| 1 | 基于改进CNN-GAP-SVM的船舶电力变换器快速故障诊断方法显示文摘近年来,基于深度学习技术的智能故障诊断方法在电力变换器领域得到了广泛研究。卷积神经网络(CNN)因其强大的特征提取能力而具备辨识早期微小故障的潜力。然而,现行的CNN算法因其模型结构过于复杂、训练参数量较多、诊断时间较长而不适用于电气故障的快速诊断。为此,提出了一种基于改进CNN-GAP-SVM的深度学习新算法,用于DC-DC变换器早期故障的快速诊断。首先,将原始的时间序列监测数据转变为二维特征图故障样本;其次,该方法设计了一个全局均值池化(GAP)层,用于代替传统CNN中2~3层的全连接层部分,以减少模型参数量;然后,采用非线性支持向量机(SVM)代替传统Softmax函数作为最终分类器,进一步提升诊断精度。实验表明:所提方法不仅将诊断准确率提升至100%,还提升了23%的诊断速度。通过与传统智能诊断方法相比较,证明了所提方法具有更快的诊断速度和更高的诊断准确率。 | 宫文峰 陈辉 WANG Danwei 张泽辉 高海波 | 2022 | 计算机集成制造系统2022,28,5: | 7 |
| 2 | Robust attitude coordinated control for spacecraft formation with communication delays显示文摘In this paper,attitude coordinated tracking control algorithms for multiple spacecraft formation are investigated with consideration of parametric uncertainties,external disturbances,communication delays and actuator saturation.Initially,a sliding mode delay-dependent attitude coordinated controller is proposed under bounded external disturbances.However,neither inertia uncertainty nor actuator constraint has been taken into account.Then,a robust saturated delaydependent attitude coordinated control law is further derived,where uncertainties and external disturbances are handled by Chebyshev neural networks(CNN).In addition,command filter technique is introduced to facilitate the backstepping design procedure,through which actuator saturation problem is solved.Thus the spacecraft in the formation are able to track the reference attitude trajectory even in the presence of time-varying communication delays.Rigorous analysis is presented by using Lyapunov-Krasovskii approach to demonstrate the stability of the closed-loop system under both control algorithms.Finally,the numerical examples are carried out to illustrate the efficiency of the theoretical results. | Jian ZHANG Qinglei HU Danwei WANG Wenbo XIE | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,3: | 7 |
| 3 | Repetitive learning control of nonlinear systems over finite intervals显示文摘Iterative learning control requires initial repositioning, while the time functions to be learned should be of periodicity in repetitive control. However, there are cases in practice where the time-varying unknowns are not periodic but repetitive, and repetitive learning control is applicable with avoidance of initial repositioning. In this paper, repetitive learning control designs are presented for a broader class of nonlinear systems over finite intervals. The Freeman formula is modified and used for stabilization of the nominal nonlinear time-varying system undertaken. The global stability of the learning system and asymptotic convergence of the tracking error are established through analysis of both partially and fully saturated learning algorithms, respectively. | 4 | 基于深度学习的船舶机械微小故障快速诊断方法显示文摘微小故障的快速诊断是预防和减少重大显著性故障发生的关键。近年来,基于卷积神经网络(CNN)的智能诊断方法已成为船舶机械领域研究的热点。然而,现行的基于图像处理框架的2D-CNN算法在处理多传感器、多通道故障数据时存在检测时间长、数据融合效率低的不足。为此,提出一种改进的1DCNN-GAP的深度学习新算法,用于船舶旋转机械的故障快速诊断。该方法首先引入1D-CNN处理多传感器数据融合问题,然后设计了一维全局均值池化层(1D-GAP)改进全连接层结构,减少传统CNN的模型参数量和诊断时间。通过将提出的方法用于滚动轴承在1马力、2马力和3马力多种负载工况下的2通道振动传感器故障监测数据进行诊断,诊断精确率分别为99.84%、99.51%和99.33%。通过与主流的SVM、KNN、DNN和2DCNN-FC算法进行对比验证,结果表明,所提方法具备更加优越的诊断性能,更适用于多传感器监测环境下微小故障的快速诊断。 | 宫文峰 陈辉 WANG Danwei | 2022 | 计算机集成制造系统2022,28,9: | 6 |

| 7 | Towards carbon neutrality:A study on China's long-term low-carbon transition pathways and strategies显示文摘As the world's biggest carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emitter and the largest developing country,China faces daunting challenges to peak its emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality within 40 years.This study fully considered the carbon-neutrality goal and the temperature rise constraints required by the Paris Agreement,by developing six long-term development scenarios,and conducting a quantitative evaluation on the carbon emissions pathways,energy transformation,technology,policy and investment demand for each scenario.This study combined both bottom-up and top-down methodologies,including simulations and analyses of energy consumption of end-use and power sectors(bottom-up),as well as scenario analysis,investment demand and technology evaluation at the macro level(top-down).This study demonstrates that achieving carbon neutrality before 2060 translates to significant efforts and overwhelming challenges for China.To comply with the target,a high rate of an average annual reduction of CO_(2) emissions by 9.3%from 2030 to 2050 is a necessity,which requires a huge investment demand.For example,in the 1.5℃ scenario,an investment in energy infrastructure alone equivalent to 2.6%of that year's GDP will be necessary.The technological pathway towards carbon neutrality will rely highly on both conventional emission reduction technologies and breakthrough technologies.China needs to balance a long-term development strategy of lower greenhouse gas emissions that meets both the Paris Agreement and the long-term goals for domestic economic and social development,with a phased implementation for both its five-year and long-term plans. | Jiankun He Zheng Li Xiliang Zhang Hailin Wang Wenjuan Dong Ershun Du Shiyan Chang Xunmin Ou Siyue Guo Zhiyu Tian Alun Gu Fei Teng Bin Hu Xiu Yang Siyuan Chen Mingtao Yao Zhiyi Yuan Li Zhou Xiaofan Zhao Ying Li Danwei Zhang | 2022 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2022,,1: | 2 |

It is revealed that the key for the formation of this kind of weak intramolecular hydrogen bonding in X-ray crystal structures is to suppress the competition of strong intermolecular N H···O C hydrogen bonding of the amide unit. For amides with identical backbones, the bonding capacity of halogen atoms as hydrogen bonding acceptors is in the order of F>Cl>Br>I, which is in accordance with their electronegativity strength.
