| 1 | The effect of land use structure on the distribution of soil nutrients in the hilly area of the Loess Plateau,China显示文摘The irrational land use is one of the main reasons for the soil erosion and nutrient loss in the loess hilly area of China. In this project, 4 types of typical land use structure of sustain ment for about 15 years in the loess hill slope are selected to study the effect of land use structure on the distribution of soil nutrients. From hill bottom to hill top, the patterns of land use types are:, grassland-slope farmland-forest, slope farmland-grassland-forest, terrace-grassland-forest and slope farmland-forest-grassland. | 2 | Carbon and nitrogen isotopes analysis and sources of organic matter in surface sediments from the Sanggou Bay and its adjacent areas, China显示文摘Naturally existing stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes are important in the study of sedimentary organic matter sources. To identify the sources of sedimentary organic matter in Sanggou Bay and its adjacent areas, which is characterized by high-density shellfish and seaweed aquaculture, the grain size, organic carbon(OC), total nitrogen(TN), carbon and nitrogen isotopic composition(δ13C and δ15N) of organic matter in the surface sediment were determined. The results showed that, in August, sedimentary OC and TN ranged from 0.17% to 0.76% and 0.04% to 0.14%, respectively. In November, OC and TN ranged from 0.23% to 0.87% and 0.05% to 0.14%, respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between OC and TN(R=0.98, P<0.0001), indicating that OC and TN were homologous. In August, the δ13C and δ15N of organic matter varied from-23.06‰ to-21.59‰ and 5.10‰ to 6.31‰, respectively. In November, δ13C and δ15N ranged from-22.87‰ to-21.34‰ and 5.13‰ to 7.31‰, respectively. This study found that the major sources of sedimentary organic matter were marine shellfish biodeposition, seaweed farming, and soil organic matter. Using a three-end-member mixed model, we estimated that the dominant source of sedimentary organic matter was shellfish biodeposition, with an average contribution rate of 65.53% in August and 43.00% in November. | 3 | Joint Beamforming Optimization for Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface-Enabled MISO-OFDM Systems显示文摘In this paper,we investigate the reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)-enabled multiple-input-single-output orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(MISO-OFDM)system under frequency-selective channels,and propose a low-complexity alternating optimization(AO)based joint beamforming and RIS phase shifts optimization algorithm to maximize the achievable rate.First,with fixed RIS phase shifts,we devise the optimal closedform transmit beamforming vectors corresponding to different subcarriers.Then,with given active beamforming vectors,near-optimal RIS reflection coefficients can be determined efficiently leveraging fractional programming(FP)combined with manifold optimization(MO)or majorization-minimization(MM)framework.Additionally,we also propose a heuristic RIS phase shifts design approach based on the sum of subcarrier gain maximization(SSGM)criterion requiring lower complexity.Numerical results indicate that the proposed MO/MM algorithm can achieve almost the same rate as the upper bound achieved by the semidefinite relaxation(SDR)algorithm,and the proposed SSGM based scheme is only slightly inferior to the upper bound while has much lower complexity.These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms. | Keming Feng Xiao Li Yu Han Yijian Chen | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,3: | 6 |

| 5 | Facile synthesis of hierarchical Na2Fe(SO4)2@rGO/C as high-voltage cathode for energy density-enhanced sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Fe-based sulfates are ideal cathode candidates for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) owing to their high operating voltage and low cost but suffer from the nature of poor power performance. Herein, a hierarchical porous Na2Fe(SO4)2@reduced graphene oxide/carbon dot(Na2Fe(SO4)2@rGO/C) with low carbon content(4.12 wt%) was synthesized via a facile homogeneous strategy benefiting for engineering application,which delivers excellent sodium storage performance(high voltage plateau of 3.75 V, 85 m Ah g-1 and330 Wh kg-1 at 0.05 C;5805 W kg-1 at 10 C) and high Na+diffusion coefficient(1.19 × 10-12 cm2 s-1).Moreover, the midpoint voltage of assembled full cell could reach 3.0 V. The electron transfer and reaction kinetics are effectively boosted since the nanoscale Na2Fe(SO4)2 is supported by a robust crosslinked carbon matrix with rGO sheets and carbon dots. The slight rGO sheets sufficiently enhance the electron transfer like a current collecter and restrain the aggregation, as well as ensure smooth ion channels. Meanwhile, the carbon dots in the whole space connect with Na2Fe(SO4)2 and help rGO to promote the conductivity of the electrode. | 7 | Adenosine triphosphate promotes locomotor recovery after spinal cord injury by activating mammalian target of rapamycin pathway in rats显示文摘The mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway plays an important role in neuronal growth, proliferation and differentiation. To better understand the role of mTOR pathway involved in the induction of spinal cord injury, rat models of spinal cord injury were established by modified Allen's stall method and interfered for 7 days by intraperitoneal administration of mTOR activator adenosin triphosphate and mTOR kinase inhibitor rapamycin. At 1-4 weeks after spinal cord injury induction, the Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan locomotor rating scale was used to evaluate rat locomotor function, and immunohistochemical staining and western blot analysis were used to detect the expression of nestin (neural stem cell marker), neuronal nuclei (neuronal marker), neuron specific enolase, neurofilament protein 200 (axonal marker), glial fibrillary acidic protein (astrocyte marker), Akt, mTOR and signal transduction and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3).
