.P.,1300—1000aB.P.及600—200aB.P.。该中晚全新世古海洋环境记录与格陵兰冰芯(GSIP2)氧同位素气候记录存在良好的对应关系,也与冰岛北部陆架其他海水温度记录有较好的一致性。而冰岛北部陆架区域海底地形的复杂性和海流分布的差异性,以及所采用研究方法的不同则导致该区域各古海水温度记录之间也存在一定的差异性。冉莉华 蒋辉 Karen luise Knudsen Jón Eiríksson 2008海洋通报2008,27,5:3
