| 1 | Dynamic airspace sectorization via improved genetic algorithm显示文摘This paper deals with dynamic airspace sectorization (DAS) problem by an improved genetic algorithm (iGA). A graph model is first constructed that represents the airspace static structure. Then the DAS problem is formulated as a graph-partitioning problem to balance the sector workload under the premise of ensuring safety. In the iGA, multiple populations and hybrid coding are applied to determine the optimal sector number and airspace sectorization. The sector constraints are well satisfied by the improved genetic operators and protect zones. This method is validated by being applied to the airspace of North China in terms of three indexes, which are sector balancing index, coordination workload index and sector average flight time index. | 2 | Dynamic airspace configuration method based on a weighted graph model显示文摘This paper proposes a new method for dynamic airspace configuration based on a weighted graph model. The method begins with the construction of an undirected graph for the given airspace, where the vertices represent those key points such as airports, waypoints, and the edges represent those air routes. Those vertices are used as the sites of Voronoi diagram, which divides the airspace into units called as cells. Then, aircraft counts of both each cell and of each air-route are computed. Thus, by assigning both the vertices and the edges with those aircraft counts, a weighted graph model comes into being. Accordingly the airspace configuration problem is described as a weighted graph partitioning problem. Then, the problem is solved by a graph partitioning algorithm, which is a mixture of general weighted graph cuts algorithm, an optimal dynamic load balancing algorithm and a heuristic algorithm. After the cuts algorithm partitions the model into sub-graphs, the load balancing algorithm together with the heuristic algorithm transfers aircraft counts to balance workload among sub-graphs. Lastly, airspace configuration is completed by determining the sector boundaries. | 5 | Characterization of Ser73 in Arabidopsis thaliana Glutathione S-transferase zeta class显示文摘Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) are ubiquitous detoxifying superfamily enzymes. The zeta class GST from Arabidopsis thaliana (AtGSTZ) can efficiently degrade dichloroacetic acid (DCA), which is a common carcinogenic contaminant in drinking water. Ser73 in AtGSTZ is a conserved residue at Glutathione binding site (G-site). Compared with the equivalent residues in other GSTs, the catalytic and structural properties of Ser73 were poorly investigated. In this article, site-saturation mutagenesis was performed to characterize the detailed role of Ser73. The DCA dechlorinating (DCA-DC) activity showed that most of the mutants had less than 3% of the wild-type activity, except S73T and S73A showing 43.48% and 21.62% of the wild-type activity, respectively, indicating that position 73 in AtGSTZ showed low mutational substitutability. Kinetic experiments revealed that mutants S73T, S73A, and S73G showed low binding affinity and catalytic efficiency toward DCA, 1.8-, 3.1-, and 10.7- fold increases in KmDCA values and 4.0-, 9.6-, and 34.1- fold decreases in Kcat- DCA/KmDCA values, respectively, compared to the wild type. Thermostability and refolding experiments showed that the wild type maintained more thermostability and recovered activity. These results demonstrated the important role of Ser73 in catalytic activity and structural stability of the enzyme. Such properties of Ser73 could be particularly crucial to the molecular evolution of AtGSTZ and might, therefore, help explain why Ser73 is conserved in all GSTs. | 11 | Immune response induced by hematoporphyrin derivatives mediated photodynamic therapy:Immunogenic cell death and elevated costimulatory molecules显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)not only destroys tumor cells directly but also induced anti-tumor immune response through damage-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs).It is reported that anti-tumor response was associated with light dose and photosensitizer used in PDT.In this study,4T1 tumor cells were implanted on both the right and left flanks of mice.Only the right tumor was treated by HpD-PDT,while the left tumor was not irradiated.The anti-tumor immune response induced by HpD-PDT was investigated.The expression of DAMPs and costimulatory molecules induced by HpD-PDT were tested by immuno fluorescence and flow cytometry in vivo.Different light doses of PDT were designed to treat 4T1 cells.The killing effect was assessed by CCK-8 kit and apoptosis kit.The expression of DAMPs on 4T1 cells after HpDPDT were evaluated by flow cytometry,western blot and ATP kit.This study showed that CD4^(+)T,CD8^(+)T and the production of IFN-γwere increased significantly on day 10 in righttumor after PDT treatment compared with control group.HpD-PDT enhanced the expression of calreticulin(CRT)on tumor tissue.Importantly,co-stimulatory molecular OX-40 and 4-1BB were elevated on CD8^(+)T cells.In vitro,immunogenic death of 4T1 cells was induced after PDT.Besides,the expression of DAMPs increased with the increasing of energy density.This study indicates that anti-tumor immune effect was induced by HpD-PDT.The knowledge of the involvement of CRT,ATP and co-stimulatory molecules uncovers important mechanistic insight into the anti-tumor immunogenicity.It was the first time that co-stimulatory molecules were investigated and found to elevate after PDT. | Shan Long Yibing Zhao Yuanyuan Xu Hui Li Hongyou Zhao Defu Chen Jing Zeng Haixia Qiu Xiaosong Li Ying Gu | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,4: | 1 |

