1Primary dolostone formation related to mantle-originated exhalative hydrothermal activities,Permian Yuejingou section,Santanghu area, Xinjiang,NW China显示文摘The Permian Lucaogou Formation is an important hydrocarbon source rock in the Junggar, Turpan, and Santanghu basins in Xinjiang, NW China. For the first time, dolostones associated with mantle-originated exhalative hydrothermal fluid flows are discovered in Yuejingou section in the Santanghu Basin area. They include dolomicrite, doloarenite, and a small amount of dolorudite, and are finely (0.05-0.15 cm thick) interlaminated with lime micrite and dolomicritic analcime laminites. Alkali feldspar and analcime grains are common in doloarenite and are interpreted as having been derived from analcime phonolites and peralkaline magmatic rocks. These magmatic fragments were brought up from subsurface by hydrothermal fluid flow and had experienced exhalative brecciation, transport, and deposition on the lake floor. The matrix consists dominantly of dolomite and ankerite smaller than 0.01 mm. The dolostones can be subdivided into four types on the basis of mineral composition and content. The detrital analcime and alkaline feldspar grains and tuff lithics are interpreted as intraclasts, which were deposited in an under-filled starved lake basin. The δ18OPDB values of dolostones are -5‰ to -21.1‰, and -11.9‰ on average; the 87Sr/86Sr ratios of dolostones are 0.70457 to 0.706194, and 0.705005 on average. These values, in combination with evidence of multi-episodes of peralkaline extrusion, suggest a mantle origin of the hydrothermal fluids, which may have promoted primary dolomite formation. The fluid from the upper mantle caused serpentinization of ultramafic rocks that intruded into the lower crust to obtain Mg2+ and Fe2+, and injected the ions into the lake water as the Mg and Fe sources for dolomite and ankerite. Hydro- thermal fluids associated with peralkaline magmatic rocks also provided Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, and CO32-. Explosive breccias formed and dolostones were convoluted near the vent of hydrothermal fluid exhalation, whereas laminated dolostones formed farther away from the vent. The dolostones are primary dolomite deposition in an intracontinental rift basin and associated with mantle-originated hydrothermal fluids. 2The geochemical characteristics,geochronology and tectonic significance of the Carboniferous volcanic rocks of the Santanghu area in northeastern Xinjiang,China显示文摘The Santanghu area is located on the northeastern margin of the Junggar Basin,northern Xinjiang,Northwest China.The Carboniferous volcanic rocks in this area are widely distributed in Kaokesaiergaishan,Santanghu,Daheishan and Naomaohu districts,which are located to the north of the Kalameili Fault.These rocks,sourced from a cognate magma,consist of basic,intermediate,and acidic lavas,and pyroclastic rock.The basic volcanic rocks are enriched with large-ion lithophile elements(LILE),but are relatively depleted in high field strength elements(HFSE),and have an obvious negative Nb-Ta-Ti anomaly.They were most probably derived from a depleted mantle source,and during their ascent,these magmas were not contaminated by the crustal material as they underwent magma crystallization differentiation.Based on the Carboniferous volcanic assemblage and geochemical data,it is apparent that the early Carboniferous volcanism occurred in a subduction-related tectonic setting.New LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb analyses constrain the age of the andesite within the volcanic rocks as the early Carboniferous(328.9-331.3 Ma).Combined with the regional geological record,comprehensive analysis of the isotope geochronological data indicates that the subduction of the Junggar Ocean predates the early Carboniferous,and that the Santanghu island arc magmatism was induced by the subduction of the Junggar Ocean in the Carboniferous.LI Wei LIU YiQun DONG YunPeng ZHOU XiaoHu LIU XiaoMing LI Hong FAN TingTing ZHOU DingWu XU XueYi CHEN JunLu 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,8:8
3Geochemical characteristics and tectonic setting of the Middle Permian Tiaohu Formation mafic-ultramafic rocks of Santanghu area, Xinjiang, Northwest China显示文摘Santanghu area in northeastern Xinjiang region of Northwest China is an important component of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB), in which the dynamic mechanism of Permian magmatism is controversial. In Santanghu area is exposed a thick succession of the Middle Permian basalts, including a small amount of picritic basalts and andesites, known as the Tiaohu Formation. The picritic basalts contain cumulate olivine, and have whole-rock Mg# up to 0.68–0.77; the basalts exhibit porphyritic or doleritic textures, and have relatively low Mg# of 0.41–0.54, typical of evolved magmas. The mafic-ultramafic rocks of the Tiaohu Formation are slightly enriched in Light Rare Earth Elements(LREEs), and exhibit negative Nb and Ti anomalies. They also have high Ti O2 content, and Nb/Y and Zr/Yb ratios greater than those of island arc volcanic rocks. Relatively low initial Sr isotopic ratios and high positive εNd(t) and εHf(t) values argue against contamination by ancient continental crust, and suggest formation of the Tiaohu Formation by partial melting of relatively refractory depleted lithospheric mantle that underwent metasomatism and extraction by fluid from the subducted slab. In addition, up to 38% olivine in picritic basalts indicates high-degree partial melting of lithospheric mantle, and the underlying Lucaogou Formation contains fragments of ultra-alkaline magmatic rocks that originated in the deep mantle. 