| 1 | Characteristics and significance of the penecontemporaneous karst in lacustrine carbonate, Da'anzhai Member, Lower Jurassic, Beibei area, eastern Sichuan Basin显示文摘There are few reports about the penecontemporaneous karst of the lacustrine carbonate of Da'anzhai Member which developed on the top of Lower Jurassic Ziliujing Formation,eastern Sichuan Basin.Based on the analysis of the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Heping Reservoir section in Beibei area,It is discovered that the penecontemporaneous karst in the lacustrine carbonate,Da'anzhai Member,and its characters as follows:(1)The dissolved fractures and karrens are common,which have been filled with vadose silts,bioclasts,terrigenous quartzes,crystal and intergrown calcites;(2)The penecontemporaneous karstification mainly occurs in the micrites and shell limestones of the middle and upper part of the shallowing-upward sequence,and the desiccation cracks occur in some shallowing-upward sequences;(3)Three meteoric-water diagenetic lenses are identified in this section.By further study we also find the factures,stylolite and burial dissolution pores occur along the karst system(tubes,conduits and caves of the karst).And the asphalt not only fills the stylolites and fractures,but also is mixed with the vadose silt in the karst system,although the pore space formed by penecontemporaneous karstification is filled with vadose material and cements.Therefore it is concluded that the development and modification of the tight lacustrine carbonate reservoir of Da'anzhai Member,to some extent,are relevant with the penecontemporaneous karstification,and the penecontemporaneous karst reservoir may develop in the buried Da'anzhai carbonate of the basin. | Chengpeng Su Xiucheng Tan Kailan Shi Juan Zou Feifan Lu Sicong Luo Hao Tang Xinyu Zhang | 2017 | Petroleum2017,3,3: | 5 |
| 2 | Optimization of structural parameters for elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion dies based on grey theory显示文摘The elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion (ECSEE) process is simulated by using Deform-3D finite element software. The ratio m of major-axis to minor-axis length for ellipse-cross-section, the torsion angle u, the round-ellipse cross-section transitional channel L1, the elliptical rotation cross-section transitional channel L2 and the ellipse-round cross-section transitional channel L3 are destined for the extrusion process parameters. The average effective strain eave on cross-section of blank, the deformation uniformity coefficient a and the value of maximum damage dmax are chosen to be the optimize indexes, and the virtual orthogonal experiment of L16 (45) is designed. The correlation degree of the process factors affecting eave, a and dmax is analyzed by the numerical simulation results using the weights and grey association model. The process parameters are optimized by introducing the grey situation decision theory and the ECSEE optimal combination of process parameters is obtained: u of 120 , m of 1.55, L1 of 7 mm, L2 of 10 mm, and L3 of 10 mm. Simulation and experimental results show that the material can be refined with the optimized structural parameters of die. | 3 | Effects of the Northeast China Revitalization Strategy on Regional Economic Growth and Social Development显示文摘Measuring the economic and social effects of the Northeast China Revitalization Strategy is critical to addressing regional sustainable development in China. To shed light on this issue, an integrated perspective was adopted that is combined with the difference-in-differences method to measure the effects of the strategy on economic growth and social development in Northeast China. The findings suggest that the strategy has significantly improved regional economic growth and per-capita income by increasing its gross domestic product(GDP) and GDP per capita by 25.70% and 46.00%, respectively. However, the strategy has significantly worsened the regional employment in the secondary industry of the region. In addition, the strategy has not significantly improved regional infrastructural road, education investment or social security, and has had no significant effect on mitigating regional disparity. In addition, the policy effects are highly heterogeneous across cities based on city size and characteristics. Therefore, there is no simple answer regarding whether the Northeast China Revitalization Strategy has reached its original goals from an integrated perspective. | 4 | Ultra-high strength yet superplasticity in a hetero-grain-sized nanocrystalline Au nanowire显示文摘Nanocrystalline metals often display a high strength up to the gigapascal level,yet they suffer from poor plasticity.Previous studies have shown that the development of hetero-sized grains can efficiently overcome the strength-ductility trade-off of nanocrystalline metals.However,whether this strategy can lead to the fabrication of nanocrystalline nanowires exhibiting both high strength and superplasticity is unclear,similar to the atomistic deformation mechanism.In this paper,we show that ultra-small nanocrystalline Au nanowires comprising grains in both the Hall–Petch and inverse Hall–Petch grain-size regions can exhibit extremely high uniform elongation(236%)and high strength(2.34 gigapascals)at room temperature.In