1早期乳腺癌保乳术后部分乳腺高剂量率后装加速照射的毒性反应及美容效果显示文摘目的介绍早期乳腺癌保乳术后单独行局部高剂量率组织间插植加速照射的方法、副作用及美容效果。方法46例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的47个乳腺在肿瘤局部扩大切除后使用了高剂量率^192Ir组织间插植瘤床区加速照射(APBI)。符合条件的患者包括年龄>40岁、T1~T2N0~N1(≤3阳性淋巴结),手术切缘>1~2mm,小叶癌和炎性乳腺癌除外。术后接受高剂量率近距离放疗,2次/d,间隔至少6h,总量34Gy分10次5d完成。治疗后1、6、12个月及以上观察毒性反应及美容效果。结果全组患者随访18~46个月(中位随访34个月),治疗期间急性反应包括红斑、水肿、乳腺触痛和感染共21例(46%),均为1~2级,无3~4级发生。晚期毒性包括皮肤纤维化、乳腺触痛、脂肪坏死及毛细血管扩张1+2级加例(43%),3级2例(4%),其中1例疗后接受6个周期系统化疗。美容效果达到极好和良好的在6、12个月分别为95%、98%,无一局部复发。结论早期乳腺癌保乳术后APBI后装组织间插植技术具有良好美容功效,急性和晚期毒性作用小,局部控制率有待于长期随访观察。修霞 Tripuraneni Prabhakar Giap Huan Lin Ray Chu Colin 2007中华放射肿瘤学杂志2007,16,1:7

3单管球囊腔内治疗和组织间插植治疗早期乳腺癌的剂量和临床比较显示文摘目的比较单管球囊腔内治疗(MammoSite)和组织间插植两种高剂量率(HDR)后装技术行早期乳腺癌保乳术后局部乳腺加速照射的剂量学优缺点、早晚期毒副作用及美容评估。方法自2004年1月至12月,10例乳腺癌在肿瘤局部扩大切除后使用了高剂量率^192Ir加速照射(APBI),其中组织间插植6例、MammoSite4例。全部息者均在手术中植入施源器,组织间插植组瘤腔距皮肤〉0.5~0.7cm,MammoSite中1例瘤腔距皮肤0.65cm,其余3例均大于1cm。治疗靶区组织间插植组为瘤腔外2cm(皮肤和胸壁方向根据实际情况略小),MammoSite组为球囊外1cm。组织间插植组中位剂量均匀指数(DHI)为0.77,MammoSite组中位DHI为0.73。结果全部患者随诊12~24个月,中位随诊18个月,随诊率为100%。治疗期间两组无一例发生Ⅲ级以上急性反应,仅发生红斑、水肿、乳腺触痛和感染,均为1~2级。晚期毒性(皮肤纤维化、乳腺触痛、脂肪坏死)组织间插植组较MammoSite组略高。美容效果达到极好和良好的在治疗结束时为100%,随诊12个月时组织间插植组患者和医生评估分别是100%和83%,MammoSite组均为100%。无一例局部复发。结论组织间插植剂量分布较MammoSite均匀而且治疗体积大;MammoSite重复性好、操作简单,早晚期毒副作用及美容效果相同。修霞 Ray Lin Colin Chu Chris Issa Prabhakar Tripuraneni 2007中华放射医学与防护杂志2007,27,2:1
4Real time imaging of two-dimensional iron oxide spherulite nanostructure formation显示文摘The formation of complex hierarchical nanostructures has attracted a lot of attention from both the fundamental science and potential applications point of view.Spherulite structures with radial fibrillar branches have been found in various solids;however,their growth mechanisms remain poorly understood.Here,we report real time imaging of the formation of two-dimensional(2D)iron oxide spherulite nanostructures in a liquid cell using transmission electron microscopy(TEM).By tracking the growth trajectories,we show the characteristics of the reaction front and growth kinetics.Our observations reveal that the tip of a growing branch splits as the width exceeds certain sizes(5.5–8.5 nm).The radius of a spherulite nanostructure increases linearly with time at the early stage,transitioning to nonlinear growth at the later stage.Furthermore,a thin layer of solid is accumulated at the tip and nanoparticles from secondary nucleation also appear at the growing front which later develop into fibrillar branches.The spherulite nanostructure is polycrystalline with the co-existence of ferrihydrite and Fe3O4 through-out the growth.A growth model is further established,which provides rational explanations on the linear growth at the early stage and the nonlinearity at the later stage of growth.Wenjing Zheng Matthew R.Hauwiller Wen-I Liang Colin Ophus Peter Ercius Emory M.Chan Ying-Hao Chu Mark Asta Xiwen Du A.Paul Alivisatos Haimei Zheng 2019Nano Research2019,12,11:0