4The basic dyke swarms in the Wudang block and its geological significance显示文摘The basic dyke swarms, which have been deformed and metamorphosed, are widespread in the Wudang block. They are geochemically characterized by the continental tholeiites, and their Sm Nd isochron age is (782±164) Ma. 5Geology and geochemistry of the Bingdaban ophiolitic mélange in the boundary fault zone on the northern Central Tianshan Belt,and its tectonic implications显示文摘The properties and tectonic significance of the fault bound zone on the northern margin of the Central Tianshan belt are key issues to understand the tectonic framework and evolutionary history of the Tianshan Orogenic Belt. Based on the geological and geochemical studies in the Tianshan orogenic belt, it is suggested that the ophiolitic slices found in the Bingdaban area represent the remaining oceanic crust of the Early Paleozoic ocean between the Hazakstan and Zhungaer blocks. Mainly com-posed of basalts, gabbros and diabases, the ophiolites were overthrust onto the boundary fault be-tween the Northern Tianshan and Central Tianshan belts. The major element geochemistry is charac-terized by high TiO2 (1.50%-2.25%) and MgO (6.64%-9.35%), low K2O (0.06%-0.41%) and P2O5 (0.1%-0.2%), and Na2O>K2O as well. Low ΣREE and depletion in LREE indicate that the original magma was derived from a depleted mantle source. Compared with a primitive mantle, the geochemistry of the basalts from the Bingdaban area is featureded by depletion in Th, U, Nb, La, Ce and Pr, and unfrac-tionated in HFS elements. The ratios of Zr/Nb, Nb/La, Hf/Ta, Th/Yb and Hf/Th are similar to those of the typical N-MORB. It can be interpreted that the basalts in the Bingdaban area were derived from a de-pleted mantle source, and formed in a matured mid-oceanic ridge setting during the matured evolu-tionary stage of the Northern Tianshan ocean. In comparison with the basalts, the diabases from the Bingdaban area show higher contents of Al2O3, ∑REE and HFS elements as well as unfractionated incompatible elements except Cs, Rb and Ba, and about 10 times the values of the primitive mantle. Thus, the diabases are thought to be derived from a primitive mantle and similar to the typical E-MORB. The diabases also have slight Nb depletion accompanying no apparent Th enrichment compared with N-MORB. 6Kinetic comparative study on aerodynamic characteristics of hypersonic reentry vehicle from near-continuous flow to free molecular flow显示文摘A scaled model of the X38-like configuration was simulated under hypersonic conditions for the direct simulation Monte Carlo method and the unified gas kinetic scheme.The inflow conditions considered several flow regimes,from the near-continuum through the slip-transitional to the free molecular regime.Flow fields and surface properties were compared in detail between these two methods.Not only the density and temperature contours distribution but also the surface pressure,heat flux,friction distribution,both kinetic methods give fairly consistent results.Aerodynamics of the model were also achieved and compared.The results provided by both methods agreed with each other very well.The effects of the Knudsen number and angle of attack were assessed.It is meaningful to carry out comparative studies and accelerate both methods to further progress.Jin Li Dingwu Jiang Xiangren Geng Jianqiang Chen 2021Advances in Aerodynamics2021,3,1:4
7Zircon U-Pb Ages and Hf Isotopes of Neoproterozoic Meta-Igneous Rocks in the Liansandao Area,Northern Sulu Orogen,Eastern China,and the Tectonic Implications显示文摘The Sulu Orogen preserves the Neoproterozoic tectonic-magmatic events,corresponding to the breaking up of the Rodinia supercontinent.The ages and petrogenesis of meta-igneous rocks in the Liansandao area in the northern Sulu Orogen are not well-constrained.This study reports zircon U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes of these rocks from the Liansandao area.Three meta-igneous rock samples give similar weighted mean 206 Pb/238 U ages of 744±11,767±12,and 762±15 Ma,respectively,indicating the Neoproterozoic crystallization ages.These rocks formed coevally with the Wulian and Yangkou intrusions that located along the Yantai-Qingdao-Wulian fault zone.The Neoproterozoic ages indicate that the meta-igneous rocks from the Liansandao area have affinity to the Yangtze Block.The three samples haveεHf(t)values of-7.2–-10.5,-6.0–-17.5,and-6.8–-12.0,respectively.These negativeεHf(t)values indicate a primarily crustal source.However,the widely variousεHf(t)values that are higher than the continental crust,suggesting magma mixing between mantle-derived materials and the continental crust or source heterogeneity.Combined with the Hf model ages and geochemical characteristics,the monzodiorite(sample LSD-2)is most likely to be mantle-derived magma then interacted with ancient continental crust,and the granitic protolith(samples LSD-1 and LSD-3)in the Liansandao area might derive from the re-melting of a Paleoproterozoic continental crust at^750 Ma,resulting from the upwelling and underplating of mantle-derived magma formed in an extensional setting due to the break-up of the Rodinia supercontinent.Zhaojun Song Huimin Liu Fanxue Meng Xingyu Yuan Qiao Feng Dingwu Zhou Juan Ramon Vidal Romani Hongbo Yan 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,6:4
