| 1 | Influence of Al-Ti-B addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 alloys显示文摘The mechanical properties (σb,σ0.2,and δ) and fracture behavior of tensile specimens of the refined A356 alloys were investigated as a function of the addition level of Al-Ti-B master alloy under both as-cast and T6 heat-treated conditions. The results show that as the addition level of Al-5Ti-1B master alloy increases from 0.1 wt.% to 5.0 wt.%,the mechanical properties of refined A356 alloys improve steadily and then decrease slightly under both as-cast and T6 heat-treated conditions. Also,they display excellent mechanical properties with σb = 231.30-258.30 MPa,σ0.2 =134.00-155.50 MPa,and δ = 8.5%-11.75% at T6 heat-treated state. The excellent mechanical properties of refined A356 alloys are ascribed to the formation of α-Al equiaxed dendrites,the improvement of eutectic structure from needle/plate-like to short-lathy/block-shaped,and the Mg2Si aging precipitation phase after T6 heat treatment. | 2 | Microstructures and Morphology Evolution of Icosahedral Phase of As-cast Mg_(67.4)Zn_(28.9)Y_(3.7) Ternary Alloy Subjected to the Pouring Temperature显示文摘The microstructure,chemical composition and morphology evolution of icosahedral quasicrystalline phase of Mg67.4Zn28.9Y3.7 ternary alloy were investigated in detail at different pouring temperatures by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy-dispersive spectrum(EDS).Low interfacial energy favors the formation of I-phase.The experimental results show that the primary I-phase reveals petal-shaped with five and six branches,where each branch has facetted growth morphology with the size ranging from 50 to 100 μm.As the temperature decreases,the polygon-shaped I-phase forms,attributed to the decomposition of branch of petal-shaped I-phase,and then it grows bigger and some of the fine polygons join together to form large polygons.Besides these,(α-Mg+I-phase) eutectic structures disappear and the relative amount of Mg7Zn3 phase increases as the pouring temperature decreases.The chemical composition and morphology evolution of I-phase were also discussed. | Man Zhu Gencang Yang Diqing Wan Suling Cheng Yaohe Zhou | 2009 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2009,25,4: | 1 |

| 9 | Global Rainstorm Disaster Risk Monitoring Based on Satellite Remote Sensing显示文摘Methods of rainstorm disaster risk monitoring(RDRM)based on retrieved satellite rainfall data are studied.Due to significant regional differences,the global rainstorm disasters are not only affected by geography(such as topography and surface properties),but also by climate events.It is necessary to study rainstorm disaster-causing factors,hazard-formative environments,and hazard-affected incidents based on the climate distribution of precipitation and rainstorms worldwide.According to a global flood disaster dataset for the last 20 years,the top four flood disaster causes(accounting for 96.8%in total)related to rainstorms,from most to least influential,are heavy rain(accounting for 61.6%),brief torrential rain(16.7%),monsoonal rain(9.4%),and tropical cyclone/storm rain(9.1%).A dynamic global rainstorm disaster threshold is identified by using global climate data based on 3319 rainstorm-induced floods and rainfall data retrieved by satellites in the last 20 years.Taking the 7-day accumulated rainfall,3-and 12-h maximum rainfall,24-h rainfall,rainstorm threshold,and others as the main parameters,a rainstorm intensity index is constructed.Calculation and global mapping of hazard-formative environmental factor and hazard-affected body factor of rainstorm disasters are performed based on terrain and river data,population data,and economic data.Finally,a satellite remote sensing RDRM model is developed,incorporating the above three factors(rainstorm intensity index,hazard-formative environment factor,and hazard-affected body factor).The results show that the model can well capture the rainstorm disasters that happened in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China and in South Asia in 2020. | Suling REN Xiuzhen HAN Jun YANG Shihao TANG Yang ZHANG Tianchan SHAN Cheng LIU | 2022 | Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,1: | 0 |
