1Theory of traditional Chinese medicine and therapeutic method of diseases显示文摘Traditional Chinese medicine, including herbal medicine and acupuncture, as one of the most important parts in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), plays the key role in the formation of integrative medicine. Why do not the modern drugs targeting the specificity of diseases produce theoretical effects in clinical observation? Why does not the traditional Chinese medicine targeting the Zheng (syndrome) produce theoretical effects in clinic? There should have some reasons to combine Western medicine with Chinese herbal medicine so as to form the integrative medicine. During the integration, how to clarify the impact of CAM theory on Western medicine has become an emergent topic. 2Fairness-Oriented Hybrid Precoding for Massive MIMO Maritime Downlink Systems with Large-Scale CSIT显示文摘Different from conventional cellular networks, a maritime communication base station(BS) has to cover a much wider area due to the limitation of available BS sites. Accordingly the performance of users far away from the BS is poor in general. This renders the fairness among users a challenging issue for maritime communications. In this paper, we consider a practical massive MIMO maritime BS with hybrid digital and analog precoding. Only the large-scale channel state information at the transmitter(CSIT) is considered so as to reduce the implementation complexity and overhead of the system. On this basis, we address the problem of fairness-oriented precoding design. A max-min optimization problem is formulated and solved in an iterative way. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme performs much better than conventional hybrid precoding algorithms in terms of minimum achievable rate of all the users, for the typical three-ray maritime channel model.Chengxiao Liu Wei Feng Te Wei Ning Ge 2018China Communications2018,15,1:23
3Effect of Combined Application of Organic Fertilizer and Chemical Fertilizer in Different Ratios on Growth,Yield and Quality of Fluecured Tobacco显示文摘The effect of different ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied.Using randomized blocks design,the data of the test materials K326 were analyzed by using variance analysis,significance test and other methods.The release efficiency of organic fertilizer in the soil was slower,and the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth of tobacco plants was worse than that of chemical fertilizers,and under 25% organic fertilizer + 75% chemical fertilizer treatment,the quality of the fluecured tobacco was good.Under the treatment of 50% organic fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer,the production of flue-cured tobacco was high and the ratio of first-class tobacco was high.It is suggested that the organic fertilizer application ratio should be 25%-50% in the agricultural production.Bing LIANG Kun HUANG Yali FU Hongguang LI Chi WANG Xiaotian ZHONG Qinghua LU Chengxiao HU 2017Asian Agricultural Research2017,9,12:9
4Correlation between CD4, CD8 cell infiltration in gastric mucosa, Helicobacter pylori infection and symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the correlation between CD4, CD8 cell infiltration in gastric mucosa, Helicobacter pylori(H pylori)infection and symptoms or the assemblage of symptoms in cases with chronic gastritis.METHODS: Biopsy samples at the gastric antrum were obtained from 62 patients with chronic gastritis. CD4 and CD8 cell infiltration was evaluated by immunohistochemical assays on frozen sections of the biopsy samples. Fifteen symptoms referring to digestion-related activity and nondigestion related activity were observed. The correlation between lymphocyte infiltration and each symptom or symptom assemblage was analyzed by logistic regression and K-mean cluster methods.RESULTS: CD4 cell infiltrations in gastric mucosa were much more in patients with H pylori infection, while CD8 cell infiltrations were similar in patients with or without H pylori infection. Logistic regression analysis showed that the symptoms including heavy feeling in head or body (t= 2.563), and thirst (t= 2.478) were significantly related with CD4 cell infiltration in gastric mucosa (P<0.05), and cool limbs with aversion to cold were related with CD8cell infiltration (t = 2.872, P<0.05). Further analysis showed that non-digestive related symptom assemblage could increase the predicted percentage of CD4 and CD8cell infiltration in gastric mucosa, including lower CD4infiltration by 12.5%, higher CD8 infiltration by 33.3%,and also non-H pylori infection by 23.6%.K-means cluster analysis of all symptoms and CD4 and CD8 cell infiltration in gastric mucosa showed a similar tendency to increase the predicted percentage of CD4, CD8 cell infiltration and H pylori infection.CONCLUSION: Based on correlation between the gastric mucosa lymphocyte infiltration, H pylori infection and clinical symptoms, symptoms or symptomatic assemblages play an important role in making further classification of chronic gastritis, which might help find a more specific therapy for chronic gastritis.Ai-PingLu Sheng-ShengZhang Qing-LinZha Da-HongJu HaoWu Hong-WeiJia ChengXiao ShaoLi HuiJian 2005World Journal of Gastroenterology2005,11,16:7
