| 1 | Plant cytochrome P450 plasticity and evolution显示文摘The superfamily of cytochrome P450(CYP)enzymes plays key roles in plant evolution and metabolic diversification.This review provides a status on the CYP Iandscape within green algae and land plants.The 11 conserved CYP clans known from vascular plants are all present in green algae and several green algaespecific clans are recognized.Clan 71,72,and 85 remain the largest CYP clans and include many taxaspecific CYP(sub)families reflecting emergence of linage-specific pathways.Molecular features and dynamics of CYP plasticity and evolution are discussed and exemplified by selected biosynthetic pathways.High substrate promiscuity is commonly observed for CYPs from large families,favoring retention of gene duplicates and neofunctionalization,thus seeding acquisition of new functions.Elucidation of biosynthetic pathways producing metabolites with sporadic distribution across plant phylogeny reveals multiple exampies of convergent evolution where CYPs have been independently recruited from the same or different CYP families,to adapt to similar environmental challenges or ecological niches.Sometimes only a single or a few mutations are required for functional interconversion.A compilation of functionally characterized plant CYPs is provided online through the Plant P450 Database(erda.dk/public/vgrid/PlantP450/). | Cecilie Cetti Hansen David R.Nelson Birger Lindberg Moller Daniele Werck-Reichhart | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021，14，8： | 6 |

| 3 | Myosin binding protein C:Structural abnormalities in familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy显示文摘The muscle protein myosin binding protein C (MyBPC) is a large multi-domain protein whose role in the sarcomere is complex and not yet fully understood. Mutations in MyBPC are strongly associated with the heart disease familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (FHC) and these experiments of nature have provided some insight into the intricate workings of this protein in the heart. While some regions of the MyBPC molecule have been assigned a function in the regulation of muscle contraction, the interaction of other regions with various parts of the myosin molecule and the sarcomeric proteins, actin and titin, remain obscure. In additic n, several intra-domain interactions between adjacent MyBPC molecules have been identified. Although the basic structure of the molecule (a series of immunoglobulin and fibronectin domains) has been elucidated, the assembly of MyBPC in the sarcomere is a topic for debate. By analysing the MyBPC sequence with respect to FHC-causing mutations it is possible to identify individual residues or regions of each domain that may be important either for binding or regulation. | 5 | 女性出生体重与成年期高血压的关联及代际关联研究显示文摘目的分析女性出生体重与成年期血压水平及高血压患病的关联,探讨出生体重及高血压的代际关联。方法 2012年11月~2016年12月期间在上海闵行区11 660名有直系血缘关系的2~4代女性中进行了横断面调查,收集人口学特征、出生信息、生活方式及疾病史等数据。对20岁及以上研究对象行身高、体重、腰臀围、血压测量。采用线性、非线性回归和通径分析方法进行数据分析。结果出生体重每增加1.0 kg,成年期收缩压、舒张压和脉压分别变化-0.2(95%CI:-0.6~0.7)、-0.3(95%CI:-0.6~0.2)和0.3(95%CI-0.2~0.8)mm Hg(均有P<0.05)。出生体重与成年后高血压患病风险关联差异无统计学意义(OR=0.9,95%CI:0.7~1.0,P=0.140)。与出生体重2.5~kg的女性相比,调整年龄等混杂因素后,出生体重<2.5,3.0~,3.5~kg及≥4.0 kg的女性成年后患高血压的OR(95%CI)值分别为0.8(0.5~1.2)、1.0(0.9~1.2)、0.8(0.6~1.0)和0.7(0.4~1.2)。通径分析结果显示,母女两代人群的出生体重、血压水平及高血压患病状况均相关(均有P<0.05),但未见母亲出生体重对女儿血压水平影响。结论女性出生体重与成年期血压水平及高血压患病风险无显著的代际关联。 | 方圆 陈铭灵 方红 严玉洁 秦国友 姚保栋 Cecily Kelleher 徐望红 | 2018 | 中华疾病控制杂志2018，22，6： | 2 |

地点 Nord-Trondelag健康研究(HUNT)的两次调查,以挪威人群为基础的研究。
参试者 参加第一次(1984—1986)和第二次(1995—1997)调查的人员分别有74914和64829名,包括男性和女性。
主要结局评估指标 9年连续随访期间,两次糖尿病与非糖尿病成人的年龄关联冠心病死亡率。
结果 共计2623名男性和1583名女性死于冠心病。最近随访期中的死亡率显著降低:70~79岁非糖尿病组中,每1000人年死亡男性从16.38下降到8.79(减少48%,95%可信区间为39%~55%),女性从6.84下降到2.68(减少62%,52%~70%)。而同年龄组糖尿病患者中,每1000人年死亡男性从38.97下降到17.89(减少54%,32%~69%),女性从28.15下降到11.83(减少59%,37%~73%)。在基线年龄小于70岁组中减少更为显著,而在80岁及以上组中减少则较小。糖尿病患者其冠心病死亡率比非糖尿病者高2倍多,女性更为显著。在两次调查中,糖尿病状态导致的死亡率基本无差异。