situ atomic-scale observations revealed that the plastic deformation underwent two stages.In the first stage,the super-elongation ability originated from the intergrain plasticity of small grains via mechanisms such as grain boundary migration and grain rotation.This intergrain plasticity caused the grains in the heterogeneous-structured nanowires to grow very large.In the second stage,the superelongation ability originated from intragrain plasticity accompanied by the diffusion of surface atoms.Our results show that the hetero-grain-sized nanocrystalline nanowires,comprising grains with sizes both in the strongest Hall–Petch effect region and the inverse Hall–Petch effect region,were simultaneously ultrastrong and ductile.They displayed neither a strength-ductility trade-off nor plastic instability. | Libo Fu Deli Kong Chengpeng Yang Jiao Teng Yan Lu Yizhong Guo Guo Yang Xin Yan Pan Liu Mingwei Chen Ze Zhang Lihua Wang Xiaodong Han | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,6: | 1 |

| 8 | Dynamic analysis of agricultural green development efficiency in China: Spatiotemporal evolution and influencing factors显示文摘Green development of agriculture is important for achieving coordinated and high-quality regional development for China. Using provincial data from 1990 to 2020, this work explored the dynamics of agricultural green development efficiency of 31 provinces in China, its spatiotemporal characteristics, and its driving factors using a super-efficiency slacks-based measure(Super-SBM), the Malmquist productivity index(MPI), spatial autocorrelation, and a geographic detector. Results showed that the overall agricultural green development efficiency showed a U-shaped trend, suggesting a low level of efficiency. Although a gradient difference was visible among eastern, central, and western regions, the efficiency gap narrowed each year. Technological progress and efficiency both promoted agricultural green development efficiency, especially technological progress. Agricultural green development efficiency had significant spatial aggregation characteristics, but Moran’s Ⅰ result showed a downward trend from 2015 to 2020, indicating a risk of spatial dispersion in the later stage. The provinces with high agricultural green development efficiency were mainly concentrated in the eastern region, while those with low efficiency were concentrated in the central and western regions. Agricultural green development efficiency was influenced by various factors, which showed differences according to time and region. The impact of the labor force’s education level and technological progress increased during the study period, and significantly facilitated agricultural green development efficiency in the eastern region, while the central and western regions were still affected by the scale level and environmental regulation, reflecting the advantages of the eastern region in terms of economy and technology. In the future, strengthening agricultural scientific and technological innovation and deepening interprovincial cooperation can help further improve the level of green agricultural development. | 9 | Application of Hausdorff fractal derivative to the determination of the vertical sediment concentration distribution显示文摘The Rouse formula and its variants have been widely used to calculate the steady-state vertical concentration distribution for suspended sediment in steady sediment-laden flows,where the diffusive flux is assumed to be Fickian.Turbulent flow,however,exhibits fractal properties,leading to non-Fickian diffusive flux for sediment particles.To characterize non-Fickian dynamics of suspended sediment,the current study proposes a Hausdorff fractal derivative based advection-dispersion equation(HADE)model,where the Fickian diffusive flux in the Rouse model is replaced by a fractal derivative re-scaled using a constant diffusivity.The order of the Hausdorff fractal derivative is designed to characterize the influence of the multi-fractal turbulence structure on sediment diffusion.Applications show that the HADE model,with the analytical solution expressed using a stretched exponential function,can accurately describe the observed vertical concentration profiles for suspended sediment with different sizes.This improvement well captures the non-exponential decay of the vertical sediment concentration in turbulent flow.Further analyses of measured sediment concentration profiles reveal that the Hausdorff fractal order decreases with the Rouse parameter,which describes the stronger impact of turbulent flow and a more uniform sediment concentration profile for smaller particles.Model comparisons also show that the HADE model provides better performance in describing the sediment concentration profiles than the improved Rouse formula and the standard fractional derivative advection-dispersion equation(FADE),which either under-or over-estimates vertical displacement of sediment particles,likely due to coherent turbulent structures. | Hongguang Sun Shiqian Nie Aaron I.Packman Yong Zhang Dong Chen Chengpeng Lu Chunmiao Zheng | 2023 | International Journal of Sediment Research2023,38,1: | 0 |
