2Development of the straw biochar returning concept in China显示文摘Biochar produced from straw has been shown to improve soil physicochemical properties.This review introduces the fundamental concepts,the broad applications,and underlying theory of straw biochar returning.Current developments in biochar industry and the production practices prevalent among enterprises in China are critiques.This review analyzes current knowledge gaps,challenges,and opportunities in the industrial application of straw biochar returning.Biochar standards,the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for biochar,and high-value-added products that are based on biochar are critically examined with goal of providing recommendations for future studies.We propose production and modification of biochar that is application oriented to enhance its fitness for purpose as well as long-term and large-space-scale field study to better understand its impact on soil properties and ecotoxicology.Finally,we make prospects for the future development of SBR,including constructing a standard system about straw biochar returning and promoting self-discipline of biochar industry and the establishment of a biochar-based agricultural production model.Jun Meng Tianyi He Edmond Sanganyado Yu Lan Weiming Zhang Xiaori Han Wenfu Chen 2019Biochar2019,1,2:9
3Robotic surgery for rectal cancer: Current immediate clinical and oncological outcomes显示文摘Laparoscopic rectal surgery continues to be a challenging operation associated to a steep learning curve. Robotic surgical systems have dramatically changed minimally invasive surgery. Three-dimensional, magnified and stable view, articulated instruments, and reduction of physiologic tremors leading to superior dexterity and ergonomics. Therefore, robotic platforms could potentially address limitations of laparoscopic rectal surgery. It was aimed at reviewing current literature on short-term clinical and oncological(pathological) outcomes after robotic rectal cancer surgery in comparison with laparoscopic surgery. A systematic review was performed for the period 2002 to 2014. A total of 1776 patients with rectal cancer underwent minimally invasive robotic treatment in 32 studies. After robotic and laparoscopic approach to oncologic rectal surgery, respectively, mean operating time varied from 192-385 min, and from 158-297 min; mean estimated blood loss was between 33 and 283 mL, and between 127 and 300 mL; mean length of stay varied from 4-10 d; and from 6-15 d. Conversion after robotic rectal surgery varied from 0% to 9.4%, and from 0 to 22% after laparoscopy. There was no difference between robotic(0%-41.3%) and laparoscopic(5.5%-29.3%) surgery regarding morbidity and anastomotic complications(respectively, 0%-13.5%, and 0%-11.1%). Regarding immediate oncologic outcomes, respectively among robotic and laparoscopic cases, positive circumferential margins varied from 0% to 7.5%, and from 0% to 8.8%; the mean number of retrieved lymph nodes was between 10 and 20, and between 11 and 21; and the mean distal resection margin was from 0.8 to 4.7 cm, and from 1.9 to 4.5 cm. Robotic rectal cancer surgery is being undertaken by experienced surgeons. However, the quality of the assembled evidence does not support definite conclusions about most studies variables. Robotic rectal cancer surgery is associated to increased costs and operating time. It also seems to be associated to reduced conversion rates. Other short-term outcomes are comparable to conventional laparoscopy techniques, if not better. Ultimately, pathological data evaluation suggests that oncologic safety may be preserved after robotic total mesorectal excision. 4A Survey on Smart Agriculture:Development Modes,Technologies,and Security and Privacy Challenges显示文摘With the deep combination of both modern information technology and traditional agriculture,the era of agriculture 4.0,which takes the form of smart agriculture,has come.Smart agriculture provides solutions for agricultural intelligence and automation.However,information security issues cannot be ignored with the development of agriculture brought by modern information technology.In this paper,three typical development modes of smart agriculture(precision agriculture,facility agriculture,and order agriculture)are presented.Then,7 key technologies and 11 key applications are derived from the above modes.Based on the above technologies and applications,6 security and privacy countermeasures(authentication and access control,privacy-preserving,blockchain-based solutions for data integrity,cryptography and key management,physical countermeasures,and intrusion detection systems)are summarized and discussed.Moreover,the security challenges of smart agriculture are analyzed and organized into two aspects:1)agricultural production,and 2)information technology.Most current research projects have not taken agricultural equipment as potential security threats.Therefore,we did some additional experiments based on solar insecticidal lamps Internet of Things,and the results indicate that agricultural equipment has an impact on agricultural security.Finally,more technologies(5 G communication,fog computing,Internet of Everything,renewable energy management system,software defined network,virtual reality,augmented reality,and cyber security datasets for smart agriculture)are described as the future research directions of smart agriculture.Xing Yang Lei Shu Jianing Chen Mohamed Amine Ferrag Jun Wu Edmond Nurellari Kai Huang 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,2:8

