| 1 | Clinical Observation on Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Hemiplegia After Stroke显示文摘Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for hemiplegia. Methods:One hundred and thirty-six cases with hemiplegia after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups according to visiting sequence. Forty-eight cases in the observation group were treated by scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, 35 cases in the medicine group were treated by Chinese and Western medicines, and 53 cases in the medicine plus rehabilitation group were treated by Western medicine and rehabilitation training. Patients' consciousness, speech and limb functions were scored before and after treatment, and the results were compared. Results:After treatment, the scores of consciousness, speech and limb functions after treatment were lower than those before treatment. And their decrease in the observation group were more statically significant than that in the medicine group and the medicine plus rehabilitation group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The total effective rates of the three groups were significantly different (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the other two groups (both P<0.01). | 2 | Experimental Study on Melting in a Rectangular Enclosure Heated Below with Discrete Heat Sources显示文摘The melting process of n-octadecane in a rectangular cavity with three discrete protruding heat sources on its bottom surface was studied experimentally. It was observed that the experimental process, for the geometric arrangement in this paper, is neither a fixed melting nor a contact melting, but one m which fixed melting and contact melting take place alternatively. The effects of Stefan number, initial subcooling and aspect ratio on the melting process are reported. The larger the Stefan number, the more frequently the contact melting may occur, so does the aspect ratio. The initial subcooling plays a role only in early stage. | 4 | Difference Scheme for Hyperbolic Heat Conduction Equation with Pulsed Heating Boundary显示文摘In this paper, the authors have analyzed the second-order hyperbolic differential equation with pulsed heating boundary, and tried to solve this kind of equation with numerical method. After analyzing the error of the difference scheme and comparing the numerical results with the theoretical results, the authors present some examples to show how the thermal wave propagates in materials. By analyzing the calculation results, the conditions to observe the thermal wave phenomena in the laboratory are conferred. Finally the heat transfer in a complex combined structure is calculated with this method.
