| 1 | Synthesis and properties of a Pr(III) complex with 2-acetyl- benzimidazoledehyde-glycine Schiff-base ligand显示文摘The 2-acetyl-benzimidazoledehyde-gly- cine Schiff-base ligand and the corresponding Pr(III) complex Pr2L3(NO3)3·2CH3OH (L=C11H10N3O2) were synthesized in methanol and characterized by a series of methods, including chemical analysis, elemental analysis, TOF-MS, 1H NMR, UV-, IR-, Raman spectra, thermal analysis, and the three-dimension fluores- cence excitation and emission spectra. The Pr(III) complex exhibits extraordinary water-solubility and the Pr(III) hydroxide appears at pH≥13. The complex also possesses specific fluorescent properties. | 3 | Factors Influencing Droplet Size of Silicone Oil Emulsion with High Solid Content显示文摘A silicone oil emulsion with 60% of solid content was prepared with methyl silicone oil used as the main material by means of the emulsifier-in-oil method.The influence of emulsification conditions on the droplet diameter of silicone oil emulsion was discussed.The experimental results showed that the emulsification method,including the quantity of the emulsifier,the time and temperature of emulsification,the emulsifying water dosage,and the stirring speed,had significant impact on the droplet size.The optimal conditions were identified to achieve a smallest droplet diameter of the emulsion at an emulsifier dosage of 6%,an emulsification temperature of 70 ℃,an emulsification time of 30 min,and a stirring speed of 1100 r/min,with water added in two portions at a ratio of 1:1.The high-solid content silicone oil emulsion with a mean droplet diameter of 2.731 μm was prepared under these conditions that could ensure absence of stratification and floating oil under centrifuging at a speed of 3000 r/min for 30 min. | Li Fengyan Zhu Wenli Zhao Tianbo Dai Danghui Yang Fang | 2011 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2011,13,3: | 2 |

| 10 | Eco-physiological mechanisms of Caragana korshinskii Kom. adaptation to extreme drought stress: Leaf abscission and maintaining stem chloroplast integrity显示文摘In order to study the eco-physiological mechanisms of C. korshinskii adaptation to extreme drought stress, we investigated the variations of water content in soil, leaves, and stems, the chlorophyll a and b and the carotenoid content in leaves and stems, as well as changes of chloroplast ultrastructure in 2-year-old C. korshinskii specimens during a progressive soil drought process (by ceasing watering until all leaves were shed) and a subsequent rehydration process. During the dehydration process, the chlorophyll a and b and carotenoid contents in the leaves decreased, as did the carotenoid content in the stems. During the 4-day rehydration process, the chlorophyll a and b and carotenoid contents in the leaves and stems increased and gradually returned to normal levels. During ongoing drought stress, chloroplasts in the leaves broke away from cell walls and appeared in the center of cells. Under severe drought stress, the mesophyll ultrastructure and chloroplast configuration in leaves were irreversibly disturbed, as mani- fested by the inner and outer membranes being destroyed; the thylakoid system disintegrated, the starch grain disappeared, and parts of cell tissue were dismantled into debris. However, the mesophyll ultrastructure and chloroplast configuration in the stems remained complete. | 12 | Assay development for determination of DZ2002, a new reversible SAHH inhibitor, and its acid metabolite DZA in blood and application to rat pharmacokinetic study显示文摘Methyl(S)-4-(6-amino-9 H-purin-9-yl)-2-hydroxybutanoate(DZ2002) is a potent reversible inhibitor of S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine hydrolase(SAHH). Due to its ester structure, DZ2002 is rapidly hydrolyzed in rat blood to 4-(6-amino-9 H-purin-9-yl)-2-hydroxybutyric acid(DZA) during and after blood sampling from rats; this hampers accurate determination of the circulating DZ2002 and its acid metabolite DZA in rats. To this end, a method for determining the blood concentrations of DZ2002 and DZA in rats was developed by using methanol to immediately deactivate blood carboxylesterases during sampling. The newly developed bioanalytical assay possessed favorable accuracy and precision with lower limit of quantification of 31 nM for DZ2002 and DZA. This validated