| 1 | 国际文摘——静脉畸形与局限性血管内凝血显示文摘静脉畸形是先天性低流速血管畸形.局限性血管内凝血(LIC)可导致疼痛及血栓形成,术中有发生大出血的危险。该文旨在确定易发生血管内凝血的静脉畸形的类型。对140例患者进行前瞻性研究,记录临床资料,测量凝血参数,检测患者血浆D-二聚体水平,110例行MRI检查。结果,59例(42%)D-二聚体水平升高,36例f61%)高于1.0mg/mL。6例纤维蛋白原水平降低。单因素分析显示。表面积大、静脉石及病变位于躯干者具有较高的血浆D-二聚体水平。多因素分析显示,表面积大及静脉石是与高水平D-二聚体相关的独立因素,严重UH与四肢静脉畸形有关。结论:LIH与静脉畸形大小的关系具有统计学意义。 | Dompmartin A Acher A Thibon P 王延安 | 2008 | 中国口腔颌面外科杂志2008，6，5： | 6 |
