2From graphite to porous graphene-like nanosheets for high rate lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Graphene nanosheets possess a promising potential as electrodes in Li-ion batteries (LIBs); consequently, the development of low-cost and high-productivity synthetic approaches is crudal. Herein, porous grapheneqike nanosheets (PGSs) have been synthesized from expandable graphite (EG) by initially intercalating phosphoric acid, and then performing annealing to enlarge the interlayer distance of EG, thus fadlitating the successive intercalation of zinc chloride. Subsequently, the following pyrolysis of zinc chloride in the EG interlayer promoted the formation of the porous PGS structure; meanwhile, the gas produced during the formation of the porous structure could exfoliate the EG to graphene-like nanosheets. The synthetic PGS material used as LIB anode exhibited superior Li+ storage performance, showing a remarkable discharge capacity of 830.4 mAh.g-1 at 100 mA.g-1, excellent rate capadty of 211.6 mAh'g-1 at 20,000 mA-g-1, and excellent cycle performance (near 100% capacity retention after 10,000 cycles). The excellent rate performance is attributed to the Li+ ion rapid transport in porous structures and the high electrical conductivity of graphene-like nanosheets. 3Mechanical Properties and Stress Strain Relationship Models for Bamboo Scrimber显示文摘In order to investigate the basic mechanical properties and stress strain relationship model for bamboo scrimber manufactured based on a new technique,a large quantities of experiments have been carried out.Based on the analysis of the test results,the following conclusions can be drawn.Two main typical failure modes were classified for bamboo scrimber specimens both under tension parallel to grain and tension perpendicular to grain.Brittle failure happened for all tensile tests.The slope values for the elastic stages have bigger discreteness compared with those for the specimens under tensile parallel to grain.The failure modes for bamboo scrimber specimens under compression parallel to grain could be divided into four.Only one main failure mode happened both for the bending specimens and the shear specimens.With the COV values of 28.64 and 25.72 respectively,the values for the strength and elastic modulus under tensile perpendicular to grain have the largest discreteness for bamboo scrimber.From the point of CHV values,the relationship among the mechanical parameters for bamboo scrimber were proposed based on the test results.Compared with other green building materials,bamboo scrimber manufactured based on a new technique has better mechanical performance and could be used in construction area.Three stress strain relationship models which are four-linear model,quadratic function model,and cubic function model were proposed for bamboo scrimber specimens manufactured based on a new technique.The latter two models gives better prediction for stress strain relationship in elastic plastic stage.Haitao Li Huizhong Zhang Zhenyu Qiu Jingwen Su Dongdong Wei Rodolfo Lorenzo Conggan Yuan Hongzheng Liu Chungui Zhou 2020Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,1:7

7日光温室正压湿帘冷风降温性能及冷负荷计算模型显示文摘负压湿帘风机降温被广泛应用于温室生产中,但存在降温均匀性差、限制温室长度及对温室密闭性要求高等不足。为克服负压湿帘风机降温的局限性,提高日光温室降温能力,该研究设计了日光温室正压湿帘冷风降温系统,其气流组织方式为湿冷空气从南屋面底部进入日光温室,热空气由顶开窗排出室外。在北京地区无作物的日光温室对系统夏季降温增湿效果及性能进行试验,试验结果表明:在典型夏季高温白天,正压湿帘冷风降温系统配合遮阳网可将日光温室试验区内平均气温控制在30.7~33.4℃,比采用自然通风配合遮阳网的对照区低5.4~11.1℃,比室外低2.4~5.4℃,降温效果良好;夜间系统对温室降温幅度减小。该系统可有效缓解低湿胁迫,日光温室试验区空气平均相对湿度为49.8%~62.3%,比对照区及室外分别高13.6%~21.2%和13.6%~24.6%。室内风速0.35~1 m/s,气流分布差异性较小。试验条件下,正压湿帘冷风降温系统的平均降温效率为91%,比传统的负压湿帘风机高10个百分点以上;实际平均耗水量为0.035~0.079 g/(m^2·s),且耗水量与室外空气水蒸气饱和压差(VPD,vapor pressure deficit)呈正相关(P<0.01,r=0.64)。同时,研究构建了日光温室冷负荷计算模型及湿帘冷风降温设备合理选型方法,其中冷负荷模型是降温设备选型的基础,普遍适用于各种日光温室降温方法的研究。计算得到日光温室夏季降温冷负荷为299.1W/m^2,应安装的正压湿帘冷风降温系统最大比通风量为0.067 m/s。该研究为日光温室正压湿帘冷风降温方法的工程应用提供了技术参考,为日光温室安全越夏生产环境控制提供了理论基础。孙维拓 周波 徐凡 尚超 Chungui Lu 郭文忠 2019农业工程学报2019,35,16:6
8Surface curvature-confined strategy to ultrasmall nickel-molybdenum sulfide nanoflakes for highly efficient deep hydrodesulfurization显示文摘Size-controlled synthesis of two-dimensional(2D)catalysts with low stacking numbers and small nanoflake lengths is crucial for promoting the catalytic performance in diverse heterogeneous catalysis.Herein,we report a facile and general“surface curvature-confined synthesis”strategy to modulate the slab lengths and stacking numbers of 2D transition metal sulfides by controlling the strain induced by different surface curvature of supports.An efficient NiMo sulfide with shorter slab length(average 3.71 nm),less stacking number(1–2 layers)and more edge active sites is synthesized onto ZSM-5 zeolites with the average size of 100 nm,which shows superior kHDS value of dibenzothiophene(14.05×10^−7 mol/(g·s)),enhanced stability up to 80 h,and high direct desulfurization selectivity(>95%).This design concept is also proved to be generally applicable to modulate the slab lengths and stacking numbers of other 2D catalysts such as MoS2 and WS2 nanoflakes,which shows great potentials for developing more ultrasmall 2D catalysts with controlled sizes and excellent catalytic activities.Xin Kang Jiancong Liu Chungui Tian Dongxu Wang Yaorui Li Hongyan Zhang Xusheng Cheng Aiping Wu Honggang Fu 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:5
