| 1 | Derivation of water quality criteria for representative water-body pollutants in China显示文摘In this study, toxicological data for zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr (VI)), benzene, and nitrobenzene were collected from various databases and publications, screened and then constructed into species sensitivity distribution (SSD) curves. Then water quality criteria (WQC) were derived for protection of the freshwater aquatic life in China against five representative pollutants. The values derived in this study were compared with those issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Chinese national environmental standard for surface water to identify factors underlying the differences. The results showed that the SSD curves for the five pollutants differed significantly, with the examined aquatic species being generally more sensitive to Zn, Cd, and Cr (VI) than benzene and nitrobenzene. The acute WQC were: 48.43 μg L 1 for Zn, 0.4218 μg L 1 for Cd, 45.79 μg L 1 for Cr (VI), 2651 μg L 1 for benzene, and 1426 μg L 1 for nitrobenzene. The chronic WQC were: 20.01 μg L 1 for Zn, 0.2428 μg L 1 for Cd, 14.22 μg L 1 for Cr (VI), 530.2 μg L 1 for benzene, and 286.2 μg L 1 for nitrobenzene. | 5 | Ocean-continent Transition to Suprasubduction Zone Origin of the Western Yarlung Zangbo Ophiolites in SW Tibet, China: Multi-stage, Transient Evolution of the Neotethyan Oceanic Lithosphere显示文摘The ophiolites that crop out discontinuously along the^2000 km Yarlung Zangbo Suture zone(YZSZ)between the Nanga Parbat and Namche Barwa syntaxes in southern Tibet represent the remnants of Neotethyan oceanic lithosphere(Fig.1a).We have investigated the internal structure and the geochemical makeup of mafic-ultramafic rock assemblages that are exposed in the westernmost segment of the YZSZ where the suture zone architecture displays two distinct sub-belts of ophiolitic and mélange units separated by a continental Zhongba terrane(Fig.1b).These two sub-belts include the Daba–Xiugugabu in the south(Southern sub-belt,SSB)and the Dajiweng–Saga in the north(Northern sub-belt,NSB).We present new structural,geochemical,geochronological data from upper mantle peridotites and mafic dike intrusions occurring in these two sub-belts and discuss their tectonomagmatic origin.In-situ analysis of zircon grains obtained from mafic dikes within the Baer,Cuobuzha and Jianabeng massifs in the NSB,and within the Dongbo,Purang,Xiugugabu,Zhaga and Zhongba in the SSB have yielded crystallization ages ranging between130 and 122 Ma.Dike rocks in both sub-belts show N-MORB REE patterns and negative Nb,Ta and Ti anomalies,reminiscent of those documented from SSZ ophiolites.*Harzburgitic host rocks of the mafic dike intrusionsmainly display geochemical compositions of abyssal peridotites(Fig.2),with the exception of the Dajiweng harzburgites,which show the geochemical signatures of forearc peridotites(Lian et al.,2016).Extrusive rocks that are spatially associated with these peridotite massifs in both sub-belts also have varying compositional and geochemical features.Tithonian to Valanginian(150–135 Ma)basaltic rocks in the Dongbo massif have OIB-like geochemistry and 138 Ma basaltic lavas in the Purang massif have EMORB-like geochemistry(Liu et al.,2015).Tuffaceous rocks in the Dajiweng massif are140 Ma in age and show OIB-like geochemistry.We interpret these age and geochemical data to reflect a rifted continental margin origin of the extrusive rock units in both sub-belts.These data and structural observations show that the western Yarluang Zangbo ophiolites represent fragments of an Ocean-Continent Transition(OCT)peridotites altered by fluids in an initial supersubduction setting.We infer that mafic-ultramafic rock assemblages exposed in the SSB and NSB initially formed in an ocean–continent transition zone(OCTZ)during the late Jurassic,and that they were subsequently emplaced in the forearc setting of an intraoceanic subduction zone within a Neotethyan seaway during 130 to 122 Ma.The NSB and SSB are hence part of a single,S-directed nappe sheet derived from a Neotethyan seaway located north of the Zhongba terrane. | LIU Fei YANG Jingsui Yildirim DILEK LIAN Dongyang XIE Yanxue NIU Xiaolu FENG Guangying ZHAO Hui HUANG Jian LI Guanlong | 2017 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,S1: | 0 |

Based on modern tobacco demands on green,environmental protection and sustainable development,as well as actual situation of biogas production facility in some villages of local tobacco area,this paper selects Longwan Village of Fengshiyan Town as the experimental site and explores the rational way of discarded fresh tobacco leaf biogas fermentation. Results show that cutting and fermentation of discarded fresh tobacco leaf before adding into biogas digester is conductive to improving p H in fermentation process,reducing crust amount,and effectively improving biogas production amount and rate. | 7 | Nanofiber self-consistent additive manufacturing process for 3D microfluidics显示文摘3D microfluidic devices have emerged as powerful platforms for analytical chemistry,biomedical sensors,and microscale fluid manipulation.3D printing technology,owing to its structural fabrication flexibility,has drawn extensive attention in the field of 3D microfluidics fabrication.However,the collapse of suspended structures and residues of sacrificial materials greatly restrict the application of this technology,especially for extremely narrow channel fabrication.In this paper,a 3D printing strategy named