2Intelligent construction technology of railway engineering in China显示文摘Intelligent construction technology has been widely used in the field of railway engineering.This work first analyzes the connotation,function,and characteristics of intelligent construction of railway engineering(ICRE)and establishes its system structure from three dimensions,namely,life cycle,layers of management,and intelligent function,to deeply understand the development situation of intelligent railway construction in China.Second,seven key technical support systems of ICRE,which include building information modeling(BIM)standard system for China’s railway sector,technology management platform and life cycle management based on BIM-hGIS(geography information system),ubiquitous intelligent perception system,intelligent Intemet-of-Things(IoT)communication system based on mobile interconnection,construction management platform based on cloud computing and big data,unmanned operation system based on artificial intelligence,intelligent machinery and robot,and intelligent operation and maintenance system based on BIM and PHM(prediction and health management),are established.Third,ICRE is divided into three development stages:primary(perception),intermediate(substitution),and advanced(intelligence).The evaluation index system of each stage is provided from the aspects of technology and function.Finally,this work summarizes and analyzes the application situation of ICRE in the entire railway sector of China,represented by Beijing-Zhangjiakou and Beijing-Xiong’an high-speed railways.Result shows that the technical support systems of the ICRE have emerged in China and are still in the process of deepening basic technology research and preliminary application.In the future,the ICRE of China’s railway sector will develop toward a higher stage.Chunfang LU Junfei LIU Yanhong LIU Yuming LIU 2019Frontiers of Engineering Management2019,6,4:6
3Expressions of cyclooxygenase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance显示文摘Objective: To investigate the expressions of cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9 in cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expres- sions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in 72 cases of invasive carcinoma of cervix (ICC) and 16 cases of normal cervical epithelium remote from tumor (NCE). The relationships between the expressions of COX-2, MMP-9 in ICC and some characteristics relating to clinical pathology of cervical carcinoma such as histological grading, lymph node metastasis, stromal invasion and FIGO stage were analyzed statistically. Results: The rates of the positive expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in ICC were significantly higher than those in NCE. COX-2: 88.9% (64/72) in group ICC and 12.5% (2/16) in group NCE, P = 0.000; MMP-9: 94.4% (68/72) in group ICC and 43.8% (7/16) in group NCE, P = 0.000. The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (r = 0.296, P = 0.012) and stromal invasion (r = 0.257, P = 0.029). The expression of MMP-9 was positively correlated with FIGO stage (r = 0.329, P = 0.005) and histological grading (r = 0.351, P = 0.003). The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-9 in ICC (r = 0.297, P = 0.011). Conclusion: The overexpressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 were closely related to the invasion and growth of cervical carcinoma. The tissue with the overexpression of COX-2 had strong invasion ability. COX-2 and MMP-9 had synergistic effect on proliferation, invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. 4Experimental Study of Effect of Perfluorohexyloctane to Retina显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of perfluorohexvloctane to the retina of rabbit eyes.Methods: Perfluoroh-exyloctane (experimental group) or BSS(control group) intovitreous cavities of fifteen vitrectomized New Zealand white rabbits. A slit-lampbiomicroscope and an indirect ophthalmoscope were used to examine all the eyes pre- andpostoperation. Histopathological examination was performed after the rabbits weresacrificed. Results:Perfluorohexyloctane was injected into the vitreous cavity forming a single largeclear globe. No retinal detachment and cataract were found. The edema of outer plexiformlayer was significant, and then get thin, inner nuclear layer and ganglion cell bodies hada darker cytop: lasm and nucleoplasm. Conclusions: Perfluorohexyloctane in vitreous cavity had significant side effects on retinaAs a silicone solvent, it should be removed out completely after injection. 6Association between time in range and cancer mortality among patients with type 2 diabetes:a prospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Little was known about the association among time in range(TIR),time above range(TAR),time below range(TBR),and cancer mortality among patients with type 2 diabetes.We aimed to investigate the association among TIR,TAR,TBR,and the risk of cancer mortality among patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 6225 patients with type 2 diabetes were prospectively recruited in Shanghai,China.TIR was measured with continuous glucose monitoring at baseline and was defined as the average percentage of time in the target glucose range during a 24 h period.Cox proportion hazard regression analysis was used to determine the association between TIR and the risk of cancer mortality.Results:During a mean follow-up of 7.10 years,we confirmed 237 death events related to cancer.The multivariable-adjusted hazard ratio(HR)for cancer mortality was 1.32(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.01-1.75)in patients with TIR≤70%compared with those with TIR>70%.When TIR was considered as a continuous variable,the multivariable-adjusted HR for cancer mortality associated with each 10%decrease in TIR was 1.07(95%CI:1.02-1.14).In the site-specific analysis,a significant association between TIR as a continuous variable and the risk of hepatocellular cancer was found(HR:1.24;95%CI:1.09-1.41).However,no relationship between hemoglobin A1c and cancer mortality was observed(HR:1.04;95%CI:0.97-1.10).Conclusions:The present study found an inverse association of TIR with the risk of cancer mortality among patients with type 2 diabetes.New evidence of TIR was added into the clinical practice that TIR may be an optimal target of glycemic control among patients with type 2 diabetes.Yun Shen Chunfang Wang Yaxin Wang Jingyi Lu Lei Chen Lei Zhang Wei Lu Wei Zhu Gang Hu Tian Xia Jian Zhou 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3:1

12Intestinal Barrier Function in the Pathogenesis of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease显示文摘Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide.The mechanisms involved in NAFLD onset are complicated and multifactorial.Recent literature has indicated that altered intestinal barrier function is related to the occurrence and progression of liver disease.The intestinal barrier is important for absorbing nutrients and electrolytes and for defending against toxins and antigens in the enteric environment.Major mechanisms by which the intestinal barrier influences the development of NAFLD involve the altered epithelial layer,decreased intracellular junction integrity,and increased intestinal barrier permeability.Increased intestinal permeability leads to luminal dysbiosis and allows the translocation of pathogenic bacteria and metabolites into the liver,inducing inflammation,immune response,and hepatocyte injury in NAFLD.Although research has been directed to NAFLD in recent decades,the pathophysiological changes in NAFLD initiation and progression are still not completely understood,and the therapeutic targets remain limited.A deeper understanding on the correlation between NAFLD pathogenesis and intestinal barrier regulation must be attained.Therefore,in this review,the components of the intestinal barrier and their respective functions and disruptions during the progression of NAFLD are discussed.Lu Liu Minyue Yin Jingwen Gao Chenyan Yu Jiaxi Lin Airong Wu Jinzhou Zhu Chunfang Xu Xiaolin Liu 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,2:1
