1Physical Safety and Cyber Security Analysis of Multi-Agent Systems:A Survey of Recent Advances显示文摘Multi-agent systems(MASs)are typically composed of multiple smart entities with independent sensing,communication,computing,and decision-making capabilities.Nowadays,MASs have a wide range of applications in smart grids,smart manufacturing,sensor networks,and intelligent transportation systems.Control of the MASs are often coordinated through information interaction among agents,which is one of the most important factors affecting coordination and cooperation performance.However,unexpected physical faults and cyber attacks on a single agent may spread to other agents via information interaction very quickly,and thus could lead to severe degradation of the whole system performance and even destruction of MASs.This paper is concerned with the safety/security analysis and synthesis of MASs arising from physical faults and cyber attacks,and our goal is to present a comprehensive survey on recent results on fault estimation,detection,diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of MASs,and cyber attack detection and secure control of MASs subject to two typical cyber attacks.Finally,the paper concludes with some potential future research topics on the security issues of MASs.Dan Zhang Gang Feng Yang Shi Dipti Srinivasan 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,2:12
2Port site infection in laparoscopic surgery: A review of its management显示文摘Laparoscopic surgery(LS), also termed minimal access surgery, has brought a paradigm shift in the approach to modern surgical care. Early postoperative recovery, less pain, improved aesthesis and early return to work have led to its popularity both amongst surgeons and patients. Its application has progressed from cholecystectomies and appendectomies to various other fields including gastrointestinal surgery, urology, gynecology and oncosurgery. However, LS has its own package of complications. Port site infection(PSI), although infrequent, is one of the bothersome complications which undermine the benefits of minimal invasive surgery. Not only does it add to the morbidity of the patient but also spoils the reputation of the surgeon. Despite the advances in the field of antimicrobial agents, sterilization techniques, surgical techniques, operating room ventilation, PSIs still prevail. The emergence of rapid growing atypical mycobacteria with multidrug resistance, which are the causative organism in most of the cases, has further compounded the problem. PSIs are preventable if appropriate measures are taken preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively. PSIs can often be treated non-surgically, with early identification and appropriate management. Macrolides, quinolones and aminoglycosides antibiotics do show promising activity against the atypical mycobacteria. This review article highlights the clinical burden, presentations and management of PSIs in LS as shared by various authors in the literature. We have given emphasis to atypical mycobacteria, which are emerging as a common etiological agent for PSIs in LS. 3Genetic Relationship and Structure Analysis of Root Growth Angle for Improvement of Drought Avoidance in Early and Mid-Early Maturing Rice Genotypes显示文摘Deeper rooting 1(Dro1)and Deeper rooting 2(Dro2)are the QTLs that contribute considerably to root growth angle assisting in deeper rooting of rice plant.In the present study,a set of 348 genotypes were shortlisted from rice germplasm based on root angle study.Screening results of the germplasm lines under drought stress identified 25 drought tolerant donor lines based on leaf rolling,leaf drying,spikelet fertility and single plant yield.A panel containing 101 genotypes was constituted based on screening results and genotyped using Dro1 and Dro2 markers.Structure software categorized the genotypes into four sub-populations with different fixation index values for root growth angle.The clustering analysis and principal coordinate analysis could differentiate the genotypes with or without deeper rooting trait.The dendrogram constructed based on the molecular screening for deep rooting QTLs showed clear distinction between the rainfed upland cultivars and irrigated genotypes.Eleven genotypes,namely Dular,Tepiboro,Surjamukhi,Bamawpyan,N22,Dinorado,Karni,Kusuma,Bowdel,Lalsankari and Laxmikajal,possessed both the QTLs,whereas 67 genotypes possessed only Dro1.The average angle of Dro positive genotypes ranged from 82.7°to 89.7°.These genotypes possessing the deeper rooting QTLs can be taken as donor lines to be used in marker-assisted breeding programs.Elssa PANDIT Rajendra Kumar PANDA Auromeera SAHOO Dipti Ranjan PANI Sharat Kumar PRADHAN 2020Rice science2020,27,2:4

5Development and subassemblage cyclic testing of hybrid buckling-restrained steel braces显示文摘Buckling-restrained braced frames(BRBFs) are vulnerable to relatively higher post-earthquake residual drifts under high intensity ground shakings. This is primarily due to the low axial elastic and post-elastic stiffness of bucklingrestrained braces(BRBs) satisfying the design force demand requirements. In the present study, a hybrid buckling restrained bracing system consisting of a short yielding core length BRB component and a conventional buckling-type brace component connected in series has been developed with an aim to increase the axial stiffness of braces. This study is focused on the experimental investigation of six hybrid bucking restrained braces(HBRBs) to investigate their overall behavior, loadresisting capacity, strength-adjustment factors and energy dissipation potential. The main parameters varied are the crosssectional area, the yielding length of core elements as well as the detailing of buckling-restraining system of short yielding core length BRBs.