5Recent advances in electrogenerated chemiluminescence biosensing methods for pharmaceuticals显示文摘Electrogenerated chemiluminescence(electrochemiluminescence, ECL) generates species at electrode surfaces, which undergoes electron-transfer reactions and forms excited states to emit light. It has become a very powerful analytical technique and has been widely used in such as clinical testing, biowarfare agent detection, and pharmaceutical analysis. This review focuses on the current trends of molecular recognition-based biosensing methods for pharmaceutical analysis since 2010. It introduces a background of ECL and presents the recent ECL developments in ECL immunoassay(ECLIA), immunosensors, enzyme-based biosensors, aptamer-based biosensors, and molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP)-based sensors. 7MEC-Empowered Non-Terrestrial Network for 6G Wide-Area Time-Sensitive Internet of Things显示文摘In the upcoming sixth-generation(6G)era,the demand for constructing a wide-area time-sensitive Internet of Things(IoT)continues to increase.As conventional cellular technologies are difficult to directly use for wide-area time-sensitive IoT,it is beneficial to use non-terrestrial infrastructures,including satellites and unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).Thus,we can build a non-terrestrial network(NTN)using a cell-free architecture.Driven by the time-sensitive requirements and uneven distribution of IoT devices,the NTN must be empowered using mobile edge computing(MEC)while providing oasisoriented on-demand coverage for devices.Nevertheless,communication and MEC systems are coupled with each other under the influence of a complex propagation environment in the MEC-empowered NTN,which makes it difficult to coordinate the resources.In this study,we propose a process-oriented framework to design communication and MEC systems in a time-division manner.In this framework,large-scale channel state information(CSI)is used to characterize the complex propagation environment at an affordable cost,where a nonconvex latency minimization problem is formulated.Subsequently,the approximated problem is provided,and it can be decomposed into sub-problems.These sub-problems are then solved iteratively.The simulation results demonstrated the superiority of the proposed process-oriented scheme over other algorithms,implied that the payload deployments of UAVs should be appropriately predesigned to improve the efficiency of using resources,and confirmed that it is advantageous to integrate NTN with MEC for wide-area time-sensitive IoT.Chengxiao Liu Wei Feng Xiaoming Tao Ning Ge 2022Engineering2022,8,1:2

11Synergism of 1D CdS/2D Modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene Heterojunctions for Boosted Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production显示文摘Rational design and controllable synthesis of visible-light-responsive photocatalysts that exhibit both good hydrogen-producing efficiency and stability in the water splitting reaction are undoubtedly a challenge. Here we report an integrated CdS nanorod/oxygen-terminated Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene nanosheet heterojunction with a high catalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) activity. By incorporating one-dimensional(1D)CdS nanorods onto annealed ultrathin two-dimensional(2D) MXene nanosheets, the mixed-dimensional 1D/2D heterojunction achieved a hydrogen-evolving rate of 8.87 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1), much higher than that of bulk CdS and CdS/unmodified MXene hybrid catalysts. The enhanced HER activity and stability of the designed heterojunction catalyst are attributed to the presence of oxygen-containing terminal groups on the surface of thermally treated Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene, extended light absorption spectra as well as the precisely constructed intimate Schottky contact, implying an accelerated interfacial charge transfer and efficient, long-term photocatalytic hydrogen production performance. 13Theoretical and numerical studies of rock breaking mechanism by double disc cutters显示文摘A plane mechanical model of rock breaking process by double disc cutter at the center of the cutterhead is established based on contact mechanics to analyze the stress evolution in the rock broken by cutters with different spacings. A continuous-discontinuous coupling numerical method based on zero-thickness cohesive elements is developed to simulate rock breaking using double cutters. The process, mechanism,and characteristics of rock breaking are comprehensively analyzed from five aspects: peak force, breaking form, breaking efficiency, crack mode, and breaking degree. The results show that under the penetrating action of cutters, dense cores are formed due to shear failure under respective cutters. The tensile cracks propagate in the rock, and then rock chips form with increasing penetration depth. When the cutter spacing is increased from 10 to 80 mm, the peak force gradually increases, the rock breaking range increases first and then decreases, the specific energy decreases first and then rises, and the breaking coefficient of intermediate rock decreases from 0.955 to 0.788. The area of rock breaking is positively correlated with the length of the tensile crack. 17ICN Based Vehicle-to-Cloud Delivery for Multimedia Streaming in Urban Vehicular Networks显示文摘Mobile multimedia streaming is an open topic in vehicular environment.Due to the high intermittent links,it has become a critical challenge to deliver high quality video streaming in vehicular networks.In this paper,we reform the Information Centric Networking(ICN) concept for multimedia delivery in urban vehicular networks.By leveraging the ICN perspective,we highlight that vehicular peers can obtain multimedia chunks via the vehicle-to-cloud(V2C) approach to improve the delivery quality.Based on this,we propose a lightweight multipath selection strategy to guide the network system to adaptively adjust the forwarding means.Extensive simulations show that the proposed solution can optimize the utilization of network paths,lighten network loads as well as avoid wasting resources.Wei Quan Fei Song Chengxiao Yu Mingchuan Zhang 2016China Communications2016,13,9:1
