5A High-Performance RSA Coprocessor Based on Half-Carry-Save and Dual-Core MAC Architecture显示文摘This research focuses on the methods to improve the throughput and lower the power for low cost RSA coprocessors. We proposed the following optimized methods: 1. A fast half-carry-save Montgomery modular multiplication algorithm suitable for hardware implementation; 2. A high-speed dual-core multiplier accumulator architecture to optimize the critical path; 3. Several lowpower optimization schemes for the RSA coprocessor. The design has been implemented with TSMC 90 nm technology, and the experimental results show that the critical path is 2.71 ns, the power consumption is just 9.76 m W and the throughput can reach 381.57 kbps. 6Design of hollow core step-index antiresonant fiber with stepped refractive indices cladding显示文摘With the benefits of low latency,wide transmission bandwidth,and large mode field area,hollow-core antiresonant fiber(HC-ARF)has been a research hotspot in the past decade.In this paper,a hollow core step-index antiresonant fiber(HC-SARF),with stepped refractive indices cladding,is proposed and numerically demonstrated with the benefits of loss reduction and bending improvement.Glass-based capil-laries with both high(n=1.45)and low(as low as n=1.36)refractive indices layers are introduced and formatted in the cladding air holes.Using the finite element method to perform numerical analysis of the designed fiber,results show that at the laser wavelengths of 980 and 1064 nm,the confinement loss is favorably reduced by about 6 dB/km compared with the conventional uniform cladding HC-ARF.The bending loss,around 15 cm bending radius of this fiber,is also reduced by 2 dB/km.The cladding air hole radius in this fiber is further investigated to optimize the confinement loss and the mode field diameter with single-mode transmission behavior.This proposed HC-SARF has great potential in optical fiber transmission and high energy delivery.Botao DENG Chaotan SIMA Hongyu TAN Xiaohang ZHANG Zhenggang LIAN Guoqun CHEN Qianqing YU Jianghe XU Deming LIU 2021Frontiers of Optoelectronics2021,14,4:0
7Built-in ESD Protection for RFID Tag ICs显示文摘The built-in Electro-Static discharge(ESD) protection circuits for Radio frequency identification(RFID) tag ICs are proposed. The ESD protection function is built into the rectifier and amplitude limiter.The rectifier and limiter are connected directly to the RF interface, and some transistors can discharge the larger current. These transistors can be used to build ESD protection circuits, through the redesign and optimization. The built-in ESD protection circuits can improve the ESD protection level and reduce the layout area. The circuits have been fabricated in 0.18μm CMOS process. 8RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CLINICAL USE OF ANTIBIOTIC AND PRODUCTION OF ESBLS显示文摘Objective:To determine the relationship between the application of antibiotic and the production of extended spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs).Methods:ESBLs were detected by the double disc diffusion method among 161 gram-negative bacilli isolated from clinical specimens.The use of antibiotic in the patients was investigated before ESBLs were detected. Results:The rate of ESBLs-producing strains was 35.4% (57/161). In the patients with ESBLs-producing strains, the utilization rates of antibiotic and the third-generation cephalosprin were 96.4% (55/57) and 42.1% (24/57) respectively, which were significantly higher than those without ESBLs-producing strains [80.6% (84/104) and 16.3% (17/104), respectively].There were significant differences ( P <0.05 and P <0.005,respectively) between the two groups of patients.The duration of the third-generation cephalosprins therapy was significantly longer in the patients with ESBLs-producing strains [(7.5 ± 5.4)d] than those without ESBLs-producing strains [(2.7±2.6)d, P <0.05].Conclusion:The application of antibiotic, especially the third-generation cephalosprins, is the risk factor for the production of ESBLs.Liu Wenen, Tang Yin, Wang Lange,Tan Deming Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, Changsha 410008 2003中国现代医学杂志2003,13,8:0