9Local melting mechanism and its effects on mechanical properties of friction spot welded joint for Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy显示文摘Local melting and the eutectic film and liquation crack formation mechanisms during friction spot welding(FSp W) of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were studied by both experiment and finite element simulation. Their effects on mechanical properties of the joint were examined. When the welding heat input was high, the peak temperature in the stir zone was higher than the incipient melting temperature of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy. This resulted in local melting along the grain boundaries in this zone. In the retreating stage of the welding process, the formed liquid phase was driven by the flowing plastic material and redistributed as a 'U-shaped' line in the stir zone. In the following cooling stage, this liquid phase transformed into eutectic films and liquation cracks. As a result, a new characteristic of 'U' line that consisted of eutectic films and liquation cracks is formed in the FSp W join. This 'U' line was located in the high stress region when the FSp W joint was loaded, thus it was adverse to the mechanical properties of the FSpW joint. 10基于文献计量学的垂直农场研究现状分析显示文摘垂直农场是农业和建筑环境跨学科领域研究的最新方向之一。本文以CNKI、Scopus和Web of Science(WoS)为主要数据来源,以关键词检索精选出国内外相关文献184篇,采用文献计量学的方法对其进行定量分析,总结了垂直农场研究的现状、发展趋势以及面临的挑战。结果显示:垂直农场的概念于1999年被提出后,前10年的发展较为缓慢,发表的相关文献也很少;而2010年以后,发展提速,文献数量总体呈上升趋势。但不管从总体数量还是核心数据库的收录情况来看,相关研究还是非常不足。对WOS核心合集数据库中的21篇文献分析发现,研究的最新热点不但在农业科技方向,同时也聚焦于环境科学方向,特别是在建筑环境方向大有可为。在对比分析各文献研究内容的基础上对垂直农场的研究热点进一步精炼和总结,并梳理出研究方法。同时,就垂直农场的技术性、经济性和可行性进行了分析,阐述了未来技术的发展方向。邵一鸣 周志伟 胡振宇 LU Chungui 李加强 2020华中农业大学学报2020,39,6:3

12A dual-active Co-CoO heterojunction coupled with Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene for highly-performance overall water splitting显示文摘Development of cost-effective and highly-efficient bifunctional hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts is crucial for overall water splitting in practical utilization.Herein,we proposed a novel non-noble metal bifunctional,HER/OER electrocatalyst by synergistically coupling a dual-active Co-based heterojunction(Co-CoO)with high conductive and stable two-dimensional Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene(defined as Co-CoO/Ti^(3)CrMXene).A series of characterizations and theoretical calculations'verify that the synergistic effect of metallic Co with HER activity and Coo with OER performance leads to superb bifunctional catalytic performance,and Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene can enhance electrical conductivity and prevent the aggregation of the Co-based catalysts,thereby improving both the activity arid stability.Co-Co0/Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene presents low onset potential(11onse1)of 8 mV and,Tafel slope of 47 mV·dec^(-1) for HER(close to that of Pt/C)and 17onset of 196 mV and Tafel slope of 47 mV·dec^(-1) for OER(superior to:that of Ru02).Assembled as an electrolyzer,Co-CoO/Ti_(3)C_(2)-MXene shows a low voltage of 1.55 V at 10 mA·cm^(-2),high Faradaic efficiency and remarkable stability.It can be driven by a solar cell of-1.55 V for consecutive production of hydrogen and oxygen gases.Dezheng Guo Xin Li Yanqing Jiao Haijing Yan Aiping Wu Ganceng Yang Yu Wang Chungui Tian Honggang Fu 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
13The confined growth of few-layered and ultrashort-slab Ni-promoted MoS_(2)on reduced graphene oxide for deep-degree hydrodesulfurization显示文摘Hydrodesulfurization(HDS)is an essential process in clean fuel oil production,however,the huge challenge is the synthesis of the catalyst with plentiful active sites.Here,we have shown the design of few-layered,ultrashort Ni-Mo-S slabs dispersed on reduced graphene oxide(Ni-Mo-S/rGO-A)based on anchoring[PMo_(12)O_(40)]3−clusters and Ni^(2+)on polyethyleneimine(PEI)-modified graphite oxide.Structural characterizations(transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS),etc.)show that Ni-Mo-S slabs with predominant monolayer and partial substitution of edge Mo atoms by isolated Ni atoms have rich accessible edge Ni-Mo-S sites and high sulfurization degree.All virtues endow it with plentiful edge-active sites,and consequently,the enhanced performance for hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene(DBT).The hydrodesulfurization proceeds via a more-favorable direct desulfurization(DDS)route with a reaction rate constant(kHDS)of 48.6×10^(−7)mol·g^(−1)·s^(−1)over Ni-Mo-S/rGO-A catalyst,which is 4.3 times greater than that over traditional Ni-Mo-S/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst and at the forefront of reported catalysts.Dongxu Wang Lei Wang Yanqing Jiao Aiping Wu Haijing Yan Xin Kang Chungui Tian Jiancong Liu Honggang Fu 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:2