| 10 | Spatial-temporal Evolution and Its Influencing Factors of Tourism Eco-efficiency in China显示文摘Eco-efficiency is an invaluable indicator for the measurement of the relationship between production activities and environmental depletion.This study measures the tourism eco-efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2020 based on the super-efficiency SBM model,and explores its spatial-temporal evolution characteristics using the kernel density function,standard deviation ellipse,and center of gravity model.Then,the influencing factors of the tourism eco-efficiency in China are analyzed by Tobit regression model.The results show that the tourism eco-efficiency of China is generally fluctuating upwards,but has not yet reached the maximum production possibility frontier.The kernel density curve shows a unimodal-bimodal-unimodal pattern,while the inter-provincial differences have been decreasing and becoming more balanced.The center of gravity of tourism eco-efficiency is located at the junction of Henan and Hubei province and generally moves to the south(slightly to the southwest).Meanwhile,it is revealed that the level of economic development and the tourism eco-efficiency has a significant inverted U-shaped relationship.The level of economic openness,traffic conditions,and tourism eco-efficiency is positively correlated.The environmental regulations and industrial structure have a negative but limited impact on tourism eco-efficiency.Finally,recommendations and suggestions for policy formulation to promote quality and sustainable development of the tourism industry are put forward,such as increasing investment in ecological protection and governance in tourism development,improving capacity-building in allocating green and low-carbon technologies and resources,strengthening tourism infrastructure construction,and enhancing environmental governance systems and mechanisms. | Chengpeng Lu Tianyang Ma Zhiliang Liu | 2022 | Journal of Geographical Research2022,5,3: | 0 |
| 11 | Overview of epigenetic degraders based on PROTAC, molecular glue, and hydrophobic tagging technologies显示文摘Epigenetic pathways play a critical role in the initiation, progression, and metastasis of cancer. Over the past few decades, significant progress has been made in the development of targeted epigenetic modulators(e.g., inhibitors). However, epigenetic inhibitors have faced multiple challenges,including limited clinical efficacy, toxicities, lack of subtype selectivity, and drug resistance. As a result,the design of new epigenetic modulators(e.g., degraders) such as PROTACs, molecular glue, and hydrophobic tagging(Hy T) degraders has garnered significant attention from both academia and pharmaceutical industry, and numerous epigenetic degraders have been discovered in the past decade. In this review,we aim to provide an in-depth illustration of new degrading strategies(2017-2023) targeting epigenetic proteins for cancer therapy, focusing on the rational design, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, clinical status, and crystal structure information of these degraders. Importantly, we also provide deep insights into the potential challenges and corresponding remedies of this approach to drug design and development. | 12 | The sedimentary facies characteristics and lithofacies palaeogeography during Middle-Late Cambrian,Sichuan Basin and adjacent area显示文摘Combined with the regional strata filling characteristics of Middle-Upper Cambrian,the present paper conducts a systematic research on sedimentary facies in the basin and its peripheral area by utilizing 164 field outcrops and drilling and coring data.Further,the method of“multi-factor comprehensive synthesis based on single-factor analysis”was employed to investigate the sedimentary facies and palaeogeography of the study area and establish the sedimentary facies model.Stratigraphic reveals that the study area represents the pattern of thin-northwest and thicksoutheast by stretching northeast-southwest.Within the present basin,the pattern of“one thin and two thick”predominates,while outside the basin“four thin and three thick”filling feature was found.Sedimentary facies shows that the study area was featured by rimmed carbonate platform.Specifically,carbonate platform,slope and northeastern corner Qinling paleooceanic Basin and southeastern corner Jiangnan Bain was identified from the west to the east.The carbonate platform contains restricted platform,evaporation-restricted platform,semi-restricted platform and the platform margin.Single factor analysis and lithofacies palaeogeographic characteristics manifests that during Middle-Late Cambrian,the western Old land evolved into peneplain stage,and that the eastern and southwestern sub-sags remained connected to the open-sea to some extent.At the time,the shllow seawater circulation was relatively restricted,while the ancient seabed tended to be flat and evaporation characteristics significantly diminished.Secondary sea-level fluctuation intensively influenced the development of scaled grain beach.It is suggested that tide marginal beach,intraplatform shoal subfacies zone,along with Shiqian-SangZhi in southeast and Zhenba-Xinshan in northeast platform-margin beach subfacies zone to be preferable targets for the favorable reservoir facies zone and potential oil and gas reservoir area. | Feifan Lu Xiucheng Tan Teng Ma Ling Li Aiwei Zhao Chengpeng Su Jingqing Wu Haitao Hong | 2017 | Petroleum2017,3,2: | 0 |
