2夏季胶州湾微型浮游动物摄食初步研究(英文)显示文摘20 0 2年 6月至 7月间对胶州湾内、外和港口 3个典型站位进行了微型浮游动物对浮游植物的摄食研究 .按陆基半现场方式进行了 4次稀释法实验 ,对湾外相同的站位进行了两次实验 ,对湾内和港口各进行了一次实验 ,获取了研究站位浮游植物和微型浮游动物种类、丰度、体积转换浮游植物碳含量、碳 /叶绿素比率、浮游植物净生长率、微型浮游动物摄食率、对潜在初级生产力的摄食压力、对浮游植物现存量的摄食压力以及碳摄食通量等参数 .湾外和湾内站位的浮游植物组成相似 ,优势种为新月柱鞘藻 (Cylin drothecaclosterium)和中肋骨条藻 (Skeletonemacostatum) ,港口浮游植物优势种类为中肋骨条藻、浮动湾角藻 (Eucampiazodiacus)和旋链角毛藻 (Chaetoceroscurvisetus) .湾外微型浮游动物的优势种为百乐拟铃虫(Tintinnopsisberoidea) ,而在湾内为百乐拟铃虫和急游虫 (Strombidiumsp .) ,港口主要为急游虫 ,也有少数的百乐拟铃虫 .微型浮游动物对浮游植物的摄食率和对潜在初级生产力的摄食压力 ,在湾内最高 ,其次在湾外 ,港口最低 .微型浮游动物对浮游植物的摄食率 ,在湾外 ,分别为 0 .96和 1.2 0d-1,在湾内为 1.33d-1,在港口为 0 .36d-1.微型浮游动物对潜在初级生产力的摄食压力 ,在湾外 ,分别为 74 %和 84 % 。孙军 John Dawson 刘东艳 2004应用生态学报2004,15,7:25

4Characteristics of Steep Cultivated Land and the Impact of the Grain-for-Green Policy in China显示文摘The Grain-for-Green Policy in China could not only improve China's ecological quality, but also influence grain supplies for a short term. Based on data from the detailed nationwide land use survey in 1996 and the steep cultivated land survey update in 2000, a regression model for the driving forces affecting steep cultivated lands was developed, and cluster analysis was used to identify seven steep cultivated land types in order to analyze the grain availability impact of the project with land usage estimates for 2010 and 2030. The results suggested that consecutive days with minimum daily temperature over 10℃ and the dominant slope in a county constrained the spatial distribution of steep cultivated lands. In terms of socioeconomic factors, steep cultivated land was a complex interaction of population size, gross domestic production level, and the richness and quality of cultivated lands having slopes less than 15°. The trends for steep cultivated land in 2010 and 2030 were forecast using a driving forces model and China's grain security criteria and showed that the Grain-for-Green Policy at the national level would not cause a grain shortage or threaten food security criteria. However, if steep sloped lands were to be retired from production, some regions would need grain supplements as early as 2010. Also, assuming that only 60% of the cultivated land at the national level was needed, population and economic development pressures in 2030 would require some steep cultivated lands to be used for grain production.SUN Dan-Feng LI Hong R. 5Compacted graphite iron-A material solution for modern diesel engine cylinder blocks and heads显示文摘The demands for improved fuel economy,performance and emissions continue to pose challenges for engine designers and the materials they choose. This is particularly true for modern diesel engines,where the primary path to achieving improved engine performance and emissions is to increase the Peak Firing Pressure in the combustion chamber. The resulting increase in thermal and mechanical loading has required a change from conventional grey cast iron to Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI) in order to satisfy durability requirements without increasing the size or the weight of the engines. With at least 75% higher tensile strength,45% higher stiffness and approximately double the fatigue strength of conventional grey cast iron,CGI satisfies durability requirements and also provides the dimensional stability required to meet emissions legislation throughout the life of the engine. Currently,there are no CGI diesel engines running on the roads in North America. This is set to change considerably as new commercial vehicle and pick-up SUV diesel engines are launched with CGI cylinder blocks in 2008 and 2009. 8Robust nonlinear control strategy to maximize energy capture in a variable speed wind turbine with an internal induction generator显示文摘This paper proposes a control strategy to maximize the wind energy captured in a variable speed wind turbine, with an internal induction generator, at low to medium wind speeds. The proposed strategy controls the tip-speed ratio, via the rotor angular speed, to an optimum point at which the efficiency constant (or power coefficient) is maximum for a particular blade pitch angle and wind speed. This control method allows for aerodynamic rotor power maximization without exact wind turbine model knowledge. 13Erbium-doped TeO2-coated Si3N4 waveguide amplifiers with 5 dB net gain显示文摘We demonstrate 5dB net gain in an erbium-doped tellurium-oxide-coated silicon nitride waveguide.The amplifier design leverages the high refractive index and high gain in erbium-doped tellurite glass as well as the ultralow losses and mature,reliable,and low-cost fabrication methods of silicon nitride waveguide technology.We show that the waveguide platform demonstrates low background propagation losses of 0.25dB/cm based on a ring resonator device with a Q factor of 1.3×10^6 at 1640 nm.We measure 5dB peak net gain at 1558 nm and>3dB of net gain across the C band in a 6.7 cm long waveguide for 35 m W of launched 1470 nm pump power.Gain per unit length of 1.7 and 1.4dB/cm is measured in a 2.2 cm long waveguide for 970 and 1470 nm pump wavelengths,respectively.Amplifier simulations predict that>10dB gain can be achieved across the C band simply by optimizing waveguide length and fiber-chip coupling.These results demonstrate a promising approach for the monolithic integration of compact erbium-doped waveguide amplifiers on silicon nitride chips and within silicon-based photonic integrated circuits.HENRY C.FRANKIS HAMIDU M.MBONDE DAWSON B.BONNEVILLE CHENGLIN ZHANG RICHARD MATEMAN ARNE LEINSE JONATHAN D.B.BRADLEY 2020Photonics Research2020,8,2:5
