1Effects of disinhibition on spatiotemporal pattern of neuronal first recruitment in neuronal networks显示文摘The propagation of neuronal activities is a key feature to understanding information processing in networks. The analysis based on first-spikes of bursts in turn plays an important role in the research of neuronal activity propagation. Our focus here is to investigate how spatiotemporal patterns of neuronal first-spikes are affected by disinhibition. Multi-electrode arrays were used to record stimulation-evoked bursts of multiple neurons in randomly cultured neuronal networks. Both the precise timing of and the rank relationships between first-spikes were analyzed. Compared with evoked bursts in the network's native state, the precise first-spike latencies in its dis-inhibited state are more consistent and the propagation of its bursting activities is much faster. 2Daifan San intervenes in forkhead box P3 and the interleukin(IL)-23/IL-17A signaling pathway to help prevent and treat primary biliary cirrhosis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanism by which Daifan San(DFS)prevents and treats primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC)via the forkhead box P3(FoxP3)and interleukin(IL)-23/IL-17A signaling pathways.METHODS:Ninety C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into the control,model,DFS low-dose,DFS middle-dose,DFS high-dose and ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)groups(n=15 per group).A mouse model of PBC was induced using polyinosinic polycytidylic acids(poly I:C).Lymphocyte subset expression in the peripheral blood was analyzed via flow cytometry.The inflammatory cytokines and antimitochondrial autoantibody(AMA)levels were detected via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.The expressions and location of typeⅠcollagen,typeⅢcollagen,cytokeratin 19 and FoxP3 in the liver tissue were evaluated via immunohistochemistry.FoxP3,IL-23 and IL-17 expressions in the peripheral blood and liver tissue were evaluated via real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blotting.RESULTS:IL-17,IL-23,IL-8,IL-33,TNF-α,and AMA expressions were significantly increased in the model group and decreased in the DFS and UDCA groups.Conversely,Treg cell and FoxP3 expressions were significantly decreased in the model group and increased in the DFS and UDCA groups.The IL-23/IL-17A signaling pathway was closely correlated with chronic inflammation of the bile duct in PBC and functional deletion of Treg cells,leading to reduced FoxP3 levels and mediating the loss of tolerance in PBC.CONCLUSION:DFS may delay the occurrence and relieve the symptoms of PBC by downregulating IL-23/IL-17A signaling pathway expression and upregulating FoxP3 expression.Zhan Kai Xu Yan Han Mengling Cheng Liangbin 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:3

5Decompression-induced disorder to order phase transition in low-melting ionic liquid [OMIM][PF_6]显示文摘In situ pressure-induced Raman spectral changes of 1-octyl-3-methyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate([OMIM][PF6])have been investigated under the pressure up to 5.86 GPa at room temperature.The results indicated that[OMIM][PF6]experienced a phase transition at about4.12 GPa during compression,and it was thought as a phase transition of liquid to a superpressurized glass.Upon decompression,from the obvious change of Raman spectra of[OMIM][PF6]at about 0.48 GPa,it could be inferred that a decompression-induced disorder to order phase transition in[OMIM][PF6]occurred.The phase behavior of[OMIM][PF6]at low temperature under atmospheric pressure was also investigated in detail.The result showed that Raman spectra of[OMIM][PF6]varied slightly and no crystallization occurred upon cooling.These facts suggested that a disorder to order phase transition was induced by decompression in[OMIM][PF6],and[OMIM][PF6]served as a superpressurized glass under the pressure above4.12 GPa,which was similar to the glassy state at low temperature.Junyu Li Lei Su Xiang Zhu Haining Li Xuerui Cheng Liangbin Li 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,24:0
