2酶制剂在家禽日粮中的应用显示文摘本文旨在回顾目前酶制剂在家禽日粮中的作用及其来源的科学信息。饲料成本是家禽生产中最大的单笔支出,可占每羽家禽总生产成本的70%。家禽行业从业者已经将酶制剂认定为一种标准的日粮(尤其是小麦-大麦型基础日粮)成分。酶是一种由氨基酸、维生素和矿物质组成的生物催化剂。它们可引发生化反应,而自身保持不变。家禽可自然生成酶来辅助消化饲料中的营养物质,但它们无法生成可以完全分解纤维素的酶,因此需要在饲料中添加外源性酶来帮助它们消化。根据应用目的,饲用酶基本上分为可在数量上补充单胃动物内源性消化酶(如蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶)的酶和单胃动物自身无法分泌的酶(如β-葡聚糖酶、戊聚糖酶和植酸酶)。影响酶活性的因素包括底物分子中的特定降解位点、pH、温度以及催化剂或抑制剂。细菌、真菌和酵母是家禽日粮中作为酶来源的微生物。在家禽饲料行业,过去几年中已经使用过或具有潜在使用价值的酶制剂包括纤维素酶(β-葡聚糖酶)、木聚糖酶及其相关酶制剂、植酸酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和半乳糖苷酶等。在家禽日粮中添加酶不仅能提高家禽的生产性能和饲料利用率,还能减少排泄物引起的环境问题,包括降低肠道食糜的黏度、提高宿主(或内源性)酶的功效、改变饲料在消化道中的排空速度、影响排泄物的特性、改善垫料质量、释放养分、提供磷、增加可利用能量以及提高营养物质消化率等。在日粮中添加酶来改善动物的生产指标取决于多种因素,包括饲料原料的类型和数量、谷物中抗营养因子的水平——同一种谷物所含的抗营养因子水平也可能不同(例如,低β-葡聚糖大麦对高β-葡聚糖大麦)、所使用酶的作用范围和浓度、动物的类型(家禽比猪对酶制剂更加敏感)、动物的年龄(幼龄动物对酶的响应比大龄动物更好)、肠道微生物菌群组成情况以及家禽的生理状况。韩浩月(译) 唐彩琰(审) 韩浩月(制表) Mulisa Faji Dida 2020国外畜牧学(猪与禽)2020,40,3:2
3Constant envelope FrFT OFDM: spectral and energy efficiency analysis显示文摘Constant envelope with a fractional Fourier transformorthogonal frequency division multiplexing(CE-FrFT-OFDM)is a special case of a constant envelope OFDM(CE-OFDM),both being energy efficient wireless communication techniques with a 0 dB peak to average power ratio(PAPR).However,with the proper selection of fractional order,the first technique has a high bit error rate(BER)performance in the frequency-time selective channels.This paper performs further analysis of CE-FrFT-OFDM by examining its spectral efficiency(SE)and energy efficiency(EE)and compare to the famous OFDM and FrFT-OFDM techniques.Analytical and comprehensive simulations conducted show that,the CE-FrFT-OFDM has five times the EE of OFDM and FrFT-OFDM systems with a slightly less SE.Increasing CE-FrFT-OFDM’s transmission power by increasing its amplitude to 1.7 increases its SE to match that of the OFDM and FrFT-OFDM systems while slightly reducing its EE by 20%to be four times that of OFDM and FrFTOFDM systems.OFDM and FrFT-OFDM’s amplitude fluctuations cause rapid changing output back-off(OBO)power requirements and further reduce power amplifier(PA)efficiency while CE-FrFTOFDM stable operational linear range makes it a better candidate and outperforms the other techniques when their OBO exceeds 1.7.Higher EE and low BER in time-frequency selective channel are attracting features for CE-FrFT-OFDM deployment in mobile devices.DIDA Mussa Ally HUAN Hao TAO Ran WANG Teng URYNBASSAROVA Didar 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,3:2
