1Myocardial infarction secondary prevention study (MISPS)显示文摘Background Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), especially herbal medicine, has been widely used in China and now is also being increasingly used in other countries for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Although many studies have demonstrated that certain Chinese herbal products are effective and safe for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, most of these lack sufficient quality. Therefore, large randomized clinical trials and further scientific research to determine its safety, effectiveness are necessary.QiShen YiQi Dripping Pills (QSYQDP) is a herbal preparation clinically used in the treatment and prevention of coronary artery disease. Preliminary observations have shown its safety and effectiveness. Methods/Design This randomized, controlled trial will recruit 3600 patients with a history of myocardial infarction. Patients will be randomized into two groups by a Centr-Randomized System. One group receives QSYQDP, the other group receive aspirin. This trial protocol will describe eligibility criteria, detailed information on the treatment definition, blinding, endpoints, statistical methods, sample size determination, data management, legal aspects, and the current status of the trial. Discussion This trial is one of the first randomized, controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment and secondary prevention of coronary artery disease. 2A Novel Simple Visual Tracking Algorithm Based on Hashing and Deep Learning显示文摘Deep network has been proven efficient and robust to capture object features in some conditions.It still remains in the stage of classifying or detecting objects.In the field of visual tracking,deep network has not been applied widely.One of the reasons is that its time consuming made the strong method could not meet the speed need of visual tracking.A novel simple tracker is proposed to complete tracking task.A simple six-layer feed-forward backpropagation neural network is applied to capture object features.Nevertheless,this representation is not robust enough when illumination changes or drastic scale changes in dynamic condition.To improve the performance and not to increase much time spent,image perceptual hashing method is employed,which extracts low frequency information of object as its fingerprint to recognize the object from its structure.64-bit characters are calculated by it,and they are utilized to be the bias terms of the neutral network.This leads more significant improvement for performance of extracting sufficient object features.Then we take particle filter to complete the tracking process with the proposed representation.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is efficient and robust compared with the state-of-the-art tracking methods.ZHU Suguo DU Junping REN Nan 2017Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,5:14

5Robust L_2-L_∞ control for uncertain singular systems with time-varying delay显示文摘We study the problem of L2-L1 control for a class of uncertain singular systems with time-delay and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties in this paper. A new delay-dependent robust stability criterion is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Based on this criterion, a state feedback controller is designed to guarantee that the closed-loop system is regular, impulse free and stable with a prescribed L2-L1 performance satisfied for all admissible parameter uncertainties. 6Visible and Infrared Video Fusion Using Uniform Discrete Curvelet Transform and Spatial-Temporal Information显示文摘Multiple visual sensor fusion provides an effective way to improve the robustness and accuracy of video surveillance system. Traditional video fusion methods fuse the source videos using static image fusion methods frame-by-frame without considering the information in temporal dimension. The temporal information can't be fully utilized in fusion procedure. Aiming at this problem, a visible and infrared video fusion method based on Uniform discrete curvelet transform(UDCT) and spatial-temporal information is proposed. The source videos are decomposed by using UDCT, and a set of local spatial-temporal energy based fusion rules are designed for decomposition coefficients. In these rules, we consider the current frame's coefficients and the coefficients on temporal dimension which are the coefficients of adjacent frames. 7Self-adaptive spatial image denoising model based on scale correlation and SURE-LET in the nonsubsampled contourlet transform domain显示文摘A novel self-adaptive image denoising model based on scale correlation and Stein’s unbiased risk estimate-linear expansion of thresholds(SURE-LET)in the nonsubsampled contourlet transform domain is proposed in this paper.First we implement the multidimensional and translation invariant decomposition for spatial images by the nonsubsampled contourlet transform,and establish the image cross-scale description structure.Then combining the scale correlation,we make improvements for the existing SURE-LET denoising idea and establish the self-adaptive denoising mechanism.The scale correlation calculation is needed for the coefficients at different scales and sub-bands to determine whether the coefficients are retained or processed with the adaptive SURE-LET threshold shrinkage.And meanwhile a new local context self-adaptive threshold strategy is proposed in the process of scale correlation calculation.Experimental results both on spatial images and standard images demonstrate that the proposed algorithm performs significantly better in terms of both the visual subjective evaluation and the quantitative objective evaluation.The method can achieve better noise suppression,and effectively retain image edge details.LIANG MeiYu DU JunPing LIU HongGang 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,9:4