nanofiber self-consistent additive manufacturing(NSCAM)is proposed for integrated 3D microfluidic chip fabrication with porous nanofibers as supporting structures,which avoids the sacrificial layer release process.In the NSCAM process,electrospinning and electrohydrodynamic jet(E-jet)writing are alternately employed.The porous polyimide nanofiber mats formed by electrospinning are ingeniously applied as both supporting structures for the suspended layer and percolating media for liquid flow,while the polydimethylsiloxane E-jet writing ink printed on the nanofiber mats(named construction fluid in this paper)controllably permeates through the porous mats.After curing,the resultant construction fluid–nanofiber composites are formed as 3D channel walls.As a proof of concept,a microfluidic pressure-gain valve,which contains typical features of narrow channels and movable membranes,was fabricated,and the printed valve was totally closed under a control pressure of 45 kPa with a fast dynamic response of 52.6 ms,indicating the feasibility of NSCAM.Therefore,we believe NSCAM is a promising technique for manufacturing microdevices that include movable membrane cavities,pillar cavities,and porous scaffolds,showing broad applications in 3D microfluidics,soft robot drivers or sensors,and organ-on-a-chip systems. | Bin Qiu Xiaojun Chen Feng Xu Dongyang Wu Yike Zhou Wenchang Tu Hang Jin Gonghan He Songyue Chen Daoheng Sun | 2022 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,5: | 0 |

| 9 | Geodetic monitoring of the Changbaishan volcano activity and its relationship with earthquakes,1999-2017显示文摘The major earthquakes often trigger unrest of surrounding volcanic magma chambers.In recent years,three major earthquakes occurred around the Changbaishan volcano,but it was unclear whether these earthquakes triggered the unrest of the magma chamber.Based on geodetic data,we analyzed the volcanic activity according to the Global Position System(GPS)and leveling sites time-series and reestimated the location and volume change of magma chamber from 2002 to 2005.Meanwhile,we calculated the dilatational strain variations of the deep magma chamber resulting from coseismic deformations caused by the 1999 Mw7.0 and 2002 Mw7.3 Wangqing deep earthquakes and the 2011 Mw9.0 Tohoku-oki earthquake.Our results show:(1)Changbaishan has experienced four stages of unrest since 1999,and the biggest unrest of the shallow magma chamber occurred from 2002 to 2005;(2)the parameters of the shallow magma chamber simulated by the Mogi and Point Compound Dislocation Model(p DCM)show that the magma chamber is located in the northern part of the crater,with a depth of approximately 7 km.The volume of the magma chamber increased by 25-28×10^(6) m from 2002 to2005;(3)the strain variation beneath the Changbaishan volcano corresponding to the 1999 Wangqing earthquake was small.The 2002 Wangqing earthquake produced an expansion strain of about 4.4 nanostrain on the magma chamber at a depth of 550 km,and probably promoted the unrest of the Changbaishan volcano.The 2011 Tohoku earthquake induced the expansion of the shallow magma chamber and compression of the deep magma chamber.Although this event promoted shallow magma unrest,it inhibited deep magma unrest.This may explain why the Changbaishan did not show obvious unrest after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake.Therefore,more attention should be paid to earthquakes that can promote deep magma unrest in the Changbaishan volcano. | Dongzhen Wang Bin Zhao Dongyang Liu Jiansheng Yu Feng Guo | 2021 | Geodesy and Geodynamics2021,12,4: | 0 |
| 10 | Crystallization Regulation and Morphological Evolution for HTM-free Tin-Lead (1.28eV) Alloyed Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘There have been huge achievements of all-perovskite tandem solar cells,which recently realized the highest power conversion efficiency of 24.8%.However,the complex device structure and complicated manufacture processes severely restrict the further development of all-perovskite tandem solar cells.In this work,we successfully fabricated high-efficiency hole transport material-free(HTM-free)Sn−Pb alloyed narrow bandgap perovskite solar cells(PSCs)by introducing guanidinium thiocyanate(GASCN)and hydroiodic acid(HI)into the perovskite precursor solution.GASCN and HI play a positive synergy effect during perovskite crystallization process resulting in larger grain size,fewer surface defects,and lower trap density to suppress the Sn^(2+)oxidation degradation.Furthermore,they could effectively adjust the energy level of perovskite materials,reduce the energy level difference between perovskite and ITO resulting in more efficiently transport of free hole charge carriers.As a result,with adding GASCN and HI,the achieved highest power conversion efficiency of HTM-free devices increased from 12.58%to 17.85%,which is one of the highest PCEs among all values reported to date for the HTM-free narrow-bandgap(1.2-1.4 eV)Sn−Pb binary PSCs.Moreover,the optimized device shows improved environmental stability.Our additive strategy manifests a remarkable step towards the facile,cost-efficient fabrication of HTM-free perovskite-based tandem solar cells with both high efficiency and simple fabrication process. | Hang Hu Xianyong Zhou Jiabang Chen Deng Wang Dongyang Li Yulan Huang Luozheng Zhang Yuanjun Peng Feng Wang Jingxia Huang Naichao Chen Liang Sun Xuesong Liu Xingzhu Wang Jianyong Ouyang Baomin Xu | 2023 | Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,2: | 0 |
