| 1 | Experiment and simulation study on construction of a three-dimensional network model显示文摘The construction of a network model is one of the key techniques in organic com-bination of microscopic flow experiment and simulation. The construction method of a three-dimensional network model is presented on the basis of CT scanning images in this paper. A series of CT slice images describing microscopic pore structure and fluid distribution of actual rock is obtained with the help of the in-dustrial microfocus CT system. Based on the extraction of pore space skeleton, pore and throat information, the corresponding network model is established, and the conversion from three-dimensional CT image information to pore-throat size distribution and topological information is also achieved. The feature of this me-thod lies in the fact that complicated pore space of rock may be characterized by pores and throats with a simple shape while keeping the geometry and flow char-acteristics. It is indicated that the calculated results of porosity, permeability, rela-tive permeability curve and microscopic remaining oil distribution match very well the experimental results of water flooding and polymer flooding. | 3 | Optimization of Thermoelectric Microwave Power Sensors Based on Thin-Membrane Structure显示文摘In this work, the thermal conduction property of thermoelectric microwave power sensors is researched. The fabrication of the thermoelectric microwave power sensor consists of a front side and a back side processing using Ga As Monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC) process and MEMS technology. An isolation structure on the front side is designed to prevent the thermal conduction from the resistor to the Coplanar waveguide(CPW). A thin-membrane on the back side is designed to prevent the thermal conduction from the resistor to the substrate. For the microwave power sensor without an isolation structure, the sensitivity is about 0.138, 0.136,0.132, 0.115 and 0.111 m V/m W at 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 GHz,respectively. For the microwave power sensor with an isolation structure, the sensitivity is about 0.142, 0.139, 0.135,0.117 and 0.115 m V/m W at 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 GHz, respectively. | 7 | A Preliminary Review of the Metallogenic Regularity of Nickel Deposits in China显示文摘The nickel deposits mainly distributed in 19 provinces and autonomous regions in China are 339 ore deposits/occurrences, including 4 super large-scale deposits, 14 large-scale deposits, 26 middlescale deposits, 75 small-scale deposits, and 220 mineralized occurrences. The prediction types of mineral resources of nickel deposits are magmatic type, marine sedimentary type and regolith type. The formation age is from the Neoarchean to the Cenozoic with two peaks in the Neoproterozoic and the late Paleozoic. The nickel deposits formed in the Neoproterozoic are located on the margin of the North China Block and Yangtze Block, and those formed in the late Paleozoic are mainly distributed in the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB), Emeishan and the Tarim Large Igneous Provinces(LIPs). Magmatic nickel deposits are mainly related with broken-up continental margin, post-collision extension of the orogenic belt and mantle plume. According to different tectonic backgrounds and main characteristics of magmatism, the Ni-Cu-Co-PGE metallogenic series types of ore deposits related with mantle-derived mafic-ultramafic rocks can be divided into 4 subtypes:(1) the Ni-Cu-CoPGE metallogenic series subtype of ore deposits related with mantle-derived mafic-ultramafic rocks in the broken-up continental margin,(2) the Ni-Cu-Co-PGE metallogenic series subtype of ore deposits related with mantle-derived mafic-ultramafic rocks in mantle plume magmatism,(3) the Ni-Cu-CoPGE metallogenic series subtype of ore deposits related with mantle-derived mafic-ultramafic rocks in the subduction of the orogenic belt, and(4) the Ni-Cu-Co-PGE metallogenic series subtype of ore deposits related with mantle-derived mafic-ultramafic rocks in post-collision extension of the orogenic belt. We have discussed in this paper the typical characteristics and metallogenic models for Neoproterozoic Ni-Cu-(PGE) deposits related with broken-up continental margin, Cambrian marine sedimentary Ni-Mo-V deposits related with black shale, early Permian Ni-Cu deposits related with post-collision extension of the orogenic belt, late Permian Ni-Cu-(PGE) deposits related with Large Igneous Provinces(LIPs), and Cenozoic Ni-Au deposits related with regolith. | 8 | Enhanced weathering input from South Asia to the Indian Ocean since the late Eocene显示文摘nhanced silicate weathering induced by the uplift of the Himalayan-Tibetan Plateau(HTP)has been considered as the major cause of pCO_(2) decline and Cenozoic cooling.However,this hypothesis remains to be validated,largely due to the lack of a reliable reconstruction of the HTP weathering flux.Here,we present a 37-million-year record of the difference in the seawater radiogenic neodymium isotopic composition(△ε_(Nd))of Ocean Drilling Program(ODP)sites and Fe-Mn crusts between the northern and central Indian Ocean,which indicates the contribution of regional weathering input from the South Asian continent to the Indian Ocean.The results show a long-term increase in △ε_(Nd) and thus provide the first critical evidence of enhanced South Asian weathering input since the late Eocene.The evolution coincided well with major pulses of surface uplift in the HTP and global climatic transitions.Our foraminiferal eNd record suggests that tectonic uplift and silicate weathering in South Asia,especially in the Himalayas,might have played a significant role in the late Cenozoic cooling. | Zehua Song Shiming Wan Christophe Colin Christian France-Lanord Zhaojie Yu Arnaud Dapoigny Hualong Jin Mengjun Li Jin Zhang Debo Zhao Xuefa Shi Anchun Li | 2023 | Science Bulletin2023,,3: | 2 |

| 10 | Research on a Ka-Band MEMS Power Sensor Investigated with an MEMS Cantilever Beam显示文摘In this work, a novel high overload Ka-band power sensor with a Micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS) cantilever beam is investigated in order to improve the measurement dynamic range and the bandwidth.The fabrication of the Ka-band power sensor is divided into front side and back side processing with a combination of surface and bulk micromachining of Ga As.The low-power measurement reveals that the terminating-type sensitivity is close to 0.081, 0.076 and0.072 m V/m W at 34, 35 and 36 GHz, respectively. The high-power measurement indicates that the capacitivetype sensitivity is around 4.9 f F/W at Ka-band. The overload power measurements show that the MEMS cantilever beam can improve the dynamic range by increasing the top end of the range into no less than200 m W, and enhance the bandwidth by increasing the top end of the range into no less than 36 GHz.