9Cross-media Hot Topic Auto-tracking Model Based on Semantics and Temporal Context显示文摘As the Internet multimedia information grows explosively, seeking an automatic technology to realize the effective organization and management of crossmedia emergency information is significantly necessary. A novel cross-media hot topic auto-tracking model based on semantics and temporal context is proposed in this paper. According to the semantic correlations of cross-media information, we learn the image visual semantics by the text semantics based on the Latent Dirichlet Allocation probability model, and establish the unified cross-media information description on the same semantic level. Also a semantics-based two-step feature dimension-reduction scheme is proposed to establish the efficient semantic feature space. The self-adaptive learning of topic model is realized to track the dynamic changes in the topic. 11An Area Weighted Surface Sampling Method for 3D Model Retrieval显示文摘3D model feature extraction is a key step for geometric content based 3D model retrieval. A 3D model is usually expressed by patches and it has large amount of data. Pseudo-random sequential Monte Carlo surface sampling method is used to sample 3D model data. It has strong randomness. The sampling results are not uniform, which worsen the efficiency and precision of feature extraction. An area weighted surface sampling method for 3D Models is proposed. The larger area patches get the higher probability of sampling. The sampling points are evenly distributed in sampling space, which represent more accurate 3D model features. Experiments show that the proposed method needs less computing resources. 13Delay-dependent H2 control for discrete time-delay systems with D-stability constraints显示文摘This paper studies the problem of H2 control for a class of discrete time-delay systems with D-stability constraints. The corresponding suffcient conditions are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. In particular, the conditions are delay-dependent, and so they are less conservative. The obtained controller can provide an upper bound for the H2 cost function. 15Hierarchical-Based Object Detection with Improved Locality Sparse Coding显示文摘This paper proposes to extend the hierarchical method to be adapted to sequential frames, aiming at detecting the moving object in dynamic scenes. A novel two-layer model is proposed, in which dictionaries are learned through three different stages and the locality constrained sparse representation is improved. This leads more significant improvement for performance of both static image classification and moving object detection. 16The Browsing Pattern and Review Model of Online Consumers Based on Large Data Analysis显示文摘In the context of online shopping, commodity information and consumer reviews are main factors that will affect purchasing behavior. Started from the preference of commodity information browsing and the inherent property of online reviews, this paper focuses on the browsing data for statistical analysis and the interval distribution of consumer reviews based on the real data of360 buy which is the domestic large-scale B2 C commerce website in China. Researches find that commodity information browsing time distribution on Internet is fragment and can be depicted by the fat tail effect. It also demonstrated that user's browsing patterns are related to the type of information and the displaying of the information,which means that the pieces of the picture and the length of the titles affecting the clicks rate. Reviews on the interval distribution can be depicted by the power-law function and there is a monotonically increasing relationship between power-exponent and the customers' concerns with the corresponding commodity, the higher the exponent,the higher the degree of consumer attention. 18The Temporal Relation between Cardiomyopathy and LBBB and Response to Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy:Case Series and Literature Review显示文摘Background:Left bundle branch block(LBBB)-induced cardiomyopathy has been proposed,but the association between LBBB and cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT)response remains unclear and practical criteria for selecting CRT candidates are needed.Methods:One hundred and seventeen consecutive heart failure patients were reviewed,24 of whom received CRT.Only two patients had a clear temporal relation between cardiomyopathy and LBBB.Results:Compared with the patient with“cardiomyopathy-induced LBBB,”the patient with“LBBB-induced cardiomyopathy”had higher left ventricular(LV)wall thickness,higher LV wall thickening rate,higher peak circumferential strain,and longer peak circumferential strain delay.The LV deformation patterns in the two patients were obviously distinct on cardiovascular magnetic resonance tissue tracking.During follow-up,the patient with LBBB-induced cardiomyopathy had a good response to CRT(LV ejection fraction 23 before CRT vs.30%at 6 months vs.29 at 12 months vs.32%at 18 months;LV end-diastolic diameter 77 mm before CRT vs.66 mm at 6 months vs.62 mm at 12 months vs.63 mm at 18 months),and the other patient had no response to CRT(LV ejection fraction 29 before CRT vs.29%at 6 months vs.26 at 12 months vs.22%at 24 months;LV end-diastolic diameter 85 mm before CRT vs.88 mm at 6 months vs.85 mm at 12 months vs.84 mm at 24 months).Conclusion:The temporal relation between cardiomyopathy and LBBB could be a determinant for CRT response.Cardiovascular magnetic resonance tissue tracking may be a useful tool to identify the chronological order and a principal consideration for selecting candidates for CRT.Larger prospective clinical trials are needed to study the prevalence of,time course of,and risk factors for LBBB-induced cardiomyopathy.Sanshuai Chang Yi He Hui Wang Fei Guo Qiang Lv Junping Kang Rong Bai Xiaohui Liu Xin Du Changsheng Ma Jianzeng Dong 2020Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2020,,1:1