assay was applied to a rat pharmacokinetic study of DZ2002. After oral administration, DZ2002 was found to be extensively converted into DZA. The level of systemic exposure to DZ2002 was significantly lower than that of DZA. The apparent oral bioavailability of DZ2002 was 90%–159%. The mean terminal half-lives of DZ2002 and DZA were 0.3–0.9 and 1.3–5.1 h, respectively. | 13 | Ticagrelor versus clopidogrel in East Asian patients with acute coronary syndrome:A meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:There exist conflicting data on the efficacy and safety of ticagrelor and clopidogrel in East Asian patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).We performed a meta-analysis to evaluate whether ticagrelor or clopidogrel produces better outcomes for East Asian patients with ACS.Methods:We searched for randomized controlled trials reporting associations between ticagrelor and clopidogrel in East Asian patients with acute coronary syndrome in PubMed,EMBASE,web of science and Cochrane central register of controlled trials.Results:Ten studies involving 3715 participants were qualified for our analysis.The major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)were significantly decreased in patients with ticagrelor treatment compared to those with clopidogrel(risk ratio[RR]:0.61;95%confidence interval[CI]:0.38-0.98;P=0.042).There was no significant difference in all-cause death(RR:0.89;95%CI:0.61-1.29;P=0.540),cardiovascular death(RR:0.86;95%CI:0.58-1.27;P=0.451),myocardial infarction(RR:0.91;95%CI:0.65-1.27;P=0.575)and stroke(RR:0.77;95%CI:0.44-1.36;P=0.372)between ticagrelor and clopidogrel.Ticagrelor was associated with a significantly higher risk of bleeding compared to clopidogrel(RR:1.71;95%CI:1.37-2.13;P=0.000).Conclusion:The present meta-analysis demonstrates that ticagrelor reduced the incidence of MACE in ACS patients from East Asia compared with clopidogrel.However,it increased the risk of bleeding. | Meijiao He Yanxiang Zang Danghui Sun Jianqiang Li Guangzhong Liu Jing Shi Yue Li | 2022 | Frigid Zone Medicine2022,2,1: | 0 |

| 15 | Structural,compositional and trait differences between the mature and the swamp meadow communities显示文摘Aims The mature meadows(MMs)and the swamp meadows(SMs)are the two most important ecosystems in the eastern Tibetan Plateau,China.Besides their substantial differences in terms of soil water conditions and thereby the soil oxygen and nutrients,however,little is known about the differences in community composition,struc-ture,traits and productivity between these two meadows.We par-ticularly ask whether light availability mediated by physical structure heterogeneity is a key determinant of the difference in community composition and productivity between these two meadows.Methods We examined the community structure,composition,aboveground net primary productivity(ANPP),light availability in understory and the community-weighted means(CWMs)for leaf morphological and physiological traits in 12 random plots(5 m×5 m)for each of the studied habitats.Important findings The results showed that plant community in the MM had higher variation in both vertical and horizontal structure and thus had more light availability in the understory.The MM had higher spe-cies richness and greater ANPP than the SM.The CWMs of leaf morphological and physiological traits for species in the MM fea-tured a fast-growing strategy(i.e.higher height,leaf area and net photosynthesis rate and lower nitrogen:phosphorus ratio),in con-trast to those in the SM.We also found that there were significant correlations between the CWM of traits and the ANPP,indicating that some key traits in these habitats have linked to community productivity.Our study also suggests that the heterogeneity in the community structure,which affects light availability in the under-story,may play an important role in determining the community composition and productivity.In conclusion,our study revealed significant differences in community structure,composition and traits between the MM and the SM,and the light availability that related closely to community structure is the key factor to deter-mine the composition and productivity of the community of these two habitats. | Honglin Li Kailiang Yu Danghui Xu Wei Li Dorjeeh Tondrob Guozhen Du | 2018 | Journal of Plant Ecology2018,11,1: | 0 |