7Dark,Beyond Deep:A Paradigm Shift to Cognitive AI with Humanlike Common Sense显示文摘Recent progress in deep learning is essentially based on a“big data for small tasks”paradigm,under which massive amounts of data are used to train a classifier for a single narrow task.In this paper,we call for a shift that flips this paradigm upside down.Specifically,we propose a“small data for big tasks”paradigm,wherein a single artificial intelligence(AI)system is challenged to develop“common sense,”enabling it to solve a wide range of tasks with little training data.We illustrate the potential power of this new paradigm by reviewing models of common sense that synthesize recent breakthroughs in both machine and human vision.We identify functionality,physics,intent,causality,and utility(FPICU)as the five core domains of cognitive AI with humanlike common sense.When taken as a unified concept,FPICU is concerned with the questions of“why”and“how,”beyond the dominant“what”and“where”framework for understanding vision.They are invisible in terms of pixels but nevertheless drive the creation,maintenance,and development of visual scenes.We therefore coin them the“dark matter”of vision.Just as our universe cannot be understood by merely studying observable matter,we argue that vision cannot be understood without studying FPICU.We demonstrate the power of this perspective to develop cognitive AI systems with humanlike common sense by showing how to observe and apply FPICU with little training data to solve a wide range of challenging tasks,including tool use,planning,utility inference,and social learning.In summary,we argue that the next generation of AI must embrace“dark”humanlike common sense for solving novel tasks.Yixin Zhu Tao Gao Lifeng Fan Siyuan Huang Mark Edmonds Hangxin Liu Feng Gao Chi Zhang Siyuan Qi Ying Nian Wu Joshua B.Tenenbaum Song-Chun Zhu 2020Engineering2020,6,3:3
8Tracking facial features with occlusions显示文摘Facial expression recognition consists of determining what kind of emotional content is presented in a human face. The problem presents a complex area for exploration, since it encompasses face acquisition, facial feature tracking, facial ex- pression classification. Facial feature tracking is of the most interest. Active Appearance Model (AAM) enables accurate tracking of facial features in real-time, but lacks occlusions and self-occlusions. In this paper we propose a solution to improve the accuracy of fitting technique. The idea is to include occluded images into AAM training data. We demonstrate the results by running ex- periments using gradient descent algorithm for fitting the AAM. 15七氟烷在小鼠中的代谢研究显示文摘目的探讨吸入麻醉药七氟烷是否能在小鼠肝及脑组织中进行生物转化,并对其代谢产物六氟异丙醇(HFIP)进行测定。方法在七氟烷麻醉下,取小鼠部分肝及全部脑组织,将其匀浆后于密闭空针中分别加入0.5%、1%及3%七氟烷于37℃恒温箱中孵育6h,分别于0、1、2、4、6h测定气相中HFIP浓度。结果在对小鼠肝脏组织匀浆的孵育中,3种七氟烷孵育浓度均检测出HFIP,且以0.5%七氟烷孵育时HFIP含量最高。在对小鼠脑组织匀浆的孵育中,当七氟烷浓度为0.5%及1%时检测出HFIP,且前者高于后者,但当七氟烷孵育浓度为3%时,未能检出HFIP。结论七氟烷能在小鼠肝及脑组织中代谢分解成HFIP,但随着七氟烷孵化浓度的增加,HFIP的生成却减少。杨小霖 Edmond Eger Eger Manohar Sharma 2012四川医学2012,33,11:2

19Agreement and conversion formula between mini-mental state examination and montreal cognitive assessment in an outpatient sample显示文摘AIM To explore the agreement between the mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and montreal cognitive assessment(Mo CA) within community dwelling older patients attending an old age psychiatry service and to derive and test a conversion formula between the two scales.METHODS Prospective study of consecutive patients attending outpatient services.Both tests were administered by the same researcher on the same day in random order.RESULTS The total sample(n = 135) was randomly divided into two groups.One to derive a conversion rule(n = 70),and a second(n = 65) in which this rule was tested.The agreement(Pearson's r) of MMSE and Mo CA was 0.86(P < 0.001),and Lin's concordance correlation coefficient(CCC) was 0.57(95%CI:0.45-0.66).In the second sample Mo CA scores were converted to MMSE scores according to a conversion rule from the first sample which achieved agreement with the original MMSE scoresof 0.89(Pearson's r,P < 0.001) and CCC of 0.88(95%CI:0.82-0.92).CONCLUSION Although the two scales overlap considerably,the agreement is modest.The conversion rule derived herein demonstrated promising accuracy and warrants further testing in other populations.Luqman Helmi David Meagher Edmond O'Mahony Donagh O'Neill Owen Mulligan Sutha Murthy Geraldine McCarthy Dimitrios Adamis 2016World Journal of Psychiatry2016,6,3:2