| 15 | Comparative study on Photobiomodulation between 630 nm and 810 nm LED in diabetic wound healing both in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Photobiomodulation(PBM)promoting wound healing has been demonstrated by many studies.Currently,630 nm and 810 nm light-emitting diodes(LEDs),as light sources,are frequently used in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs)in clinics.However,the dose-effect relationship of LED-mediated PBM is not fully understood.Furthermore,among the 630 nm and 810 nm LEDs,which one gets a better effect on accelerating the wound healing of diabetic ulcers is not clear.The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare the effects of 630 nm and 810 nm LED-mediated PBM in wound healing both in vitro and in vivo.Our results showed that both 630 nm and 810 nm LED irradiation significantly promoted the proliferation of mouse fibroblast cells(L929)at different light irradiances(1,5,and 10 mW/cm^(2)).The cell proliferation rate increased with the extension of irradiation time(100,200,and 500 s),but it decreased when the irradiation time was over 500 s.Both 630 nm and 810nm LED irradiation(5 mW/cm^(2))significantly improved the migration capability of L929 cells.No difference between 630 nm and 810 nm LED-mediated PBM in promoting cell proliferation and migration was detected.In vivo results presented that both 630 nm and 810 nm LED irradiation promoted the wound healing and the expression of the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor(TGF)in the wounded skin of type 2 diabetic mice.Overall,these results suggested that LED-mediated PBM promotes wound healing of diabetic mice through promoting fibroblast cell proliferation,migration,and the expression of growth factors in the wounded skin.LEDs(630 nm and 810 nm)have a similar outcome in promoting wound healing of type 2 diabetic mice. | Hongyou Zhao Tengda Ji Tianzhen Sun Haolin Liu Yidi Liu Defu Chen Ying Wang Yizhou Tan Jing Zeng Haixia Qiu Ying Gu | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,2: | 0 |
| 16 | Anti-PD1 antibody and not anti-LAG-3 antibody improves the antitumor effect of photodynamic therapy for treating metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has limited effects in treating metastatic breast cancer.Immune checkpoints can deplete the function of immune cells;however,the expression of immune checkpoints after PDT is unclear.This study investigates whether the limited e±cacy of PDT is due to upregulated immune checkpoints and tries to combine the PDT and immune checkpoint inhibitor to observe the e±cacy.A metastatic breast cancer model was treated by PDT mediated by hematoporphyrin derivatives(HpD-PDT).The anti-tumor effect of HpD-PDT was observed,as well as CD4þT,CD8þT and calreticulin(CRT)by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.Immune checkpoints on T cells were analyzed byflow cytometry after HpD-PDT.When combining PDT with immune checkpoint inhibitors,the antitumor effect and immune effect were assessed.For HpD-PDT at 100 mW/cm2 and 40,60 and 80 J/cm2,primary tumors were suppressed and CD4þT,CD8þT and CRT were elevated;however,distant tumors couldn't be inhibited and survival could not be prolonged.Immune checkpoints on T cells,especially PD1 and LAG-3 after HpD-PDT,were upregulated,which may explain the reason for the limited HpD-PDT effect.After PDT combined with anti-PD1 antibody,but not with anti-LAG-3 antibody,both the primary and distant tumors were signi-cantly inhibited and the survival time was prolonged,additionally,CD4þT,CD8þT,IFN-þCD4þT and TNF-þCD4þT cells were signi-cantly increased compared with HpD-PDT.HpD-PDT could not combat metastatic breast cancer.PD1 and LAG-3 were upregulated after HpD-PDT.Anti-PD1 antibody,but not anti-LAG-3 antibody,could augment the antitumor effect of HpD-PDT for treating metastatic breast cancer. | Shan Long Yibing Zhao Yuanyuan Xu Bo Wang Haixia Qiu Hongyou Zhao Jing Zeng Defu Chen Hui Li Jiakang Shao Xiaosong Li Ying Gu | 2024 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2024,17,1: | 0 |

To optimize the RTD fluxgate and simplify its design process, an analytical model is employed to select the parameters and identify the effective factors that dominate the performance. The dynamic permeability parameters(Pi), which reflect the changes in the magnetization curve, are mathematically analyzed in detail. The linear variation functions of Pi in different driving conditions are fitted by using the dynamic arctangent hysteresis model. | 19 | Effectiveness of entomopathogenic fungal strains against poplar/willow weevil(Cryptorhynchus lapathi L.)larvae显示文摘The poplar and willow weevil,Crypto rhynchus lapathi L.,a major universally destructive wood-boring insect has become one of the important quarantine pests that is extremely destructive to forestry development and needs to be controlled.Entomopathogenic fungi(EPF) are considered safe and friendly for humans and the environment and play important roles in controlling insect pest populations.In this study,the screening of entomopathogenic fungi for control of C.lapathi is reported through the evaluation of virulence of four fungal Beauveria bassiana(CFCC81428,CFCC83116,CFCC83486,CFCC87297)strains,one B.brongniartii(CFCC83487) strain and one Metarhizium anisopliae(CFCC88953) strain.The virulence of the different strains was appraised by correct mortality rate,cumulative mortality rate,median lethal concentration(LC_(50)) and median lethal time(LT_(50)).B.bassiana strains CFCC81428 and CFCC83116 were the most virulent among the six strains with a mortality up to 100%,and the LT_(50) were 2.7 and 3.1 days.Five conidia concentrations of three strains(CFCC81428,CFCC83116 and CFCC87298) that caused high virulence was screened for dose-relationship.Their effect on controlling C.lapathi larvae were also determined under field condition by brushing conidia suspensions on C.lapathi larvae infested in a poplar trunk.The cumulative rate in the field was lower than those obtained from the laboratory,but the order of the virulence of different strains did not change.Mortality in all three strains occurred at their highest concentration(1.0 × 10^(8) conidia mL^(-1)).Under field conditions,the CFCC81428 strain was the most effective,causing mortalities of 80.3% and 75.2%in two plots in Beipiao and Lindian counties,respectively,followed by CFCC83116(69.1%,66.6%) and CFCC87298(60.7%,59.3%).Based on our results,the B.bassiana strain CFCC81428 has the potential as a biological insecticide to control C.lapathi larvae. | Fang Niu Ya Xing Niya Jia Kai Ding Dan Xie Huanwen Chen Defu Chi | 2022 | Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,5: | 0 |