8Pollen Morphology of Parnassia L. (Parnassiaceae) and Its Systematic Implications显示文摘The pollen morphology of 28 species of Parnassia L. was investigated with light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The shape of pollen grains in this genus varies from subspheroidal to prolate in equatorial view and is three-lobed circular in the polar view. Pollen grains are usually radially symmetrical, isopolar, tricolporate or syntricolporate, with reticulate sculpture. The pollen characteristics among species are fairly similar to each other. Morphological information regarding the pollen grains shows that Parnassia is a natural genus. Based on exine ornamentation observed under SEM, three types of pollen grains were recognized: (i) type Ⅰ, with foveolate-reticulate sculpture; (ii) type Ⅱ, with a finely reticulate sculpture; and (iii) type Ⅲ, with a coarsely reticulate sculpture. Most sections of this genus have one type of sculpture of pollen morphology, but Sect. Nectarotrilobos has three types of sculpture and Sect.Saxifragastrum has two types of sculpture. 9Singularity detection of the rabbit electrocardiogram:An evolutionary spectral method显示文摘The time-frequency characteristics of the spectral density of non-stationary signals(NSS) in the neighborhood of an instant time point can be determined using the evolutionary spectral analysis.An experimental rabbit model involving ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery to simulate the physiology of early phase myocardial ischemia(EPMI) has been previously described.Clinically,EPMI derived from left coronary artery stenosis is the main symptom of coronary heart diseases including acute myocardial infarction.Here,we propose a new algorithm for estimating the evolutionary spectral density functions,which is an effective approach to determine the instantaneous frequency spectra(IFS) of NSS under the uncertainty principle in the time-frequency domain.The localization singularity information in the data recorded from a living system could be detected by means of the IFS.Electrocardiogram(ECG) data recorded from experimental rabbits were analyzed with the new algorithm.Results showed that the Q's value of the evolutionary spectral quality number of the QRS-complex data was the characteristic parameter of ECG,and there was a matched connection between the time-frequency characteristics of QRS-complex data and the myocardial ischemia symptoms of the rabbits.These results provide valuable information regarding features of the EPMI for use in clinical diagnoses.Xinyuan Liu Dingwu He Liuqing Pei Suming Zhang 2009Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,10:2

20Differences in the effects and action modes of gut commensals against dextran sulfate sodium-induced intestinal inflammation显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a complex relapsing inflammatory disease in the gut and is driven by complicated host-gut microbiome interactions.Gut commensals have shown different functions in IBD prevention and treatment.To gain a mechanistic understanding of how different commensals affect intestinal inflammation,we compared the protective effects of 6 probiotics(belonging to the genera Akkermansia,Bifidobacterium,Clostridium,and Enterococcus)on dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis in mice with or without gut microbiota.Anti-inflammatory properties(ratio of interleukin(IL)-10 and IL-12)of these strains were also evaluated in an in vitro mesenteric lymph nodes(MLN)co-culture system.Results showed that 4 probiotics(belonging to the species Bifidobacterium breve,Bifidobacterium bifidum,and Enterococcus faecalis)can alleviate colitis in normal mice.The probiotic strains differed in regulating the intestinal microbiota,cytokines(IL-10,IL-1βand interferon(IFN)-γ),and tight junction function(Zonulin-1 and Occludin).By constrast,Akkermansia muciniphila AH39 and Clostridium butyricum FHuNHHMY49T1 were not protective.Interestingly,B.breve JSNJJNM2 with high anti-inflammatory potential in the MLN model could relieve colitis symptoms in antibiotic cocktail(Abx)-treated mice.Meanwhile,E.faecalis FJSWX25M1induced low levels of cytokines in vitro and showed no beneficial effects.Therefore,we provided insight into the clinical application of probiotics in IBD treatment.Dingwu Qu Zhennan Gu Saisai Feng Leilei Yu Fengwei Tian Hao Zhang Wei Chen Qixiao Zhai 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,3:0
