| 1 | Toward a typology of sustainability for cities显示文摘Sustainability responses must accelerate to avoid major risks to cities.Climate change impact on cities,likely to be significant if global sustainability initiatives are not quickened,is a paramount example of the risk.World wide meetings of city planning practitioners and researchers agree that an urgent agenda is to work together to empower cities and their governments with funds,tools and mentoring to make the responses needed.In the spirit of this urgent agenda,this paper introduces some practical methods for assessing sustainability associated with transport and urban form in our cities.A concept of strategic scans of future scenarios,which underpins the backcasting approach,has been introduced at the 12 th World Conference on Transport Research(WCTR) in 2010 and has broken urban and transport planning trend.These strategic scans are based on a sustainability framework,the elements of which provide evidence based drivers of sustainability.The framework culminates in metric visualisations for each of the three pillars of sustainability.The paper details some of the operational aspects of these metrics in the form of environmental sustainability-accessibility space,putting into practice measures of environmental stewardship,social equity,economic efficiency,and the relationship among them.The paper concludes with a call of developing a typology of sustainability performance using the strategic scan methodology to extend the principles of the methodology into a useful tool for city governments and contribute to assembling a database of city forms,transport structures,and their sustainability performances. | Ken Doust | 2014 | Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2014，1，3： | 6 |
| 2 | Simultaneous detection and differentiates of Brucella abortus and Brucella melitensis by combinatorial PCR显示文摘Objective:To evaluate simultaneous detection and differentiates of Brucella abortus(B.abortus) and Brucella melitensis(B.melitensis) through the combinatorial POR method.Methods:This study was designed using three primers that could simultaneously identify and differentiate two major species of pathogenic Brucella in humans and animals.Identification and differentiation of each species using the size of the PCR product were determined.To determine the specifieity of the method,bacteria close to the genus Brucella were used.Finally,to confirm PCR products.In addition to the products sequence,RFLP was performed on PCR products using restriction enzymes.Results:The method of optimized combinatorial PCR in this study could simultaneously detect and differentiate B.abortus and B.melitensis with high specificity and sensitivity in clinical samples.Differentiation of species is based on the resulting bands: therefore,the band 494 bp for B.abortus and 733 bp for B.melitensis were obtained.RFLP and sequencing results confirmed PCR results.Conclusions:The results of this study shows that without routine diagnostic methods such as culture and serology tests,using the molecular method of combinatorial PCR,important species of Brucella can be simultaneously identified and differentiated in clinical samples. | Reza Mirnejad Reza Hosseini Doust Reza Kachuei Seied Mojtaba Mortazavi Mehdi Khoobdel Ali Ahamadi | 2012 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2012，5，1： | 5 |

| 4 | Design of a multiplex PCR method for detection of toxigenicpathogenic in Vibrio cholerae显示文摘Objective:To study virulence and regulatory genes(hlyA,ctxB,tcpI) in clinical strains of Vibrio ckolerae(V.cholerae),simultaneously.Methods:Three important genes,tepI,hlyA and ctxB were used for detection of toxigenic and pathogenic V.cholera by chain reaction assay method.
