1MC4R、POU1F1基因对京海黄鸡生长性能的遗传效应显示文摘以MC4R和POU1F1基因为候选基因,采用PCR-SSCP和DNA测序技术检测两个候选基因在京海黄鸡群体中的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),同时对候选基因与京海黄鸡生长性能的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,MC4R基因编码区第662bp位置有G→C碱基的点突变,在京海黄鸡中检测到AA、AB、BB3种基因型,A等位基因频率为0.929,B等位基因频率为0.071;在POU1F1基因exon3在序列的第5231bp位置有一个A→T碱基的点突变,检测到CC、CD、DD3种基因型,C等位基因频率为0.500,D等位基因频率为0.500。采用GLM模型分析基因型对生长性能的遗传效应,结果表明,MC4R基因AA基因型个体的4、8、12周龄体重显著地高于BB型个体(P<0.05),16周龄体重差异极显著(P<0.01);POU1F1基因CD基因型个体体重极显著高于CC型和DD型(P<0.01)。因此推测MC4R和POU1F1基因可能是影响鸡生长性状的主效基因或与主效基因紧密连锁的标记基因,能够在分子标记辅助选择中用于对鸡生长性状的遗传改良。陶勇 李国辉 胡玉萍 M. 2Airway foreign bodies: A critical review for a common pediatric emergency显示文摘BACKGROUND:Airway foreign bodies(AFBs)is an interdisciplinary area between emergency medicine,pediatrics and otolaryngology.It is a life-threatening condition that is not infrequently seen;however,it is poorly covered in medical literature.Accidental aspiration of an element into airways is a widespread clinical scenario among children under 3 years,predominantly males.Moreover,it is the leading cause of infantile deaths and the fourth one among preschool children.DATA RESOURCES:A systemic search was conducted in July 2015 using Pub Med/Pub Med Central Database of The National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI)(http://gffzz16a62c593b5540cehb9vunpncnu666wc9.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/).A total of 1 767 articles were identified and most of them were meta-analyses,systematic reviews,and case series.Those thoroughly discussing assessment and management of AFBs were retrieved.RESULTS:AFBs episodes may be either witnessed or missed.Presence of a witness for the inhalation is diagnostic.The later usually present with persistent active cough.A classical triad of paroxysmal cough,wheezing,and dyspnoea/decreased air entry was reported,though many presentations have inconsistent findings.Hence,diagnosis requires high index of clinical suspicion.Flexible fibro-optic bronchoscopy is the gold standard of diagnosis,whereas inhaled objects are best retrieved by rigid bronchoscopes.CONCLUSIONS:Close supervision of pediatrics is the hallmark of prevention.Caregivers should ensure a safe surrounding milieu,including the toys their offspring play with.Immediate complications result from direct obstruction or injury by the inhaled object.Alternatively,prolonged lodging traps air and induces inflammatory response causing atelectesis and pneumonia,respectively.Alaaddin M Salih Musab Alfaki Dafalla M Alam-Elhuda 2016World Journal of Emergency Medicine2016,7,1:16
3空气流量对空冷燃料电池电堆性能的影响研究显示文摘空冷型氢燃料电池采用开放型阴极,具有自增湿、系统简单轻便等特点。为了揭示空气流量对输出性能的影响机制,对自组装的800 W空冷型燃料电池电堆进行了实验测试和数值分析,对比了不同空气风扇转速下电堆输出电压、净功率以及传质传热特性。结果表明:小电流条件下小空气流量可以保持电堆内较高的温度,减少活化损失,实现高净输出功率。然而,大电流条件下,小空气流量将导致电堆温度过高且分布不均匀。利用数值方法对组分和温度分布进行了可视化分析,结果表明低含水量引起的欧姆损失增加是限制输出功率的关键因素,通过提高风扇转速增加空气流量可以保证较好的冷却效果,从而提高含水量,减少欧姆损失。魏琳 郭剑 廖梓豪 Ahmed Mohmed Dafalla 蒋方明 2022化工学报2022,73,7:2
4Effect of catalyst layer mesoscopic pore-morphology on cold start process of PEM fuel cells显示文摘Water transport is of paramount importance to the cold start of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).Analysis of water transport in cathode catalyst layer(CCL)during cold start reveals the distinct characteristics from the normal temperature operation.This work studies the effect of CCL mesoscopic pore-morphology on PEMFC cold start.The CCL mesoscale morphology is characterized by two tortuosity factors of the ionomer network and pore structure,respectively.The simulation results demonstrate that the mesoscale morphology of CCL has a significant influence on the performance of PEMFC cold start.It was found that cold-starting of a cell with a CCL of less tortuous mesoscale morphology can succeed,whereas starting up a cell with a CCL of more tortuous mesoscale morphology may fail.The CCL of less tortuous pore structure reduces the water back diffusion resistance from the CCL to proton exchange membrane(PEM),thus enhancing the water storage in PEM,while reducing the tortuosity in ionomer network of CCL is found to enhance the water transport in and the water removal from CCL.For the sake of better cold start performance,novel preparation methods,which can create catalyst layers of larger size primary pores and less tortuous pore structure and ionomer network,are desirable.Ahmed Mohmed DAFALLA Fangming JIANG 2021Frontiers in Energy2021,15,2:2
